Ordered 1 taco de barbacoa en maiz drained. In drive thru. Bag had exactly what I ordered and still managed to mess it up. Waited like 15 minutes for a messed order. Called n manager just gave me excuses that corporate was there. Had to return again just pick up the taco again or the tortilla. Corporate needs to fix it staff

No organization When I entered the building, I asked and was told to sit where I d like. I found a dirty table for our group to sit. As we waited for the table to be cleaned, A waitress came telling us that the table would be given to the people sitting on the bench. They sat on the bench because their entire party had not arrived. I guess by the time they cleaned up the table the rest of their party showed up. The waitress said that the table would be given to them and we would have to wait. The service and waitresses were extremely rude. I only did as I was instructed to sit where I d like. No one from that group was looking for a table. I had never been to this restaurant. The service and waitresses were ugly rude. They were arguing with each other and not taking responsibility for what I was told. Management should not have allowed for the finger pointing or arguing that occurred between the waitresses and/or with customers. It was such an ugly experience.

I am very disappointed in the service at this place! Very rude waitress! And the cashier a little more! They look at you as if you were going to ask them for a gift, and as if they didnt know that if they have a job its because of their clientele! The owners should pay attention so that loyal customers like me dont leave! I will never go back!!

Very Bad Customer Service! One of the Waitresses is SUPER rude and SPOILED. She treated me as if she were fighting with her HUSBAND. Maybe the Food was very Delicious, but the attention was very terrible. One understands that they are busy, but in the WAY of saying things is GRATITUDE!

Great Restaurant with good food and great service.. The restaurant was super clean .. The staff was super friendly, and the food was very good. I had breakfast, and then Mariachis came to play . They are very good a little bit loud . But I still had a great time.. Highly recommend. Happy Health to all.

Right after church, my sister recommended going here. I didnt trust her, but went ahead. Ordered botana for 4, very loaded, corn chips are homemade, rice and beans, and quesadilla very good. Sweet tea was on point. Will go back again. Booth seats are tight and uncomfortable though.

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant even tho it s services was poorly but just recently I had the worst experience with one of the waiters and will never be returning back. The restaurant is always packed, there isn t a sign that says wait to be seat and even when you walk in and are standing there the waiters never really acknowledge you. So I sat down in the only table that was empty but it was dirty I sat there for a while with my family and not once did a waiter say I ll be right there to clean the table just so we would feel acknowledged so when I got up to ask for someone to come clean the waiter was very rude to me and when she did come she intentionally spilled red soda all over my shirt. I will never be going back.

Currently, the only downside is that you have to order at the window as opposed to ordering at the speaker so that they can have your order ready at the window but they were fast at the window got my taco quick. I tried the breakfast taco Papa, chorizo and egg I added white cheese and well you can see the size of the taco HUGE! The tortilla looked freshly rolled and homemade. The salsa was not spicy, but boy was it delicious. i tried it alone, and the flavor was on point. Cant wait to continue to try the breakfast tacos and am probably going back to try the enchiladas. Update 12/15/23 Got the Papa A La Mexicana, and I personally was not a fan too soggy because it had a lot of like tomatoe sauce, but thats just my opinion. See the picture. 03/13/2024 UPDATE They still havent fixed there ordering speaker and they have no sign so I was in line thinking they fixed it and 2 cars past me. I called they said everybody knew already so basically too bad for you. Thats why they get 2 stars for service.

Very disorganized, no hostess to control the customer traffic, you must stand next to the next open table and wait for someone to clean it. They pay more attention to the drive-through than the customer in the restaurant. Food is marginal at best, I expected better food at least to offset the poor service. Your menu does sucks

Nice new restaurant that has a great selection of menu items with very affordable prices. I was very impressed with the amount of food served on our plates. They also had a very impressive steam table full of food for to go plates. Ill be back for sure.

I would love to say I had a wonderful Sunday breakfast with my family but unfortunately we never got that far. Upon arrival we were directed to a table where our would be server immediately was aggressive and refused us but then reluctantly sat us down when directed by a coworker. She took 30 mins to take our drink order which we anticipated as the restaurant was full but we noticed everyone who came in with us was attended too and eating. We were wondering why people were leaving. After finally ordering she did not return for an hour even after we asked for refills and made sure to purposely ignore us as she passed by. She was very interested in her male patrons to notice we left, along with other customers who got tired of waiting for service that was met with aggressiveness and ugly faces. Never taking my family here again, specifically because of the server whose only identifier was her scorpion tattoo on her hand. I hope management is able to fix that behavior, that is no way to run a business.
