the riding trails however almost every time I ride I see snakes the area is infested copperheads poisonous your on the trail with your kids there going to run on the glass DO WANT YOUR CHILD getting bit by a poisonous snake UPDATE the connection from Waggoner to Mike Lewis has been destroyed for at least 8 months no telling if or when it will reopen River Legacy Trails in Arlington has 3 places that the trail was washed out they didnt close the trail at green oaks and make the tax payers enter at Collins they plowed new trails in the dirt and put mulch down Arlington cares about the park and citizens unlike Grand Prairie

This is a nice park with mature trees, a wide even footpath, kids playground, benches and picnic tables, baseball fields, bridge, good lighting, plenty of parking, and easy highway access. Playground: Play area for kids with benches and tables nearby. Dog-friendliness: Broad sidewalks for you and your companion, as well as space for others to pass. Leash only. Picnic area: A handful of tables surround the playground.

An excellent family park with everything that is required for family fun, games for children, public bathrooms, pignik areas, hiking trails, you can take your dog use bicycles, well I recommend it and if you already know it, you know, Im glad that Enjoy this wonderful place.

My social group, the Black Millennials of Dallas and I rented the pavilion for our anniversary picnic. I loved the area because there is a lot of trees and shade in that area and temps were high that day. Everything was smooth.

Nice park. But for a cloudy day. No umbrella coverage, so on hot days it will likely be brutal. But there is a cement trail that has some tree coverage.

Been going here since I was a kid. It connects by trail to Mike Lewis Park so its great for biking/walking. The park is good for kids and trails are good for walking your dog too. Plenty of grass.

What a beautiful place. My son loves it! There is a lot for the kids to climb on and the children can draw with chalk on the concrete. My son can be here for hours! Great place to have a relaxed afternoon.

The location is nice, though by construction and a freeway, seems somewhat secluded. The playground has good amenities and a playground for smaller children as well (2-5 years). Theyve got a nice variety too. It also has a trail thats varies in length. Theres a empty creek nearby with a long drop so kids need to be careful and supervised. I would only suggest a splash pad. That would make this playground amazing.

Such a cute little playground. My kids like to climb and you can do plenty of that here. It has a pavilion for if you would like to sit down, take a break and enjoy your pack lunch. It is also big enough to host a birthday party at. The kids had a lot of fun on this unique playground and I am happy that I was able to find this place. We will be going back regularly.

Nice park, with a decent trail for a 2-4 mile (there and back). The park is probably much prettier in the spring/summer/fall, in the cold winter everything is dead and lots of trash is visible. I ll come back and check it out in a month or two!
