Went here for lunch on a Saturday. The place is nice inside and clean. Staff is fast and friendly. Got Queso and 3 tacos. They dont seem to have sides like rice and beans. Queso was good. The birria De res taco was ok. Wouldnt get that again. Tonga was good. The Cecina taco was our favorite. Prices were reasonable. Will be back to try more. 2nd visit. Tried Carne asada and barria De res. Tinga and Cecina still our favs. Carne asada good too. Barria De res was ok, but probably wont order it again.

This is by far the cleanest restaurant in town! The only place where you will not get saliva on your plate. Every worker wears a mouth cover and they make all their food from scratch. Original Mexican cuisine, corn tortillas are freshly made daily. Come check it out, and support small businesses.

These tacos are worth a review. I had a Birria de Res and a Pastor ($4.50 & $4.00) and they were absolutely fantastic. Made fresh to order with homemade flour/corn tortillas and ample toppings. I also had a handmade prickly pear (tuna) agua fresca and it was very tasty. The waitstaff are super friendly and helpful when ordering and the meal came out really fast. It s in a small shopping center and has a nice patio overlooking a Mexican fountain and it looks like a great spot to kick back a couple of margaritas. I forgot to mention the fresh homemade salsas that were dynamite. I had the roasted red and the hot red and they were awesome. I would highly recommend Juan & Lupe s to anyone.

Stopped by Juan and Lupes Kitchen for the first time tonight. I searched restaurants near me and the restaurant popped up. Nice little restaurant off of nearby Williams Drive in Georgetown, TX. I really like the business model. They basically serve tacos (alone or in plate) or tortas. There is one salad and a few appetizers. One person is busy at the self order register and bringing food to the tables. Another is handling a steady stream of to go orders. And two people are cooking in a small kitchen area next to the tables. Simple. The food is very tasty and the presentation is colorful. I had the shrimp, chicken and beef taco plate (note: no rice). The yute had the three beef taco plate. We were advised that the salad was large so we shared. The lemon dressing for the salad is nice. The tacos were beautiful and very tasty. Clean food, they way I like tacos. The tacos were served on single corn tortillas. I am not sure if they had flour tortillas. For each taco, you can pick one of five salsas. I had green verde, avocado and roasted salsas. Nice place, cozy, good service. We will be back.

I regret not hearing about this place sooner. I live here and wish I knew. Stopped by for lunch today and everything about this place is amazing. I had the three beef taco plate and from the fresh homemade tortillas to the meat and seasoning were hands down some of the best tacos Ive ever had. I ate here today for the first time and had a mushroom quesadilla. It tasted great. My friend had the shrimp taco combo. It looked great and he said it was great. I would give 5 stars but they gave me very cheap and flimsy plastic silverware. I was trying to cut the quesadilla and it was a challenge and part of the fork even broke. Then I had to fish through the food to find the small piece of plastic. My suggestion would be to get real silverware or at least some sturdy plastic silverware.

Loved this little place! The menu is limited compared to other, more standard Mexican restaurants, but Ill take quality over quantity any day. We had a selection of tacos, everything fresh and flavorful without being overly spicy. Theres a selection of salsas ranging from mild to hot for adding even more flavor. Love the staff and the food has flavor but the owner s a cheap joke. I m gonna spend $30 on myself for a plate, an aqua fresca, and a beer and have to use plasticware in a sit down restaurant?? Then I asked for the hottest sauce they had, they gave me the chili de arbol which is somehow orange and extremely weak. Supposedly it s authentic but yet your hottest sauce has no kick?? I m glad I didn t bring a date on my first time here. Also, why are there beans in my birria? It s as if the owner is some random dude that knows nothing about authentic Mexican.

Small place to get some delicious Tex Mex food. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The place is clean. I was met within a few seconds of entering. The server asked me to find a seat of my choosing and review the menu, then to come to the front to order. After ordering, you take a seat, and the staff brings you your order. I got my beer in a couple of minutes and waited on the tacos about 10 minutes. The tacos were excellent and filled the tortilla completely. Juan and Lupes is on the edge of town but worth the trip!

