Well for starter, we had the trio and the fried cheese could have been cooked longer the southwestern egg rolls were good. The we order some old timer burgers and they were cold. The meat looked like something that was sitting in a warm and re cooked, then they cooked it again and that one a little better. The cheese looked horrible. The fries were cooked twice witch they were hot and good. Was not an happy evening. Then the margita were not good was like no Alcohol in it what soever. I will not be going back. Thanks chillies I have to stick to cook my own.

Stopped in on a work trip from Dallas area last night, with not alot of time. I wasnt expecting much, but it was close and I was hungry. I was very pleasantly surprised with not only the food but the service I received! The gentleman that brought me my food was great! He was friendly, polite, and attentive. Wasnt in a rush like most. Made sure I had everything I needed before he left the table. The triple dipper egg rolls were fantastic(recommended by him). He returned frequently to see if I needed my drink refilled or to see if everything was to my liking. I cant say that Ive been to a chillis where Ive been checked on, and just talked to so friendly, he(I belive his name was Devin)was definitely great for the atmosphere, he stayed with a smile on his face. It was easy to put 5 stars all across the board on this one! Ill definitely be coming back when Im in town again!

The service is not always 110% as they may be short staffed or super busy, but I have always enjoyed the food. I just wish my son was still alive to go with me like we used to. So I usually just use the app, order, pick up, and eat at home. Either way, the food is still great. This time, I went with family and young grandkids to celebrate my daughters birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Had a rude waitress that charged us for a chips and salsa that comes with the 3 for me deal. Took entirely too long to get any food even though most of the restaurant was empty and took almost 2 hours for a table for 2. Lots of rude looks from the waitress and very pushy, trying to get us to order immediately after sitting down and constantly asking every 2 minutes if we had decided what we wanted to the point that I just ordered the first thing I saw since I wasnt going to be able to have any peace to talk to my husband until I placed my order. Probably the worst chilis experience Ive had and not sure if Id go back to this one at least.

I ordered something to go and I had a clear view of the kitchen I could see some of the workers one in particular caught my attention as he was breaking burgers in half maybe for what was big mouth bites with NO GLOVES on just his bare hands! I thought I was tripping then I noticed he did it again. Heavy large black man regardless of color he was the only one I saw Chilis ought to be ashamed letting him work like that and any one else for that matter! What you do at home is one thing but in a restaurant got to do better!

I have been here more than multiple times. It is an absolutely amazing place to dine in. Awesome food which can be customized however you want. Vast amount of choices. No matter whichever meal their food is absolutely remarkable. The Mac n cheese, Santa Fe burger and so many dishes are absolutely delicious. Most of all the CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE!!! in LOVE with it.

There s no excuse for poor service when you have 4 tables of customers in the entire restaurant and 3 of those tables are in the bar area. I came in and waited at the host booth for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was in clear view of the bar where two team members could ve casually called out someone will be with you shortly. To find out one of those team members was actually doubling as a host makes the situation worse in my eyes. It s understandable for you to be busy on another task, but it would ve been nothing for you to acknowledge me. When he did finally come over, he didn t bother to acknowledge the fact that I waited that extra time. Finally at my table, I waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to actually take my order. I m not sure if there was a shift change going on or if next shift team members were just not in place, but that s unacceptable and avoidable with proper staffing or just better overall guest service practices. I have to admit I was about to get up and leave just as Shelly walked over. I did find it somewhat odd that the team member who sat me waited a table next to me, but didn t wait mine. Food came out fresh, so that s a plus. I found it interesting that Shelly stressed I leave a good survey response although I m sure she could tell by my demeanor that I wasn t pleased with the overall experience. I don t write fluff feedback. The purpose of feedback is to identify areas of opportunity and emphasize areas of excellence. Providing a quality experience would alleviate the need to make that point. But EVERY team member has to be committed to that as a goal.

Party of 6 but the person paying didnt get to eat. I took my children to eat. My eldest daughter turned 21 today. The waitress was pleasant but the food took a long time to be served. Ordered 2 ultimate pastas one for me and the birthday girl. The pasta was cold. And we had to wait another 10-15 for my the last of our order. The manager waited until I paid to come give her regards about the food service. And issued me and my daughter a 2/ $5 gift cards each for the cold pasta. The pasta itself was $20 each. The birthday girl pasta was rewarmed and given back to her. Even though I didnt get to eat. I did not show aggression for the bad food service.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner tonight. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Ramon, was very prompt and nice. For an appetizer we had bone in wings 1/2 honey siracha and half garlic parm. They were real good. My boyfriend had big mouth bites and I had the triple dipper. We both REALLY enjoyed our meal, and we are both full as ticks. This location is tucked away but so worth the drive. Will definitely be back. The food service rating was GREAT at 98/100.

