The only place in Georgetown (other than their location in the square) to get a good quality smoothie that tastes amazing! They have now expanded their space which now includes a wine/beer bar and sitting area (free WiFi included). The woman who made our smoothies was very welcoming and the service was excellent. She also told us they are planning on expanding more to include a patio sitting area behind the building. Highly recommend!

Happy to see this healthy juice outlet along Williams Dr., so I ordered a large Ginger Zinger (carrot, orange, lemon, ginger, tumeric) to drink there in the lounge attached to it (comfy seating, neat atmosphere, juice bar itself not cozy, totally empty at 5:30 p.m.). Though tasty, $11.50 is way too much for a drink that was served in a plastic cup.

This review is primarily asking to please open the one on the Square earlier. When I come to this location and I see the older lady with the curly red hair working I immediately get anxiety and want to turn around and leave. She s really good at complaining and berating the younger employees in front of customers. One day I was picking up an order and she started telling the young staff that she texted Sarah already and went off on the young man regarding a cutting board, it seems she was picking on him WHILE customers are there! She then asked the lady behind me what she would like to order, and the Lady commented I don t know, I feel stressed out now! And I replied with Right? I m leaving with anxiety I didn t have before I arrived. And that s when the manager replied with OK let s not yell over these loud machines. And I wanted to say, it s not the machines. I really want to come in for a smoothie today, but I really want to avoid the person that works there as this will set the tone for the rest of my day. I hope an adjustment to staff will be made soon or the location on the square will open earlier. This incident took place June 28th between 2:30-3pm

The food is good, I will give them that. The service---very slow, although they are trying. It took up 30 minutes of my lunch hour to get a drink and sandwich with only 2 people in front of me. The only thing that turned me off is the food is very expensive. $14 for a sandwich that doesnt even include a side???? Kind of out of my price range but I will consider for an occasional treat.

Did you know they have a LOUNGE and evening bar now?! It is so cozy and they have had live music on select nights! Great hangout, great location! Modified caffeinated monkey for brunch, Smokehouse griller for lunch and drinks after dinner! Dietary restrictions: The smoothies are made with real ingredients WITHOUT a fake smoothie base that is full of sugar, they have a smoothie for every diet.

The new addition is really nice. However, the lady working there with curly red hair was difficult to even listen to her talk. She continuously highlighted how bad it was in there, in terms of how busy it was, and that she was all alone to all of the customers which was more aggravating than her just Being more polite and making all of our stuff. She proceeded to also tell us all how customer got mad the other day when he had to wait for his order and just walked out, she spent more time complaining than actually doing anything. Then the young kid, who apparently she decided to tell everyone was who showed up 10 minutes early and she was already on him the second he showed up about hurrying up to help her. And he was like why do you think I m here early. Trying to be nice and she was on him about how he wasn t early enough. Definitely why young people quit jobs is because old people act like us showing up early is never good enough. He proceeded to try to be as helpful as he could, and she just ripped into him micromanaging everything he was doing to the point of condescending in my opinion. The cherry on top of the cake was that when she gave me my two drinks to leave, I was already holding my sandwich, and I also had in my hand, my phone under the sandwich, and she tried to take my sandwich and phone for me and force me to put it on a drink tray that she handed me and I was like I got it thank you and she was like OK well, you could just put it here, but whatever and then walked away.she definitely seems like a control freak and definitely seems overwhelmed whenever it s busy in there. I don t mind waiting for my stuff that s fine but dealing with her was terrible.

Walked in business no greeting; I greeted him. When placing the order he walked away to back. He came back completed taking order. He prepared the order Beach Party with more foam than I remember receiving at the other location. He also left me to check out with my card; without his assistance. I had to go around the counter and get my own receipt. Maybe, he was having a bad day or didn t want to be at work. I pray he ll be alright if he s going through something. However, I didn t feel welcome and won t be returning to this location. Customer service is key for all businesses.

This was my first time ordering from Hydrate. I got the Mona Lisa sandwich and a glowing green juice delivered. My order was delivered before the estimated delivery time and the sandwich was still nice and warm. It s the cutest local spot with grab and go food and snacks and of course juices and smoothies. The lady working immediately told us everything is organic and natural, no powders used. I ordered the caffeinated monkey - Banana, Peanut Butter, Cacao, Honey, coffee beans, Almond Milk and I added berries. This was from an extended list of smoothies they have on a paper on the counter top. Highly recommend if you re a peanut butter fan. This is the only real juice joint in Georgetown. If you actually care about your health and good quality ingredients, then look no further. Everything was juiced fresh for me when I got there, and all the juices I have had so far have been amazing. They also have fresh wheat grass, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. I highly recommend this place, and they also have a bunch of really delicious and good for you snacks. Check them out.

