We love Olive Garden, especially this Georgetown location. The lunch specials are really a great deal. The Porto Vino wine is inexpensive and nice choice. If youre looking for outstanding service, request Ariel or Alexis. The perfect server always makes all the difference! Regarding gluten free options, a manager has always come to our table to ensure everything is done correctly. Olive Garden has the best food and the best staff!

I was immediately sat down at a table when I walked in, the waiter was very polite,the waiter also checked on us constantly even though there was a lot of people in the restaurant. My husband ordered the 6 Oz sirloin when we received it there was a hair on the pasta then when it was returned the manager said it was being remade. When he received the dish the 2nd time they reused the same meat they gave him the first time around since he cut it very slightly and the pasta wasn t cooked all the way. On top of that my pasta was overcooked and my chicken was burned. The server was sweet and but the food service was terrible.

The minestrone soup is wonderful - however way too salty, even for people without any dietary restrictions! Remember people can add salt, but some of us would like to be able to taste the ingredients in the soup! - PLEASE, stop placing so much salt in soup, that many of us have trouble even eating it! Whew! Thanks. Dietary restrictions: Every one of us who desires to stay healthy should never eat such salty soup. please do something about this! It s not just a little salty, it is really excessive. 7/12/24 Visited again today! Delicious dinners very reasonable I had the creamy mushroom on angel hair and it was delicioso!!! Our server Daniella was so sweet and gave us excellent service! Again I highly recommend Olive gardens Georgetown! 3/7/24 Went to the Olive garden for lunch today the fagioli soup was the best its ever been! The server May was fantastic... She came back in perfect timing regularly and served us quickly efficiently and cheerfully. I highly recommend the Olive Garden Georgetown. 2023 - The Olive garden lived up to its amazing reputation! The Deserts are such a rip off. The most expensive deserts in Georgetown, hands down. There is no reason to Rob people blind. We dont need a place like that in Georgetown. Unbelievable. Those deserts shouldnt be more than $6.50 max. Wow.

Good casual dining chain popular with retirees and school kids; Lunch menu available; Check out the latest menu pics that I have posted here for prices as they have gone up (still relatively reasonable). But they are higher than we saw here before we got to the restaurant. Convenient location. Good service. Nice sized variety menu. Most of the food was great with the exception of the minestrone soup! They should simply remove that soup off the menu as it is simply an unacceptable version - feels like someone opened a can and threw it into the bowl and heated it up! Calamari, Salad, Eggplant Parmigiana, Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and Shrimp Scampi were all pretty decent. Parking was plenty and wait was about 10 min - overall a decent experience Vegetarian options: Minestrone is abhorrent! Else decent pasta menu and veggie options. Parking: Plenty of parking

Someone please give Ms. Eubey a raise. She was phenomenal last night. We had a great waitress. I thank everyone last night. Even the host attendant who takes your table request. She was very nice. The food was on point. The service was just great. It s been a long time were you just eat and not feel rushed. My family was happy. the servers we had were overall good expect one man who was extremely rude. we told him we were not ready to order then he looked at us like we were crazy and mumbled under his breath. then somebody else took over. so we had like 3 servers. confusing on who to tip. the last server we had, even though she was new. she did great. the food was not so good. i ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it needed salt and pepper DESPERATELY. and also it was supposed to have bacon and it did not. my wife ordered the tour of italy and it looked like they made her food out of the trash, it also needed seasoning. alfredo sauce was good but that s it. the salad was soo dry we couldn t even eat it. i felt like i was a rabbit in their olive garden cage. our drinks were horrible too. i got a daiquiri and it tasted like a regular smoothie. not a drop of alcohol was put in there i don t think. my wife got a pina colada and she said it also tasted of no alcohol. definitely a wasted mother s day as far as the dinner went. thanks olive garden!

