Ingredients were fresh; love the options and ease of ordering online. Great variety and options for gluten and dairy sensitivities. Warning: the Volcano Bowl is FAR too spicy -- painful, in fact. I actually wonder if they made a mistake when preparing ours, as I cant imagine anyone would enjoy it. Well be back, but well avoid that dish.

Honestly, just not for me. The portions are tiny, the bowls are expensive and the flavor just isn t what it should be. I also feel like the tuna didn t taste as fresh as some poke places. I ll stick to Fresh Poke & Bubble Tea.

Good day to you, dear reader! Another Wednesday, another new dining experience. Ive been enjoying the rain as of late. Todays excursion was actually meant for a lesser purpose: Dairy Queen. I was hungry, and, believing some fried chicken could cure the void within, I embarked on a journey to retrieve it. Halfway there, however, something caught my eye-- Pokeworks. Id driven by there numerous times, but only today did I get the idea to peek inside and potentially discover hidden treasure. (Well... not really hidden. Its right out on the corner. But you get the idea.) Overcome with curiosity --and hunger-- I exited traffic, parked, and headed in. The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and as I walked up to the menu, I was immediately entranced by the selection! The pictures were lovely, and I could see the fresh ingredients all laid out before me behind the bar. I was greeted by a lovely staff member who helped assemble my bowl. Feeling fruity, as I often do, I decided to order a smoothie along with it. Let me tell you, the bowl was phenomenal. Fresh, delicious, FUN! I was reminded of a time long ago, when I was merely a boy, trying sushi for the first time with good ol Uncle Vinny. Man, those were the days. Too bad about that skiing accident. Anyway, Im sure Ill stop in again! Kid-friendliness: The food gave me flashbacks to when I was a child myself! Children should flock to this place in order to enjoy its mystic culinary wonders!

I came to this establishment in a great mood and very hungry. I like that this place promotes healthy eating. However, I had never been here before and didnt know how it worked. When the server put rice in a plastic container, I asked if they had any containers other than plastic. She didnt understand my question, and we had a bit of a misunderstanding. I remained positive, but her facial expressions showed irritation. After I asked again why she put the fish and rice in separate containers, her irritation was evident, and she called her colleague to continue serving me. The new server was polite, smiling, and very professional. Initially, I wanted to give 4 stars due to the service, but this young man improved the situation and restored my rating to 5 stars. However, I would like to ask the managers of this establishment to have a conversation about how to properly interact with customers and not show irritation, even if they are feeling it. Especially towards customers who are positive, smiling, and just asking questions they dont understand. I came to this establishment in a great mood and very hungry. I like that this place is about healthy eating. But I had never been to this establishment and did not know how it was structured, how it worked. When the saleswoman put the rice in a plastic container for me, I asked if they had any other containers other than plastic ones. As a result, she did not understand my question, and we had some kind of misunderstanding. I was positive. But her emotional state, her facial expression showed irritability. After asking again why she had put fish and rice on separate plates, when this began to irritate her again, she called her partner, who continued to serve me. In turn, she emotionally demonstrated her irritation. My employee who replaced her was polite, smiling and extremely professional. After communicating with this girl, I wanted to give 4 stars because I didnt like the service. But this young man corrected the situation and returned 5 stars. But I would like to appeal to the managers of this institution so that they have a conversation on the topic of how to properly communicate with the client. And do not show your irritation, even if it exists. Moreover, those clients who are positive, smile and just ask questions that they do not understand.

I stopped in for a quick bite to eat, and the customer service I received from Poncho was amazing. This was my first time here and he told me how it worked, helped me build my bowl, and recommended the Garlic Spam Musubi. His service was fast and friendly. The ingredients are fresh, and delicious. I had decided to go to a nearby restaurant. When I parked, I had to walk past pokewok, and stepped in, instead. I had no clue what to expect. WHEN youre looking for something light and refreshing and NOT JUST ORDINARY, this is the place. Keep in mind that you have to make some decisions for yourself; its not the same thing as ordering a burger and fries.

Absolutely loved this Poke restaurant. I had the spicy tuna and pineapple. I was hoping for mango, but didn t have any. I will say the pineapple was perfect. Thank you to the gentleman who man it for me. Restaurant is clean. Chairs make a loud squeaky noise when pushing them under the table. Otherwise if I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would do it.

