After getting home, my order had been changed, no one could eat pizza because the night shift workers were all very distracted smoking outside, they gave me two boxes that they had prepared there and since they didnt have any more orders I thought they were mine , my surprise when I get home and see the ingredients for my pizzas, nothing of what I ordered.

Store manager of all people is the issue!! He refuses to give refunds, his employees are poorly trained. They lose orders, attempt to s and out pizzas in crescent moon shapes. He literally stated If they dont want their pizza burnt, stop putting so many damn toppings I literally heard him say that very loud in the store. Hes ABSOLUTE TRASH

The old guy covered in pizza dough needs to chill. I pulled up to the door and let my son out to pick up our pizzas and he told my son to ask me to park in a parking spot next time. I was literally sitting there for two minutes. I ll tell you what, dude. I ll do you one better than parking in a parking spot next time I ll just give another pizza place my business and he won t have to worry about where I park. Problem solved. Having said that, our pizzas were made right and they were delicious.

Had friend call from Sun City, Georgetown, Tx, last night. At 2:00 in the afternoon, She ordered Papa Johns pizzas for company that night. They were to be delivered at 6:30. By 8:00 they had not been delivered. After several calls to Papa Johns with no one answering, she finally got through and was told that her pizza had been delivered. She had planned to tip the delivery person when they came but no one had rung the door bell. She found the pizzas on the cement floor outside her door. They were cold. She has tried to talk with the manager - cannot get through. The whole dinner was ruined. RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT: Nate met with my friend. Sincere apology. All was made right! What a good guy! Happy customer!

This place is operated very poorly. Everyone is confused, poorly trained, and food quality is poor at best. We placed an order for a couple of pizzas. Pepperoni and supreme. Delivery guy arrives and is very nice. We tipped him $10, but after he s gone, we open the pizza to find two pepperoni and both room temperature. We call only to be kept on hold for 45 minutes until the line finally disconnected. The next day I drove up there and the manager apologized and said he s having a hard time finding good people, so I get it. Gave us a credit, but we ordered again a few days later and added a $8.99 special and the person at the store refused to honor the price, so we paid $15.99 for a large pepperoni pizza. My wife was clearly upset because of the second awful experience. I m not sure what the solution is other than just in the future, going to a family owned pizza restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nathan is extremely rude and unprofessional continued talking over me when I was waiting almost 3 hours for a pizza and sprit. & then him being a manager HUNG up on me and then cancelled my order for no reason. But my original order never showed up and kept increasing in 5 minute increments. 3 hours for one pizza and drink is ridiculous. That I never received. And then as someone in management hanging up on a customer and canceling your order is ridiculous. Seriously need to reevaluate your management treating customers like that

Nathan . Apparently the manager was extremely rude. We called because our pizza is over an hour late. He talked over me the entire time, just kept saying it s on its way as we watched the delivery time jump up in 5 minute increments. He then hung up on me. So I hope the district manager sees this and seriously reevaluates who he continues to employ as a manager.

Pulled up to the Georgetown papa John s to see four employees outside the front door smoking. Havent had Papa Johns for years. I remember why now. Been seeing the Shaq pizza advertisement so I wanted to try it. Ordered on-line and said 26 minutes. Arrived and told not ready yet, 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later still waiting. The guy at register had zero customer service training. There were numerous people in the store in the same predicament. The store was a major Cluster F... finally got pizza but not what I ordered. At least my people got to eat. I see a lot of bad reviews about this location and I m not gonna lie initially as I pulled into the parking lot I see an employee smoking a cigarette and then put it out and go in before me so already I m thinking here we go.. I just ruined their smoke break type of service. However, the man that helped me out (Phillip) greeted me at the door with a fantastic attitude and did a FANTASTIC job. You could tell he had hadn t worked the register much and I was asking him various questions while at the same time making the order and despite taking some time to find the items on the screen he was very knowledgeable. When the transaction was completed he told me my wait time and then went and made both of my items by this time the cigarette smoking employee walked back into the kitchen and I heard Phillip say I made the new Doritos Papadias for a customer, I made both of them by my self. I believe that Phillip is very special employee and considering that was his first time making those Papadias he really did a great job and I m legit proud of this man in there working hard to do things he s never done before and trying his best to give awesome customer service at the same time. Amazing effort and a little faith restored in humanity thanks to this guys

Ordered the new Italian Meats Trio Papa Bowl and found it to be more than expected. Watched a YouTube review on the Italian Meats Trio Papa Bowl. The person gave it high marks, I must say after having tasted the bowl I whole heartly agree. The dish arrived hot, had very good flavor, stuffed with good amt of meatball and was most feeling. Horrible experience. I ordered online and it said the pizza will be ready in 15-45 min. Two min later i received a text saying my pizza is ready for pick up. I kinda think,hmm that was quick. [Ex Papa Johns Employee here] Dont trust what callers say about wait times, trust the online system. Called on Halloween evening and asked what their wait times were. Guy said 1:30-2 hour wait. Decided to order the pizza anyway and it was ready in 30 minutes. Granted it was only one pizza but lying about wait times for fear of getting party sized orders is scummy. Ordering online tells you the accurate times for the most part. Food is great otherwise, theyre always nice.

Absolutely worst papa johns pizza in the entire state of Texas. Would not take my money for my order because they wouldn t break a $100 bill. When my order was $30. I will never order from papa johns ever again!

Horrible customer service, the driver didnt bother to get out of car or call me to find out where the building was, apparently he was lost. Instead he went back to restaurant, when I called they told me they would redeliver but couldnt guarantee it would be hot. How is that proper customer service. They had a different number that isnt associated with my account.

I have been carrying out from this location for quite some time. The quality of the food is always high as well as consistent. I cannot recall any errors in all the orders I have placed and the service is always timely and friendly.

Ive never had an issue with papa Johns until today. Today I had a pizza delivered to our place of business. And the delivery driver refused to deliver the pizza because I had to step out. Someone at the front desk could have signed the recpt. No problem. The driver was very loud and rude infront of our customers. Why hire those kinds of people.? The driver who ever they were was more worried about the Tip than anything. Worrying that she would not get her tip. Horrible customer service, I would have fired that person along time ago. AS LONG AS THAT DELIVERY DRIVER IS THERE I WONT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Ill take my business else where. Oh and when I called the front desk a papa Johns they did not seem to care either they just said Im sorry. I wonder if the franchise owner will hear about this...

DO NOT EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION If I could give this location a 0 star rating I would. Nathan who calls himself a manager is rude and even hung up on me after they messed up my pizza 2 times and I was trying to be there to him as a hungry upset customer who has already waited 2 hours to eat. I will be contacting the owner about this issue. I have always tried to support Papa Johns but Im taking my business to Dominos.

Just got my barely warm pizza...An hour after I ordered it. Its Tuesday so why did my pizza take over an hour to be delivered? I live probably less than 5 minutes away...so why did my pizza take over an hour to be delivered? Nobody gave me a courtesy call to let me know my pizza would be over an hour late....delivery guy didnt even apologize. When I called to check on where my one hour late pizza was I got a pretty apathetic apology...

Always order from papa johns as they normally give great service. This time was one of the worst experiences weve ever encountered with them. Took over an hour for one pizza to be delivered and we live a stones throw away. When we opened the box it looked like day old pizza. It was cold, looked unappetizing and tasted dry. We could have ordered pizza from south Austin and have them deliver it to Georgetown and it look like this. Sad sad pizza night. Plus no ordered sauces. Booooooo.
