I visited this restaurant during my lunch break, shortly after it opened, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The customer service was subpar, the employee at the register was noticeably unprofessional and seemed irritated when I arrived a 3 minutes before my estimated order time. I was also dissatisfied with the food. The chicken tenders were overcooked and unappetizing, while the fries had an unpleasant taste, likely due to being cooked in old oil. Overall, the quality of both the food and service fell short, especially when compared to other Asian Fusion restaurants that offer a far better dining experience. I will never attend this place again.

Drove quite a bit of distance for 1 specific item just for me to show up 30 minutes BEFORE closing for them to say their kitchen is closed, this isn t the first time I ve heard this about this location. Unfortunately it s the closest to me but I will definitely not be returning I never understand why business hours say 1 thing on the website and on the door but they stop serving customer way before closing time I would understand if it was a restaurant with a menu items other than snacks that take time to make.

If you looking for something, that is not too heavy on flavor this will be it . On day in 100 degree weather from my dehydration was a blossom peach drink. The drinks were refreshing and tasty. The food came out fresh and flavorful! We got the Watermelon Slush & Mangonada signature drinks, Garlic noodles (One with garlic wings, one with Cajun shrimp) and pork dumplings. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu. They have so many drink options from smoothies to coffees to refreshers. Also a lot of fun food menu options to explore. Ps. I was expecting an Ice cream/shake-shack sort of place. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was much, much more than that. By the time I left, I regretted my last 5 dinner choices from this area of town. I had been overlooking this incredible find and kicking myself for it There are some outstanding places to eat within this area of Arlington/GP. But if you want a special treat for dessert, go here. They even have split cups so you can just get both flavors (without mixing) when you cant decide . Its also not just desserts served up here The menu looked so good I came back the next day for a litmus test on Pho and a creamy boba tea. The sweet young lady behind the counter knew her stuff and whipped me up another culinary delight to go. I went on her recommendation alone...blew me away.

Bought a pinacolada and some buffalo wing with a side of fries and salad. The drink was ok but the food was a chaos. The lady put the ranch inside the plate, with the HOT food, it made it watery. The wings were undercooked and I got sick from eating this food. Definitely dont recommend this place.

This place is a NO! They have a great drink menu, but upon entering it felt and looked dirty. The windows were dirty, the floors were dirty, and it was not clean in there. I would not order food from this establishment, due to the lack of cleanliness. The staff was somewhat cordial. It s just not a place I would recommend. My drink was incredibly sweet, I ordered a Mangonada with no spice. I will not return.

From our previous experience to recently...the menu has changed along with its taste. I was disappointed that they no longer offer the split cup. Yet, it was advertised on their menu on the screen above the register, a poster displayed on the wall, and Facebook posts offering the split cup. That was a major bummer and false advertising. Next, their garlic salt fries used to be so satisfying. Now, they are dry and disappointing. Lastly, their spicy watermelon drink has less juice and turned into a fruit cup. With everything we ordered, it was about $53 wasted. Before, it was so worth the money and left you in anticipation for the next visit. Maybe they have new owners overall. Everything was awful , lost its flavor, and false advertising.

I prefer this location over the Arlington one. The last time I went to the Arlington location, they didn t put much of, well, hardly at all, of Tajín or chamoy in the mangonada and they didn t make my friend s drink right either. I m not sure if Arlington is just busier than the GP location that affects the quality of the drinks and food, but imo, the Grand Prairie location makes the same menu items better than Arlington.

4/2024 Prices still the same as the menu pics I took on 12/27, they still have the lunch combo which I love. 12/27/2023 People are rough with 3.6 star average. Came here on a typical Wednesday at 12pm. Nobody in the restaurant. Cashier was nice, and was able to order 2 of their $10 lunch combos. They had no pho, so I got the garlic noodles with 4 sweet chili wings. I also got popcorn chicken with corn and fries. Compared to the other Zero in north Arlington, there is a bit less popcorn chicken. Flavor is still comparable though. Fries were slightly crispy which is good. Garlic noodles wow I like them with the sweet sauce on the side. Chicken with that sweet chili was just right, crispy outside and juicy inside. Ordered thai tea and matcha milk tea, on the sweet side but both very good. 5 stars from me. $23 for both (since boba was an add on) and added $3 tip on top.

So I had the pho and I d give it a 6/10. Right off the bat I didn t like that the noodles were cut into small pieces, hard to get with chopsticks & the beef in it was not great, a little gamey and very chewy.. The carne asada fries are crispy, cheese is good (yellow queso cotija ) Pico is a little heavy on the onions, but overall pretty good. Good amount of food in portion. 7.5/10 The cucumber limeade is on point, very flavorful and refreshing although it is a little on the sweet side but wonderful flavor. 8.5/10

Here we gooooooo.....Zero Degrees is a legit spot in Grand Praire to grabe a bite to eat with very easy ambiance. The team there was in the back of the restaurant (my guess is in the kitchen), but came to see to my wife and I when they noticed us. The young lady explained the restaurants most popular items for us to try. Although we were skeptical, we gave it a shot. I had theor BBQ wi g and garlic butter fries while my wife had their Buffalo shrimp, seasoned fries and pot stickers. The wings were bomb (highly recommended) while the Buffalo shrimp was meh. The flavor on the shrimp was not a bold as we are accustomed to and was a bit soggy due to the sauce. Dont get the ranch...... it reminded me of the school cafeteria ranch lol! Oh...the drinks..... you cant go wrong with their drinks. Pricing was legit and they have a lunch special that makes it even better. If you are ever in the Grand Prairie area, give this place a shot.

