We stop by here on Sunday for my sons 12th birthday, which I told the host when we got there that we had a birthday boy and I figured maybe they would ve done maybe something maybe a small cake or a cupcake something you know to bring some joy to his day . That didn t happen, this was my first time going there. I should ve read the reviews before I went, but you know my son wanted a craft burger so I figured let s go give this a try. In all fairness, the hamburgers were actually relatively good. The thing that irritated me was kind of the lack of attention to detail from my waitress the fact that if there are up charges, just announce it and give me the option versus bait and switch deception which they pulled on me, they charge you for french fries that I didn t ask for they put so much oil on it that I couldn t even eat it and I told him about it even though I didn t even ask for it . Her excuse was whenever you come back. I ll just refund the charge like you already pissed me off. I told you that it was heavily oil in it upset my stomach. I can t eat this response. Yeah I told Back not to put so much oil on it as if like OK if you already knew that it was bad then why would you recommend it, all hidden and deceptive personalities and the lack of attention to detail. I probably won t return.

This is by far the worst red robin I have had the displeasure of eating at in years. My waitress I think her name was Merideth made a choice to ignore me. And I think the person who was the manager never spoke to a single customer with a whole 4 tables in the place. HORRIBLE service

A dressed up environment for your food appeal. By adding gourmet to a burger doesnt justify over $40 for 2 burger meals. Quality is decent but you can get just as good if not better at the competition. The only good thing was the service. Will NOT return to this business.

Ordered the new Impossible cheeseburger (without the cheese) and sweet potato fries, since I m dairy free and also often avoid meat. Went around lunch time. Plenty of available seating and service was great. Only reason I m giving a 4 star is because of the limited options for dairy-free / vegan options. Vegetarian options: Got the impossible cheeseburger without the cheese and a side of sweet potato fries. Dietary restrictions: I am dairy free and often vegan. There were limited options on the menu for this. Then again, it is an American burger/sandwich location, so this is expected.

I recently dined at Red Robbin , and while the food was good, the service left much to be desired due to severe understaffing. We waited 20 minutes after sitting down before our server, clearly overwhelmed, finally took our order. Unfortunately, our food arrived before our drinks, and throughout the meal, we were left unattended. The server (Maverick ) never returned to check on us or offer any assistance. It was evident that he was trying his best, running around to serve the entire restaurant, but it resulted in everyone waiting excessively. Its a shame because the server seemed hardworking and stressed, but the lack of adequate staffing made for a disappointing experience. Management needs to address the understaffing issue to ensure better service for their customers.

I always love RR, sadly the closest is 4 hours away. We had a nice lunch but the up charges are absolutely disgusting. They charged extra for everything! Like ranch with the hot wings, etc. We were so disappointed that these were hidden charges. They never mentioned if you get a BBQ burger with almost zero BBQ sauce that they would charge for what should have been there to begin with. Oh and they did get my order wrong so there is that too. Remember the ONLY included sauce is ketchup!! Think Ill pass on my next trip to Houston.

The sides are endless in store, but they don t even give you 10 french fries on a to-go order. I paid for a $2.99 side of coleslaw , and they gave me a half-full 2oz container. Unbelievable. The food is on average pretty good at this location and so is the service. Last time we ate here, my pregnant wife specifically asked for her burger to be well done, no pink meat, because shes pregnant and cant have that. The food came out and I swear her burger was more pink than mine. It was just a palm to the face moment, like we literally ordered this well done and its still pink...Other than that occurrence this location is usually pretty great.

Staff were on point, the food was amazing, what more could you ask for? Youre able to request for different style of burgers but not medium rare, I understand though! So I ordered a medium, and it hit just right. The burger was juicy, nice and fresh, and absolutely delicious! The fries were also amazing with that special red robins spice they have on the table, highly recommended! When we first started going to Red Robin, I and my daughter really liked the bacon cheese burger. I liked it with sweet potato fries, and my daughter liked it with regular fries. But for a while now, something has changed in that hamburger. One day when I was eating I felt a different flavor and I made the comment that it didnt taste the same as other times, but I thought it was just my palate that took on a different flavor that time and that was it. And a few days later my daughter ordered it again, and said the same thing, she said that the burger wasnt as good as it tasted different, thats when I told them; So it wasnt me, something changed about this burger. But since my children like to go there, I decided to try other burgers.... I tried the monster burger and it was very delicious and since then its the one I order

This place was quite awesome. I came to eat here with my cousin for my birthday. The staff was really attentive and so polite. My food did not take long to come out. It was served quickly!! I usually place my order via mobile app, but the last 3 times they got my order completely wrong. I decided to stop and walk in and place my order with the to- go server. They dont have a to- go server, so the hostess is the one who had to take my order. This teenager was obviously new since I had never seen him before. He took my order and then went on and asked me again what I wanted. I repeated my order to him 2 times. I dont think he knew what he was doing. He took a good 10 minutes to even place my order. He then went on and stated that he was going to the back, I had a couple walk in after me, and he didnt even think about seating them. The couple went on and walked to the back to ask if they could be seated. This kid never came back with my total. He was gone for a good 20 minutes. After he gets back, he then goes on and brings my check. I pay and after that he gives me my order. I went on and checked it, and he only took my order for 3 meals when I ordered 4. I went on and told him, and he looked at me with a blank stare. On top of that, my whole order was wrong. I asked for a manager, and I told her I didnt want that food, plus I was missing a meal. She went on and said she would make a new order for me and not to worry about the missing meal. I appreciate the manager but the fact that I was already there for 30 minutes and no food. I will no longer be visiting this location. Service and food quality are not great.

Always a good time at this Red Robin location. I had the Avo-Cobb-o salad with ranch and it was amazing! Tasted fresh, nothing old. Our waitress was very attentive the entire time and even the manager/supervisor went around asking if everything was alright. In my book, this is a great spot for a night out with friends/family or a date night. P.S. the pineapple upside down cake shake is super delicious. I wish I had gotten one for myself (I stole some from my partner).

After eating at half a dozen different Red Robins this one was the least pleasant experience. The husband & I both always order the same thing (the Madlove & Scorpion burgers) so we are well aware of what it should taste like. Everything was just off at this location.
