Alyson and her team at Mockingbird Lane Weddings and Events are absolutely amazing! Every time we have done a wedding, with them coordinating the event, it always turns out fantastic thanks to all the work they do before the day of. They definitely make it easier for our DJs to do their job which is very much appreciated! We recommend anyone getting married in Austin to definitely go with this experienced team of Wedding Coordinators if they are wanting their day to run flawlessly!

The level of care she has for her craft is a rare thing and I can list a million more reasons why we love her but in short, just do yourself a favor and hire her; you wont regret having her on your team (we sure didnt).

We had the easiest, best, and most relaxed experience with Mockingbird Lane! Kelby was amazing to work with - she was quick to answer questions throughout the entire process and had answers with solutions to everything that came up! When we were asked in our intro meeting how we wanted to experience our wedding day, we both wanted a day where we could just focus on each other and not worry about any details. Kelby made this happen for us even with unexpected rain in the middle of July. Kelby was calm, organized, and kind, and we are so lucky to have had her running the show on our wedding day. We cannot recommend Mockingbird Lane enough!

Emmaline was our coordinator for our wedding, and I cannot be more thankful for everything she did. I endlessly sent her email after email and she was always quick to respond, communicated with vendors for us, and gave so many recommendations for vendors, decor, etc. She made our day so enjoyable and stress-free, there is no way we could have had our perfect day without her. Emmaline and her crew set up and took down all of the wedding decor and perfectly laid out everything in the vision we wanted, made a timeline for the day, and truly was the greatest help. I cannot recommend Emmaline enough, she is amazing at her job and we really enjoyed our wedding due to the hard work of her, her crew, and the company. Thank you Emmaline for being so accommodating and making our day beautiful, Nic and I cannot be more thankful. :)

Lanell was amazing!! Throughout the wedding planning process, she was such a helpful resource. Deciding vendors was made super easy because she provided all of the best recommendations. And then that last month pre-wedding she really stepped in and handled all the communication with vendors and organized so many things. It was amazing on my wedding not to have to stress about or manage anything and everything got done just the way I wanted it to. One of my bridesmaids zipper on her dress broke, but not a problem for Lanell! She whipped out needle and thread and sewed the dress so that you couldnt even tell there was an issue! I would 100% recommend hiring Mockingbird Lane - they are the sweetest and so so helpful!!

