I am compelled to leave a review based on my recent experience at this FedEx shipping office. Unfortunately, I am unable to give a rating lower than one star, which I am forced to select. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member who assisted me, identified as Black or African American, exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior. She failed to provide clear explanations of the shipping process and instead conveyed a dismissive attitude. This lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and will choose UPS for future shipping needs, where I have consistently received better service. This location has lost my business.

I recently paid FedEx to ship a package by priority overnight express. This means the package will be delivered to its destination by 10:30am the next day. FedEx failed to deliver the package within the timeframe as expected. They didnt deliver my package until after 3:00pm the next day. Thats almost 5 hours late. I made repeated calls to FedEx to find out why there was a problem. I had to call 31 times before reaching a live person who would not help me with the problem or offer any kind of satisfactory resolution to the problem. I was told I had to file a claim on their website. I did that as instructed asking that my overnight charges be refunded. My claim was denied and they gave no reason as to why it was denied. Customer service is non-existent at FedEx. They charged me $270.00 to ship my small package (less than 10Lbs) overnight express. They FAILED to hold up their end. They make it impossible to reach a live person and when you do all they can do is provide tracking information that I already got from their website. Dont ever trust FedEx to handle sensitive packages or to deliver on-time. Horrific experience!!

As I m reading several other negative reviews, I can attest to the experience I just had at this location. FedEx is a good company and have had mostly positive experiences, yet the females who work here are very rude, talk under their breath, roll eyes - as if my presence alone to dare ask for a few prints is too much. After one too many instances like these I will now be avoiding this place due to such poor customer service. Ladies, do better.

On Monday Nov 6, 23 I came in here to drop off a package but half my shipping label was missing from when I printed it out at home. A bearded guy here with glasses and brown hair helped me get the right label. Great customer service

Today, I received a delivery from FedEx. It was a particularly large delivery with very large boxes. The FedEx representative, Jim, was so sweet and had great people skills. He went out of his way to put my delivery in a more convenient location (by the garage), instead of by the front door. He was very kind and smiled the entire time. It is very hot outside and I really appreciated his level of customer service. Jim went above and beyond his commonplace duties and was so pleasant while doing so. Thank you Jim!

I typically go to this location because it s closets to my work. When I go in it s always for my boss. The white lady in there is so unfriendly & rude for no reason. last time she helped me she had so much attitude for no reason at all & when I gave it back she wanted to be nice . I never walk in there with attitude to be clear, I always try to be patient & friendly. When I went in today that s what I did & the attitude I got from her was unreal. She needs to be fired & should not go work in customer service again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I would be embarrassed to act so unfriendly in public while being an employee. I tried to print with a retrieval code and did not get the code via my email. I asked for help. Without looking up the woman wearing glasses said, go stand by the window (for reception). I did and that didn t work. I walked back asked if she could print it for me? (4pages). Again, without looking up: it s an extra $2.50 charge . I said ok and stood there in silence for 5 minutes while she never looked over in my direction. I finally asked her, did the email come through yet? Without taking her eyes off her computer screen, not yet . Silence. Finally - how many copies do you want? So I got a total of 4 copies for $3.50. I don t mind paying - it s the attitude. It s perplexing that employees can be so oblivious to simple common courtesy.

2nd time in and absolutely the last. First time the lady refused to even help me at all. This time Abigale the manager offered me the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Hopefully all these other negative reviews will lead to a follow up and house cleaning at this location. They are poorly representing FedEx which is the only good shipping company left. Thank you FedEx for having a nice place in Gtown for us to use when needed. My printer was out at home, I needed to print something & get it out that day. I drove to your place, waited a couple of mins & had wonderful service from all 3 of the ladies who worked there. I started with 1 & had to get help from the other 2 while printing (user error !) & they were all 3 very helpful, friendly & professional. I feel awful that I do not recall all of their names but I do remember the younger girl, Abigail. BUT, please know, the other 2 ladies who work there & are a little older were also just as wonderful. I stop in there every few months to ship something & everyone there has always been very kind to me. Please acknowledge the 3 ladies who work there during the day and during the week. Thank you !!!

I had to make an online order return here, Im used to UPS where you dont have to bring a box, here you do. Make sure you bring packaging or theyll charge you an huge cost. I had to return a gift card and they put it in a 12X12 box that cost nearly $20 - just the box! Its my own fault for not bringing the originally packaging, but dang thats a lot of money for a one-time use cardboard box!