FORGET SMOOTHIE KING and try Hydrate instead. Better quality product, better service, great prices, and friendly staff. This has become my go to smoothie establishment in Georgetown, Texas. The staff suggested adding a juiced carrot to the Banana Bread smoothie to create Carrot Cake (not on the menu). Wow! It tastes like your grandmother made carrot cake, put it in a blender, added some love and shoved it in your mouth hole! I literally dream about this drink and you should too! Give Hydrate a try -- your body will thank you!

I got the hempsation smoothie I think it is called. It was pretty good, just needed to be blended longer though. I came her instead of going to the Smoothie King in Wolf Ranch to support local. Little did I know I d be charged $9.95 for a 16oz smoothie. Due to the price, I can t frequently go here as much as I d like when I can get 2 meals out of my Chipotle Burrito Bowl for the same price at lunch. All 3 individuals behind the counter were extremely kind and the woman, who Im assuming is the owner, gave me some great recommendations. I ended up getting the tropical breeze smoothie and I was extremely pleased. It tasted amazing. I was also amazed by their selection of bulletproof products! I have a hard time finding bulletproof MCT oil in normal grocery stores and they had the oil, as well as bulletproof coffee and snack bars! I will absolutely be back. Take all my money!

I drive past this little store every day and finally had the time to stop today and was really excited. There were signs on the door saying that everyone needed a mask and when I walked i saw one employee wearing a mask and the other, who it became evident was the owner, was not. I thought that as the shop filled up she would put one on but she didnt. She continued to let the store fill beyond a safe social distancing capacity, did not put a mask on and then proceeded to take orders and make food. Our sandwiches were being made by the masked employee and we had already paid otherwise I wouldve left. I tried to support another small business being a manager of one myself but unfortunately this is the reason we are headed for another lock down.

Also the staff is super friendly and very, very informative about everything! I love this place. Every time I visit I find something new to try. The smoothies and juices are fresh and delicious and I love all the items that you can buy and take home. Great employees and the customer service cant be beat!

Spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for 2 smoothies and a sandwich. Employee didn t know what a cucumber was. It was painful to watch them make our smoothines so slow, and the workers very rude to one another. 100% not worth the money. The only reason I would ever go back is if THEY paid ME. It was so bad, I took the time to write a review. I don t do that. Don t go.

This was my first time here and the Funky Monkey smoothie was really, really good!... better than a milk shake. I also ordered the Mona Lisa sandwhich and was not aware that its big enough for 2 in a half people, but it was also very tasty. I did find out that you can order half sandwhiches, which i will do next time. I highly reccomend this place!

This juice and smoothie bar is awesome. I am a huge fan of smoothies and try them at a variety of places wherever I travel. Hydrate makes the best smoothies I have had to date. Unlike so many places, they do not use a mix, add corn syrup or even sugar as if fruit is not sweet and full of enough calories already, trouble my lactose sensitivity with yogurt or a dairy-based powder, hurt my teeth with chunks of ice, or water down my delight by adding too much water. So just how do they do it? They use frozen fresh fruit (and veggies) captured at the perfect ripeness... pure logic no one else seems to grasp. The menu includes a variety of combos they suggest but you can concoct your own as well. To top it off, they also serve delectable Boars Head sandwiches and have a small but meaningful variety of some of the best healthy snacks around. I cant get enough of this place. Note: the smoothies may seem pricey but they will fill you up and are packed with nothing but nutrition, the counter bar is a comfy little place to sit for one or a few, and this place seems to keep a steady flow of customers but does not get crowded.

I like the products available, we finally have something available in Georgetown. I can only give three stars because there hours listed on the website are till 8 oclock but on Friday they where closed by 6:20. I also noticed there arent business hours posted on the building.

First timer loved the on tap kombucia I go the cherry melon. I love they they have such natural ingredients and they offer on tap with less sugar. I will deff be back to try the juices and smoothies

Couldnt drink this stuff, dont know how anyone else could either. Usually I love smoothies but this one tasted like the medicine before a MRI a room temperature chalky gross mess. I hope this place gets its act together Id love to be able to pick up a decent fruit smoothie on a hot day in my hometown
