Eric has been extremely helpful in navigating legal issues in Texas including animal law. He is very clear and professional. I always seek The Best, so I definitely didnt want to hire one of those Good Ole Boy local defense attorneys, who goes fishing with the DA on the weekend, and have my fate compromised or decided on a lake. So I did a search for the top Defense Attorneys in Texas, and Mr. Torbersons name was in the top of all the lists, and as I read his profile and researched past cases, I was quite impressed with one case in particular. In June 2016, Mr. Torberson took on a case to represent and protect six dogs from being euthanized after attacking and killing a Process Server, who trespassed and ignored a Beware Of Dogs sign at a Manor, Texas residence. It was at that moment that I knew he was the man I wanted and needed to represent me and handle my defense; a man, who truly loves animals, as you will see, when you visit his office and meet his beautiful pets in person and in photos. My point? Well, a man dedicated to insuring an animals right to proper representation and a fair trial will definitely fight just as hard and determined, if not harder, for a human.....and he did just that in my case. I have been in and out of the judicial system for many issues and have been represented by numerous attorneys; however, I can definitely say without an ounce of doubt that Eric Torberson is one of the Best. I could use an infinite number of positive adjectives to describe him and his approach to handling a case and the utilization of the law, but I will just leave it at this...Youre a damn fool if you fail to hire this man for representation in any legal matter.

I am so very grateful to have had Eric represent me. I was extremely anxious and he kept me informed every step of the way. My case was very serious and could have had very severe consequences. He spent alot of time on it and eventually got the complete case dismissed. If you want a great attorney, hes it... He also served our country as a proud Marine.

I was scheduled for a dangerous dog hearing appeal and Eric delivered in very short notice. My dog bit someone on my property and is suing. We already went through a hearing that classified my dog as dangerous. I appealed the ruling and consulted Mr Tolberson in the meantime. He was a rock star in court and the judge disagreed with the original hearing result. She said my dog is by no means dangerous and over turned the ruling....stating he was doing his job. We couldnt have done it without Mr. Torbersons help. He and the judge were obvious dog lovers and understand the importance of human error! Thank you so much Eric. Eric handled my case effectively and professionally. He made himself available from day one. I have the up most confidence in Erics strategy and performance.