The person behind the counter saw a pretty girl and asserted she was in line before me. So I said, listen if you want to take care of the pretty girl before me, go agread. He waived her forward and she said no he was here before me. I asked her politely to take my spot. The guy behind the counter said Ill take care of you, come over. I politely insisted he take care of the lady at this point. He said If you want to be like that you can leave. I flipped him off and left. Pretty sad situation. The fat guy behind the counter is trolling women in the line...check the reviews, RUDE STAFF is well documented.

Their supervisor Abigail is extremely rude. Not sure how she can keep a customer service job or management position. I do not recommend going here ever. To make up for her rudeness, she wouldnt let me pay for my 100 prints. Horrible customer service. Abigail told me to leave after I told her she was being rude.

A nice office with friendly folks. I prefer FedEx to UPS as FedEx is usually lower priced and they seem to handle packages so as to minimize damage during shipping. UPS seems to have total disregard for package handling.

I had to ship a large painting and the store manager took time to help me utilize the most efficient and safe way to mail my artwork. The rate was affordable. The manager ensured he and his team would do their best to handle the piece with care. It arrived safely and on time. Great customer service!

I called today to get info about an international shipment, and Joe was so patient and really helpful over the phone, and then later at the store. They really try to get you the lowest possible shipping rate here. Very helpful and kind people. I just wish they d take off the masks and smile. It would be really nice to see people s smiles again.

Not at all customer friendly. I go for a print outs today morning at 11:10 AM. Preview showing currently but printing missing some portion of it. I tried 2 times and I ask for help and the lady at the counter refused to help ask me to try different ways. If we paid and waste papers, why should she hired for? Then I go to Office Depot, people helped me get the right size. No more this FedEx branch.

This is the Fed Ex I go to, to return my school books to my university- (who provides a paid label) Ive done this for years, and yesterday was the first time I was charged $7.00 for a re-boxing fee. So, that was disappointing, they usually provide an envelope for no charge. I was also disappointed that I wasnt greeted when I came in, that usually happens here, and stood at the counter for a couple minutes before one of the 3 workers behind the counter came to help me. They did look like they were busy doing other things, but Im a customer IN the store! Nothing bad happened, and I got my books mailed, with very little wait. But, its usually a better experience!

The team at FedEx Print & Ship Center are always friendly and go out of their way to help the customers. I went in the other day to scan and fax some legal documents, and they not only helped me with the process, they suggested I scan and email them as a way to save a lot of money. Top notch service, and so thankful for their consideration of my finances. I always get the best service here at this FedEx location.

Wow ! I came in to print out an old tax return that was needed for court... i had been having trouble getting it done and the manager here helped me and printed out whst I needed... then as I waited to pay for 18 pages printed... he waved me by and said no problem . He allowed me to print free of charge! Great experience Excellent customer service! I recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs!

I have used this Kinkos as long as it has been open. Never have I had an issue . The people are always Professional, Polite, ready to assist you in any way they can. It helps to tell them what you need , they are not mind readers. I believe that due to Covid 19 some folks are extremely on edge. Phones are as quick release to channel their anger. Come people they are just doing their job If they do not do it to your satisfaction or as quickly as you like perhaps it isnt the fault of the Fed EX employee working behind the counter. It might just b e you. Keep up the Great Work .

Arrive with express packages usually they just scan and I get reciept. Then when I finally get help I get asked drop off? Really? No sorry for the delay???? Obviously Im dropping off!! I went to there office and asked if the have passport photos they said yes. after took my baby for a passport photo and they refused the girl did not offer a justification as to why they could not instead she looked around like looking for someone out of the blue to reply for her. Racism exists here at this place think twice before taking your business here.

If you go into the store you can get great service, although that depends on who is actually working. They seem to keep the atore fairly understaffed most of the time. If you do want to call and ask the employees anything, the phone generally rings anywhere from 8-20 minutes with no answer to your call. which then makes you have to go to the store in person leading you back to my first comment. Needs alot of improvement in the attitudes of the staff. If you do not want to work in a customer service industry then please do us a favor and quit. We dont care for your inapproiate comments, and glaring looks. Management should consider educating the newer staff on what good customer service truly is like.