Lived in Hawaii for 10 years so I thought I would give this place a try see if it was anything like what we had there. Sad to say I was disappointed $16 for a drink & regular size bowl which isnt that much fish. Poke House in Round Rock is wayyy better. Wont be coming back here.

A poke restaurant that my husband discovered while picking up coffee at Starbucks! Clean interior! The staff were all friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Came back from working at the farm in Georgetown and decided to check out this place. Favorably wanted to go to a sushi restaurant and this was on the list. Its not your typical sushi place but rather something better. Ordered the limited edition lobster bowl with extra avocado. Atmosphere feels relaxed, parking could be improved. Theres currently construction going on near the 35.

This was by far the most disgusting sushi Ive ever had. My wife and I were out and about far from home and wanted to get something more nutritious/healthy and were happy to find a poke option. Until I tried the food. The seared tuna was not anywhere close to seared. More like microwaved to a nasty gray color. I could go into much greater detail about how all of the food was disgusting but Ill leave it at that. Its my fault for thinking a chain poke/sushi place was a good idea.

I love this restaurant but the last couple of times I ve been there they ve been out of the Acai cups. For weeks the only option they ve had was the mango option which isn t as good. Still love their food/service. I just wish they d fix whatever is needed to have the Açaí cups on a regular basis.

Please do not eat here. After doing so, I was the sickest I have ever been. More fool me, as the poke did not taste fresh and I ate it anyway. I will say the mango dessert thing was absolutely delicious, it was one of the best desserts Ive had in a long time. Clean and modernized interior design. It was nice to finally have a poke place in Georgetown! A lot of poke places have increased the prices of their entrees and give you less toppings. Comparing prices and the free toppings available at this restaurant, I get more for my money. They give you a good proportion of the ingredients that you picked. You can also get your protein torched, which was neat. The portions of protein given were small in amount but I had a lot of other toppings. Definitely will come back again but will be asking for more sauce. coco mango haupia: delicious! The taste of the mangos brought me back to Asia and was very nostalgic. I know it s nothing fancy but it was good. The coconut jelly was not very sweet. I was expecting more of a bouncy texture.

This is the best Poke restaurant I have been to by far! Im so glad we have this in Georgetown now. I love doing Poke Your Way and experimenting with different flavor combinations. The poke was fresh, well made, and well priced! 1 poke bowl could probably hold over 2 light eaters or a very hungry person. Best place to eat in Georgetown for a clean/healthy (and still fast) meal! (Tip: if the idea of raw sushi in a bowl of rice creeps you out, you can get the sushi grilled and have incredibly high quality seared tuna!)

Stopped by today after the gym. Not too busy at first but more arrived. I had a salmon poke bowl with lettuce/rice, cucumbers, onions, edamame, house sauce, ginger, green onions, ginger, seaweed, Thai chilies and maybe a few other items. The helper adds your times from the cooling table and mixes it all together. Each item is portion controlled. I had a glass of water also. The poke bowl was really yummy. It is a good amount of food for lunch. They have a fruit drink fountain, but I didnt try one. Funny thing, they have a wrapped spam snack you can get - must be a Hawaiian thing :)

Absolutely Amazing! Do yourself a favor and visit the Pokeworks Georgetown location asap! I was already a fan of the Riverside location and was happy to learn they have added another one closer to home. The staff truly cares about your experience, food is absolutely amazing and fresh. Price is fair and portion is more than enough. My fav is Poke your way with Tuna and Salmon and the Organic Lemonade. I also love the Coco Mango desert. I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I did.

So excited to have a poke place in Georgetown and close to home! I took a star off because the white rice base was not only not sticky or seasoned like sushi rice but really hard and crumbly. We get that ya ll opened recently, so just bringing to your attention, we re sure the kinks will be worked out in time. Besides that, my kids loved their avocado sushi burrito, I had the signature veggie bowl and hubby had a large build your own. We were happy with our bowls and we are recent transplants from NorCal so we love and are very familiar with good poke. Beautiful interior and very kind service.

So far, so good! I had the opportunity to try a bowl as part of their opening day promotion, and everything tasted very fresh. I appreciate that they offer vegetarian options (seasoned beets, tofu) and cooked options (chicken, shrimp) for the entrees. Also very excited to see Hawaiian Brand chips offered - not something very easy to find in Texas! The staff were very friendly as well. Im looking forward to visiting again soon to see if it holds up after their opening day support has left. Vegetarian options: They offer tofu and beets as proteins!