Hiring Mockingbird Lane was the smartest decision we made!!! Alyson is amazing and we can t imagine our wedding without her! She is organized, knowledgeable, creative, thoughtful, courteous, extremely responsive. She can manage up, down, and all around in terms of vendors, venue, timelines, the wedding party, family and somehow makes it look easy. We weren t worried about a single thing on our wedding day (except maybe the rain and she had a thorough plan B for that, too)! From day one I felt safe with the assistance of Alyson. Alyson was able to get me what I needed, gave me ideas, found vendors, and tools I needed to make final decisions. I was extremely happy with what Alyson offered throughout the planning. Two months before the wedding I was assigned to Kelby and I was a bit concerned but Kelby blew out minds. On the wedding day idk what we could have done without Kelby. My husband and I as extremely grateful for all the help and thoughts that went through with the wedding day process. From the moment I reached out Alyson was really responsive and when we jumped on a call we clicked instantly. The whole team was so professional, organized, and provided unwavering support throughout the planning process. Alyson was there with us every step of the way, offering guidance, reassurance, and creative ideas to bring our vision to life. No request was too big, too small, or too weird. On the week of the wedding we had multiple hiccups (super windy, extra uninvited guests, elderly grandparents, etc.) and Alyson handled it flawlessly! Emmaline is the absolute best! She was fantastic through the entirety of our six month planning process! She was so kind and thorough and did it all with the sweetest disposition. And she was so patient with me as my decision fatigue kicked in and my many guest dietary requests! She flawlessly coordinated all the vendors, our day of timeline, decorations, late night food arrivals, weather concerns, bustling, cake cutting... the tasks were never-ending! And she accomplished it all with a smile on her face. You could not ask for a better coordinator. Alyson was an absolute joy to work with! She was reasonably priced, very hands on, extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding-related, and just overall a lovely person. She uses a great program that makes it really easy for you as the client to comment on and fine tune the wedding day timeline that she creates. I cannot say enough good things about Emmaline and her team! She is the sweetest most kind-hearted soul youll ever meet. But shell also go to bat for you if you need it! My caterer added an extra charge to my invoice, and she handled it quickly and expertly without prompting. We had a long walk-through at the venue where she went detail-by-detail through my day and made me feel so relaxed knowing everything was handled. She worked so hard for us day of and did an awesome job wrangling my rather large bridal party. She also had everything we needed on-hand like a pair of scissors or a pen (you wouldnt think you need these things but then youre grateful when it just appears). I also had so many last-minute changes and she kept track of them all. Showing up to the venue on our day everything looked beautiful and just as I had requested. Long story short, you cannot go wrong working with her. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family looking to enjoy the day and not stress the details. Working with Emmaline was definitely one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. She is absolutely incredible! From the very start, Emmaline was responsive, patient, extremely organized, and a wealth of knowledge for us (we asked hundreds of questions!). She went out of her way to help resolve an issue we had with another vendor several months before our wedding, never once making me feel like a nuisance as I know she was managing other weddings during that time. Words cannot describe how crucial Emmaline was at our wedding, she was amazing!! Since we were based out of Denver and not in Austin, it made us a little nervous but having Emmaline as our coordinator was such a relief! This is the team you want on your side! I photographed my sister-in-laws intimate wedding on Lake Travis in November. The event was coordinated and led by Alyson with Brook being our go-to-gal on the actual wedding day. This day was all the rain, hail and wind [not the original vision, needless to say!] but Brook was a real class act throughout. We worked together to rally to have the ceremony outdoors and it was so worth it looking back at the photos. Brook was really in it for the couple and was always thoughtful, attentive and kind. We had Brooke for our day-of-coordination from Mockingbird Lane on 10/9/21. She was absolutely outstanding!! They paid attention to absolutely every detail. We had our wedding planned when we hired them, but I was freaking out with the last minute and they were able to swoop in and take over while still providing my control freak heart all the information. We hired Alyson to plan our wedding celebration that had been postponed for almost two years because of COVID. To say she was great would be an understatement. She was on top of everything, super organized and efficient (which I loved), and helped put together our dream wedding. I cannot recommend Emmaline enough - hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding! She was so organized and helpful in the months leading up to the wedding. She was very detailed-oriented when it came to our timeline and decorations and handled all of the coordination with our vendors, so when it came time for the wedding weekend my mom and I did not have anything to stress about it and we were able to truly enjoy the day which was the most important part. We hired Mockingbird Lane to help us with our wedding, we worked with Alyson (the owner) and her assistant Brooke. Both of them did an amazing job and were so helpful. Our venue didn t do set up, so Mockingbird also helped with set up and tear down and worked with all our vendors. Alyson, also went and picked up/returned my linens which was also super helpful. She is a great wedding coordinator and super nice!! It was super easy working with Alyson, she always answered my questions (and I had a few ), she helped us find a super awesome DJ and always had great suggestions for other vendors as well. Alyson and her team at Mockingbird Lane were absolutely wonderful. We used there day of coordination service, which was so much more than that. From getting my rehearsal together to answering logistics questions from vendors, Alyson took care of it all. I was a complicated bride who insisted on DIY-ing all of the wedding decorations. Alyson and her team set up everything up perfectly and filled in styling things that I had not even thought of. She worked with us so that attention was paid to every detail. I was overwhelmed with the thought of putting all this together for the big day, but Alyson and the women working with her handled everything and my husband and I were just able to enjoy the day, stress free! It was really incredible having Mockingbird Lane handle our wedding. I dont even know how to put into words how amazing Mockingbird Lane Events, and our wedding coordinator Alyson was!! We found Alyson about 2 months before our wedding, and just knew after our first meeting we had to hire her!! She was super friendly, and professional and knew she would be a good match. But Im still blown away by how good she actually is!! We hired her for our month of coordination, but she started helping that very next day even though we were still two months out! She was very responsive to all emails, and caught many things ahead of time that would have been a conflict if not known to the day of. Even on the night of our rehearsal she noted a fire ant problem on the ceremony site, and somehow even made sure that was taken care of even though the wedding was literally the next day! I received so many compliments from my family and guests about how helpful and on top of things Alyson was on the day of our wedding. She truly made our wedding day a complete success with no issues at all! It was the best day of our lives, and we could never thank Alyson enough for making it perfect!!! Hire Her!!!