I have seen recommendations for this place on Next Door. But my first time was yesterday. It s super clean and I was amazed at prices. The most expensive item on the menu was $12. If you want a small bite one can eat there for less than $5. The quality of the food was superb. They were out of their specialty tortes which is a testament itself. This is no doubt my favorite spot for Mexican food in Georgetown! I ve been many times over the past 2 years and everything has been delicious. Their barbacoa torta is one of the best sandwiches I ve ever had and their tacos are delicious as well! I d especially recommend the birria and the cochinita pibil tacos. Additionally, their spicy red sauce is super tasty and spicy! The homemade tortillas also help make the tacos stand out. They have weekly specials that are amazing, like the quesabirria or chipotle steak tacos, so make sure to ask about the special. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. This is a really easy place to miss while you re driving down Williams Drive, but it s always worth the visit.

Juan and Lupe s is hands-down my favorite restaurant in Georgetown. Their tacos and tortas are insanely good, and they always have an awesome weekly special. This place is the spot for gourmet tacos. The cecina and tinga tacos were my favorite! The place is clean and well air conditioned. The food came out fast. It was a perfect taco. They gave big meat portions and you could tell they used high quality ingredients. Don t go there if you re cheap. They re about 3.50 to 4 dollars a taco and it s totally worth every penny! Tacos were made with a single small tortilla, very soggy, skimpy for the price, and pork had quit a bit of fat chunks. I called the restaurant just to be told theres nothing they can do. I have a dozen inedible tacos and no making it right. My order was 12 tacos coming out to $60 with tip. Its not the money, its quality and service thats lacking.

Always enjoy our meals there! They are very accommodating. I dont like cilantro, which is on most of their dishes, so they remove it for me. They have great beverages. My favorite is the horchata. I literally cannot describe how delicious all their tacos are. Came to town for Thanksgiving to spend it with family, and didn t want to cook. Couldn t find anything open that didn t require a reservation. We somehow stumbled into Juan and Lupe s kitchen, and they were thankfully open. We got a variety of tacos for the five of us, and they were ALL fire. The salsas were incredible as well. Queso was delish. The tortillas are handmade with a mix of corn and flour, which I ve never had before, and now I crave! The staff was so kind with helping us decide which tacos to try. You can t make a wrong choice at this restaurant. I thought I knew good tacos - until I came here, these tacos are amazing/incredible/superb. Juan and Lupe know what s up. I was surprised a Mexican cafe in Texas doesnt serve chips and salsa and fresh iced tea. The salsa only comes with the tacos. This is more like a fast food place, where you order at the counter. The queso was okay, but not hot enough.

No frills and super chill. We had Barbacoa tacos and they were really good. The guacamole was okay, with generic grocery store style chips. We had draft beers which would have been nice to have in glasses versus plastic cups. That said, we have been here twice and service is super friendly really friendly, and fast. Also, we rode our bikes here and really enjoyed the lovely patio seating. Definitely check them out for some good tacos!

Went there today. I got the Cecina and Carnitas tacos. Cant even tell you how awesome they were! I got a side of avocado salsa with a taste of lime and just the perfect amount of heat. Best ever! When I die, if Heavens an option? They better have Juan and Lupes on the menu... or Im not going in.

Accidentally found this place and didnt regret it! The food is super fresh, even less than an hour before closing (this is when we came). Super friendly service! Their house-made drinks (non-alcoholic) are a MUST!! Dont miss it.

Really cute place! The food is delicious and tastes right with a lovely presentation! I got horchata, pastor and tinga tacos, and chips and guacamole. You can taste the homemade cooking and freshness of the avocados. The horchata was just right, not watered down nor overly sweet. Highly recommend this place!

I usually don t do reviews but.. y all HAVE to try this place!!!!!!!! Wayyyyy better than mas fajitas or any other Mexican restaurant. Everything is homemade and fresh and just absolutely delicious. Queso and chips did not disappoint and the watermelon drink is to die for. Trust me, come try it !!!!!

I did not like the food. Their beef had no seasoning got the wrong order. Fajitas should be grilled all the meats are cooked in crockpot and not fresh made at the time you order !!