tried the cookie monster shake and the strawberry jamaica drink. not even getting to the drinks yet, our order was skipped 3 times before they finally STARTED to make ours, and then only gave us the strawberry one. when asked about the cookie one, they claimed it was being made. no one was making it. took another 5-10 minutes before they even started making it. the strawberry drink was pretty okay, but you cannot taste the tea in it whatsoever. the cookie drink tastes like watered down cocoa pebbles. they didnt use ice cream in it (its a f-ing shake dude wth?), and although it LOOKS pretty, it was awful. not worth the money whatsoever. service was awful, drinks were awful, overall save your money and go somewhere else.

I checked this place out based on the photos and 2 hungry grandkids... These little picky girls loved the chicken bites and tenders and French fries. Nice to find a new spot to take them! I had the Mangolata drink and it was AMAZING! Love the fresh mangoes and great flavor! Quite a few people stopped in for drinks so it must be a good! Staff was friendly and it was very clean. Everything was good!! The garlic butter noodles were actually amazing and the little sauce they give with it is a good pairing. Now the elote I just needed some more spice, all I seen to add to it was Valentina but could ve used some chili or tajin and lemon pepper. I know next time to bring it with. They have a wide selection of drinks and shakes which all looked amazing too.

I went here for lunch and had the loaded Asada Fries and I was very impressed with them. I have had asada fries from plenty of places from around the area and it hard to mess them up. But I will say this here they come with a lime wedge that give them another level of flavor that I recommend over any of the other places. They are a bit on the expensive side costing around $10 but that s usually the cost everywhere else. I did notice on the menu they had $5 hot Cheetos cheese fries which is not a bad deal at all. I didn t by them but I will give them a try next time.

Out of garlic noodles. If you don t like ranch and want to order a different sauce they charge extra, extra for drinks on special. They nickel and dime you. Just go to the local Palateria for more bang for your bucks. Don t let the atmosphere or fake lunch special trick you into eating here. Better drinks at local small businesses in this area

I am a regular customer and I love the Cookie Monster shake but today is the second time that I feel like the shake taste different as usually so I realized that the shake is donde with soft/old Oreo cookies and that the whipped cream on top looks expired too. I did not tell the staff members because I did not want them to feel like I was blaming them or something like that. I just want the real/original Cookie Monster shake.

The place is large inside. Plenty of seating. The soft serve they use is ice based, not cream, so dont get the milk based options like The Cookie Monster (cookies and cream shake) because itll just taste like watered down ice cream with ice. Not a good taste. My kids were very dissapointed. They should only sell water ice based flavors like lime, watermelon, melon and flavors like that, not cookies and cream; it was gross. The prices a bit steep too. It was $8 for a shake. The staff was fast and friendly and the other options looked good, but I didnt get a chance to try them. I will be back to try again though.

If I can add a no star rating Believe me I would!! I m upset at how this location managers manage their workers. I m sure it s not their fault since zero degrees should properly train them right? they should have knowledge of the time the store suppose to close. So I m guessing its very lousy management forsure. Saturday evening Wife and I had a sweet tooth for some sweets and decided to head over to zero degrees since they close at 10pm per the website. and we knew we had plenty of time to get some snacks and come back home. We arrived at exactly 9:25 and 3 workers were surprised We were walking in wanting service. While they seemed bother by our presence they advised us that their store kitchen has been closed. I told them the store website says they close at 10 why doesn t it say 9:30? and they said nope sorry we re closed at 9:30. We were so embarrassed of how they treated us walking out and came home empty handed. Very bad service I say.

Overall this place only gets two stars because it lacks everywhere. We ordered a Ube and strawberry milkshake, both lacked in flavor and presentation. They looked nothing like the photos presented online. For the main entree we ordered popcorn chicken, salt and pepper flavor. It was overly salty and tasted like fish. The chicken was also overcooked and the actual morsel chicken contain nothing but crumbs.

One of favorite places to go to because of Ube Milkshake & Cookie Monster! Also extremely pricey for basic food. Also, when they first opened prices was at $5.50 ans has now jumped up to $6.50 with LESS toppings. When they first opened it came with an oreo, chocolate drizzle, and a marshmallow and your even lucky if you get one topping. I went there today and ordered the ube & they FINALLY added more than one topping, I was happy to get that marshmallow & sprinkles for my ube! PLEASE bring prices back down or add more toppings as a requirement!

The Carne asada fries here are really gross & wet/soggy .. it tastes like they use nacho cheese, they pour a green salsa & what taste like 10 gallons of lime juice all over it & don t ask before doing it if that s okay. These are far from carne asada fries I would recommend going to Guatta-Ritto for some real food. The strawberry horchata is more milk thank anything & is way over prices. It was a waste of $24

I dont recommend it, its very expensive, I bought a corn and I thought it would be good but NO, they dont fill the jar well, they put it in half for $5.00 dlls, first and last time I go, and the place is very dirty. The tables are very dirty. The bathrooms are horrible. Everything is very expensive