Alyson and team at Mockingbird are the absolute BEST. We met and hired Alyson a full 18 months prior to our wedding, and she was with us every single step of the way. Even with multiple weddings going on, COVID reschedules, and everything in between - She made us feel like we were her number one priority at any given moment. During the wedding, her and her assistant had every possible detail covered - She even stitched my wife s wedding dress that had ripped WHILE we were eating dinner! We absolutely adore Alyson and would highly, highly recommend her for your wedding or any event that requires a helping hand. She s the best!

Mockingbird Lane was a dream come true that we didnt even know we needed! Our coordinator was Kate and I could not rave about her enough! She matched my bride style of planning PERFECTLY and was always my biggest cheerleader and helper for the whole year of planning and the day of. Always available for texts and emails and no question/request was too dumb or out of her reach. You need this team for your big day! Pros to the upmost and they make all your dreams come true! I wish I could hang out with these ladies every day of my life because they are THAT amazing.

Michele and Alyson at Mockingbird Lane were an absolute dream with which to work. From the planning stages, to Covid-19 postponement, to carrying out the details on the re-scheduled day, they thought of everything we needed and helped us carry out our plans. They truly helped us to make our wedding dreams become reality. They were a perfect balance of professional and fun as well as engaging, supportive, organized, efficient and so very capable. I loved the way they interacted so kindly with our guests as well as how they coordinated seamlessly with the vendors. What a stress relief as the Mother of the Bride as I was able to focus on enjoying my daughter, our family and our guests because I didn t have to worry about the details. I knew our plans were in good hands! I cannot recommend them more highly.

Alyson and the Mockingbird Lane Staff are amazing! After our initial consultation with Alyson, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. Before the wedding day, Alyson provided suggestions for vendors, a checklist, she answered our questions, she checked in with us several times, and she created the wedding timeline. On the day of, Alyson and her staff made sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. All of our guests commented on how well the events flowed from one to another and how beautiful the day was. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, we would highly recommend Mockingbird Lane! Hiring Alyson and her team was literally the best wedding planning decision we made. Alyson was there from day 1, checking in with me regularly to see how planning was going and always ready to answer my Is this possible... questions. Alyson was even willing to jump in to some miscommunications between myself and vendors and sort it all out on my behalf. We did not make it easy for Alyson and her team, from two food trucks, a bonfire, and 16 different vendors, but they were ready to jump in and do whatever was needed. In addition to flawlessly executing our timeline, they bussed tables, they took out trash, they handed out glowsticks, and even managed our lost and angry Uber driver (and Im sure put out some fires that I didnt even know about!) Alyson is a professional, came SUPER prepared to the walkthrough, and offered tons of tips and ideas we had never thought of. She was a calming and supportive presence day-of, logistically and just in general as a kind and caring human being. I was so pleased to have her and her team at our special day and I would hire them again and again!

Mockingbird Lane is their name, coordinating weddings is there game. And they are the winning. Going to be honest, at first, I didnt think I needed a wedding coordinator on my wedding day. Now, a week out from my amazingly perfect wedding day, I am immensely glad I hired Mockingbird Lane. What a relief. Not just for me, but for my mother, father, husband, bridal party, vendors, etc. Every single person at my wedding benefited from their involvement before hand and their presence during my wedding. Taking one look at Taylors face on my wedding day was instantly calming. She had complete poise and everything under control. Corren was incredible too. They were prepared, available, and accommodating. Down to the littlest detail. What was important to me, was important to Alyson, Taylor, & Corren. All my special requests were made possible...with a smile. These talented women helped prevent me from turning into Bridezilla when I planned my wedding in less than 3 months. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is priceless.

Words cannot begin to express my appreciation for the team at Mockingbird Lane! Corren and Alyson are absolutely phenomenal! They are supportive, prepared, and dedicated to helping their clients make their wedding vision become a reality. This team goes above and beyond! I was impressed time and again by not only their ability to manage all of the vendors but also to anticipate the little hiccups that could add stress to our special day. The button on my tuxedo popped off about half an hour before the wedding. Correns team pulled out their Mary Poppins bag and fixed it. Crisis averted. These ladies were 100% prepared for any possible pitfall. If you want someone who will be dedicated to you and take as much pride in making your wedding come to life as you do, Mockingbird Lane is the way to go!

If I could I would give Alyson 100 stars. She made our wedding effortless and fun. As soon as we spoke on the phone my stress literally vanished. She has an eye to detail, organized, professional but also so much fun! Every conversation we had it felt like talking to a friend. She managed our venue owner to ensure we had a beautiful stress free day. She called our bridal party including their children and all of our family by name.