This Chilles is a complete joke. I called in advance to check if the bar was busy, and they said no, its busy at all. So I say great Ill be there in shortly to watch a baseball game. I go inside, sure enough not a single customer sitting at the bar, so unfortunately no workers either. I sit there like an idiot waiting and waiting trying to be patient, I even swith seats to the end of the bar close to the kitchen and I wait patiently but not a single worker or host, nothing! All I heard was personal conversations and people in the kitchen lauphing. I just got up and left. They didnt even know they lost a sale and gained yet another bad review for terrible service. I feel for the owner of this chillies. The people you have working there are killing your business. I ended up going to Carabbas, like always excellent service bye the hostess and from the bar.

I ordered out this time. Quick note on the store, make sure you bring a jacket, it feels like the thermostat has been broken for a while now and stuck on freezeem out. I hadnt been in there for some time now (6 mos) but thats what it was. Other than that, its amazing. I ordered the black bean burger, it was freaking awesome. Definately will be back to the restaurant and will definately order that burger again, they do a great job! Big up to the management over the curbside operations...high marks!! Like most chain restaurants, the owners seems far too selfish and greedy to employ enough staff. After being motioned to seat myself by the bar tender, I sat there. She was very friendly, attentive and competent. I ordered surf and turf of a ribeye and shrimp. I ordered the ribeye medium rare. I was served a sirloin, instead, which was significantly overcooked. The restaurant was also out of my first two choices of beer so that I had to go with a third. The owners should go bankrupt and be bought out by someone who actually cares.

The fajita meat had way too much black pepper on it. The rice that came with the dish was over fried and greasy. All the salt shakers were wet with humidity, and the salt was not accessible without opening the shaker. If they would just add rice to the shaker, this would solve their problem. Everyone knows this tip in Southeast Texas. The waiter was great, though, no problems there. Everyone was very nice.

The server was friendly but very slow. It took a solid 10 minutes to get waited on. Then longer to get order placed. The food was brought by a runner, so it was nice and hot. I ran out of my drink and had to hunt her down to get a refill, while the tables around got their orders and left before I could even get a Togo box. There was an issue with the ticket and the wait for a Togo drink was way longer than it should have taken. Then I was told nothing could be done about the item I was overcharged, after waiting at least 15 minutes for that news. It was the last time Im coming here. I was actually thinking of leaving and going to McDonalds after I saw other tables getting better service from the same server. There were other times I came to the same Chilis location and had poor service, so we stopped coming here for awhile. Well, we gave them another chance. This time was the last straw and will never come back. From the attitude displayed, Im sure we wont be missed. Unacceptable! Ihop, Waffle House, even driving to Dennys will be better options.

I went there after a bad night where my car died on me. My sister and I were already headed there pretty late, around 9 PM when the restaurant normally closes at 10:30 PM on Sundays. After we got my car running again, we got there at 10 PM. We felt bad about coming so late to closing, but we were super hungry, and there wasnt so many late night food options outside of fast food. Regardless, Michael was an amazing server to us! He said he was only 2 days outside of training, but you wouldnt have been able to tell. He was quick, honest, patient, and overall a great server. He even went out of his way to check with his boss that it was okay for us to stay a little past 10:30! I have never left a review on anything before, but Michaels service was so great and needed after a bad night. We would come again and ask for him!

I went there the day after some bad weather that made some sections of floor wet, but they had fans going that made everything better. Ive heard that in the past this hasnt been in a good Chilis but that now it is under new management. If that is the case, then this Chilis is now definitely worth visiting.

Chillis is a great restaurant. Throughout the years, the food has stayed consistent and remains good to this day. I recommend the mushroom Swiss burger. It is my favorite. The sautéed mushrooms are full of flavor, and the burger is very filling.

Went to lunch with my parents and was very disappointed. We had to ask repeatedly for our appetizers and drink refills. Then my dads food never showed up. After telling them he no longer wanted the food, just our bill. The waitress tried to get him to order something else after he told her no repeatedly. The few bites I took of my food were terrible and overcooked, so maybe my dad was the lucky one since Ive been nauseous ever since. Definitely wont return to this location.

Gah its sad how this place has declined! This used to be the place to be! The service is less then a 1. Theres always MAYBE 2 waiters, apprx. 3 or 4 tables, takes 30 mins to be sat due to no hostess and maybe another 30 to have your order taken. Very Sad.

This place needs to be shut down. Every time we give this place one more chance, we regret it. Today, we ended up walking out after never being waited on- fifteen minutes after being seated, with a mostly empty restaurant. If I was the manager, Id be asking what my staff was doing at work - right before I tossed them to the curb. Not my problem though.
