It s a great park with great toys and slides BUT it was absolutely filthy. I mean it was bad. Trash literally everywhere. Looks like someone had a huge party of at least 50 the day before (Sunday) and left trash everywhere including the playground. I have an almost two year old and she kept wanting to pick up trash which I managed. I don t know how often someone comes by to clean up the place but that is our only complaint. Great otherwise.

Always fun, technical course. Pins were all long. #18 was long 1003 I felt good to card a 7 on it. 7-28-24 update: hole 8 is gone for maintenance, when you get to 18 the hole is split, uphill to the #8 pin then 18 across the hilltop so you still get 18 holes to play.

More benches near the tee pads would be swell. BYOB = bring your own bench. Its hilly, and theres not enough places to sit down. This is not the park for players recovering from surgery. It needs a lot of trash pick up, but the bathroom surprisingly had soap AND a mirror and a fairly clean floor, which is a rare occurrence for a female disc golf player. We rarely get the basics.

Nice new playground and still has the old playground aswell. Lots of hills and trees for shaded exercise and a disc golph course. Bench swings along the trail around the new park is another plus. Just wish the bathrooms would stay open during park hours.

This course was always one of my favorites in DFW, but recently they took out 8, and split 18 in to two holes. This made a great course even better. No more losing discs over the fence on 8, and no more 1200 foot slog on 18. If you are a total beginner, expect to have fun, but prepare for some big numbers. Playground: The brand new playground is amazing!

The kids had fun on the new equipment. Playground: New and nice. Kids had fun. Toilets: Locked for winter. Not cool when your 7 year old girl has an emergency. Luckily there were port-a-potties near by. Dog-friendliness: There was a bag station, but it was empty. We usually carry our own bags, anyway. Didnt need any this trip.

I was up here the other day and noticed the baseball field is gone and a park was in its place huh...looks great just if you have not been by just do a little drive thru and check it out or use the playground very nice and flows very well I love it. Picnic area: Very nice sleek modern comfortable

This is one of the toughest disc golf courses in the area. A lot of elevation changes. A good balance of holes favoring left and right handers. If youre a lefty, you need to play this course. Many one of a kind holes. Several holes with substantial noise from traffic on Beltline. Plenty of parking. A couple of portable toilets. A lot of trash and litter right after Easter weekend. The creek area usually has litter anytime of year.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Grand Prairie. This park is awesome. Make time to visit it when you can. I only wish the city would put attention cleaning it up like they do at Mike Lewis Park. Dont forget to visit Turner Park!

The park a few years ago was like an undisturbed wildlife sanctuary.. now smells like a toilet, water is polluted Im sure.. no one maintains it, vegetation is overgrown, turtles, fish, are gone, birds and trash in the water, did I mention smells like a toilet? maybe worse.. is truly shameful the county has let it come down to this disaster.. if I could give it minus -10 stars

Looking to play some disc golf? Looking to bring the kids to a large playground area? Looking for a nice spot to picnic in the middle of the metroplex while checking our wildflowers and enjoying the sun? This is a great park for all those things. Ill often grab tacos or other food nearby and head here for a picnic. The parking lot pavement has some pot holes here and there that could be better dealt with, but otherwise this park is great.

A nice park that lets you walk into the nature. A great place to walk with your dog with plenty of grass area on elevated up and down hills with a playground and pavilion. It would be a better place if people dont smoke Mari- there and that no trash and litter on the grassland.
