Staff are rude and unprofessional. All my emails are being return and not deliver. I left a message as well on your voice mail box since no one has picked up the phone. You guys cant charging me for a missing screen charge me $186 for a screen that was not put in by their maintenance guy. The window was fix by your vendor and never put it back on. Look back at my maintenance order the window was broken and they fixed it. No screen was attached to it. On top of that why you going to charge me for nail holes when I could have fix it myself for less than $50. You guys listed I couldnt paint either but your have a nerve to charge me for it. It is normal wear and tear since I lived there for over 3 years. Do you expect the paint to stay brand new? It is not right and you know $600 charges ridiculous. I have never been in a property that we are not allowed to cover the holes ourselves or paint but you guys have the audacity to charge me for it. This should be a landlord charge it is to be expected after a tenant has left and moved out not mine since it has been over 3 years since I been renting. It is wear and tear of the paint. You guys need to find my maintenance order to look at the repairs for the window and the screen was not put back on it. Instead you guys are trying to nickel and dime me for everything I could have done it myself for less and save myself a lot of money. I have experience respiratory problems due to water damage and mold because they didnt even fix the exterior of the house. I experience flooding in my garage and lost a lot of valuable items. I am trying to prevent someone else from dealing with the heartaches they have impose on me and my living situation but they want to keep almost 80% of my deposit. Unbelievable!!

The very worst slum lords. They WILL NOT fix anything and manage the worst properties with the cheapest owners. It took 3 years to get an a/c unit from 1985 replaced. They had no idea there was a mountain of junk up there left from previous tenants. When they fixed the a/c, It leaked all over my office and damaged product that they are refusing to replace. These are ancient buildings with ZERO insulation, My shop temps reach 110-120° every summer. I had a heat stroke and they still wont replace missing insulation. They will harass you, try to make you break your lease, Give out your personal number and absolutely refuse to be reasonable or pro-rate rent for having a shop in shambles. Avoid at all costs. These are the very worst people

Rented a property from them and had heat stroke after they refused to address lack of insulation, Non working a/c, And no ventilation fan. Still have not addressed my issues after 4 months. Management actually decided I was being disrespectful when I became angry that my wife and toddler were sweating to death in an office that hadnt had the a/c serviced since 1985 - despite multiple complaints for 3 years. These are awful slumlords, Please avoid at all costs.

Century 21 is nothing but slum lords. When I asked for repairs to be made they wouldnt repair anything. My staircase was dangerous enough that people would fall down the rotten stairs. It poured rain in my bedroom door from my backdoor, black mold behind my shower walls, security light to be fixed.. etc . When I told them I was bipolar, they contacted the owner of the property and they would no longer renew my lease. That was discrimination against a person with mental illness. Within an hour and half after explaining myself, I was told Id have to move. I had to put a star to make this review, but really you dont deserve any kind of rating. People please be aware that Century 21 Hellman Stribbling are nothing but discriminating slum lords. Jeannie Chandler is also one of the rudest people to deal with. She told the owners of the property I rented for 4 years about my bipolar disease. Jeannie I hope you read this because I want you as well as the rest of the staff there to kno ... people dont ask to have a mental illness, and I worked 3 jobs at 1 time to just live. You were wrong to do what you did.

One of the Brokers is always available if any of our agents have any questions. I love our location on the Corner of Awesome and Amazing on the Downtown Square of Georgetown. We used an agent at Century 21 to purchase some property and had a stellar experience! It ended up being a complicated process but our agent was with us every step of the way and she is a big reason why we are so satisfied to have closed. Im very happy with the service provided!

This company is very dishonest they will promise you things and than get amnesia, plus they will nickel and dime you after move out in order to not have to pay you your full deposit. Lets not talk about serious repairs they forget to address the issue why because they have so many clients and it was a oversight... Really I can go on and on in details but I would strongly advised you to not use this company. Im also doing a complaint with the Texas Commisson.

Kim with century 21 is one of the most unprofessional, rude people I ve met. From my first encounter with her she was rude and disrespectful. She continually harassed us and was sarcastic and rude in her emails. She will be the person you work with it you rent from century 21. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. So many complaints are directed at Kim.. it amazes me she still has a job with this company.

I had the pleasure of working with Sherri and Jacob Bingham during my renting experience. Both were wonderful people to work with. Special thanks to Jacob for going above and beyond to meet my needs from moving in, to renewing each year, and finally during my move out. After my move out it was a month until my closing and Jacob was still assisting me with my mortgage experience when my lender requested rental history the DAY OF CLOSING. All wrong.... just dont use them. Jacob Bingham is non responsive and useless once you move out of a disgusting rental. Youd think they would appreciate you for renting a dilapidated house and thank you by helping you get reimbursed for new tenants not putting utilities in their name. NOPE!!

Darlene has done a great job as buyer agent. Our negotiations and purchase went smoothly all the way to close. We re only halfway done though, as we still have to sell our prior home. We trust that ALL of the Century 21 team will market it aggressively and get it sold quickly!

Totally bad experience renting a property through them, was told the home would be professionally cleaned but it never was. They had a cleaning crew who came in not once but twice and didnt clean it. I was told the walls would be scrubbed from top to bottom, baseboards, doors, and cabinets would be cleaned. Nothing got done and after two days still not able to move in. There is a difference between a little dirty and nasty dirty and this home was nasty dirty. The leasing agent Rachael Logue told me my standards of clean are way to high and that I had to basically suck it up. the property manager said its not his place to check homes before a renter moves in or after it is cleaned by the cleaning crew. At no time has he managed this property and only came out a few times but never after it was supposaly cleaned. As of now I cant move into the home and they are sensing the same incompentan company to try for a third time but I have no faith it would be clean and is waisting my time. I dont think it is asking much to have them send in a cleaning company to property clean a home so we can move in. All I get from Jacob is lies and excuses that this home would be cleaned. Then he tells me that the owner wants us out because we are being unreasonable in asking to have the home cleaned upon move in. Very unprofessional and unacceptable by far, I would not use this company.

We had a very good experience with Connie Herron, who worked closely with us purchase a home in a strong sellers market. Connie helped us find just the right property within our specifications, and was there at every step from pre-qualification, searching, writing a successful offer, inspection, closing, and even AFTER the closing when an appliance malfunctioned.