I love Olive Garden! I go there for my birthday dinners and they have such amazing foods. While sometimes the food takes a bit long, it is totally worth it. From amazing bread, entire and desserts, it s so delicious! I love the lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo but it s so hard to pick from all the options of pasta and meals. Very Disappointed!! We are chicken, shrimp carbonara. The food came out cold and the chicken tasted funny and the texture of the chicken was awful. I didnt look like chicken. We took in at of our place just to eat the pasta but it was just disgusting. I couldnt the taste was moldy. The calamari was great though great prepare We had salad with bread. I wont be oredering that pasta again. Server was nice but not too attention to detail. Had to ask her to remove our plates so we can make room at the table. Their was some sticky food on my seat used the napkin to clean it. I requested another one to replace it but she left it on the table. When she brought the entrees she let the dirty napkin fall to the ground and just left it there. It was still on the floor when we got up to leave.

Olive Garden has been our favorite spot from when we came to US. It s one of our family favorite places. We went there yesterday simply because our in-laws wanted to take us there. It was a really beautiful experience. We all ordered soup this time as we love their minestrone and because in the cool evening wanted something warm. Then for main course my father in-law ordered Chicken Scampi, my mom in law ordered Cheese Ravioli, my husband ordered chicken Marsala and I ordered Five cheese Ziti Al forno. It was all delicious. They also bought breadsticks and they were yummy too. Oh I forgot, since I wanted to drink something I had asked the waiter to get me a raspberry lemonade in room temperature. He was so thoughtful and brought me a roll temperature raspberry lemonade. It was cool but not ice cold. For desserts we hard zeppelins, black tie mousse cake, tiramisu and chocolate lasagna. It was all so good. We had an amazing night last week and Olive Garden will definitely remain a favorite restaurant for us. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian choices like five cheese ziti, Eggplant parmigiana and cheese ravioli.

The customer service and attention to detail is horrible. The service is mediocre at best. Their trouble shooting skills are awful and they make the Olive Garden franchise look bad. Been here a few times , let down every. Pasta is typically dry , customer service is very monotone and knit picky. There are underlying attitudes . If you find a hair in you re good they are not more than happy to replace it There is no above and beyond. When their system messes up there is no accommodation. Genuinely disappointing will not be returning. Not to mention they nickel and dime My girlfriend ate a literal bite of my salad and they charged us $5 extra for a sharing fee.

I will definitely never return to this place! Ive been to several Olive Garden locations, and the quality of food in this location (Georgetown) is the worst! Last time I had the Grilled Chicken Margherita (at College Station, at the end of December), it tasted amazing and looked exactly like the picture from the Olive Garden menu. What I got today from this location looked and tasted like a TV dinner - translucent layer of shredded cheese, almost zero pesto, tomatoes tasted stale, the chicken breast tasted like it was reheated from frozen, the broccoli was very, very soft. I went to eat here today actually for the second time and this is the second time I ve seen a manager called Ivan being extremely disrespectful to the workers there. The first time I came I heard him speaking on the phone to an employee very disrespectfully, I noticed it but didn t think much of it until today when I went to eat I heard him actively screaming at someone in the kitchen. No other customers heard it (because I didn t see them react), but I most definitely did and a few moments later I saw a waiter go to the restroom looking very upset. I don t know what could have possibly happened in there but this establishment is not fancy or expensive enough for any employee to be spoken to so disrespectfully. If the manager doesn t know how to do their job and properly account for any absences or things like that, it s no reason to take it out on the employees. I love my chicken parm as much as the next person but I would prefer it to come from a restaurant that doesn t need 30/40 year old men screaming at little highschoolers to get it done.

I irdere this same dish across the country,my only problem with taking orders people have a hard time excepting things and it manifest in their work, example I ask for minced garlic on my salmon and Alfredo the waitress gets bafffeled all over the country why,I dont know its just a simple alterations,people get really weird when I substitute broccoli for rotini they lose it. Let the services on the phone know alterations are okay. The great thing about OLIVE GARDEN FRANCHISE, AND ITS ODD TO OTHERS ,BUT I havent been to a olive garden across this country that doesnt make this order for me and not have an issue. And yet all the ingredients are there. Gotta love ThE OG

Olive Garden is always great place my favorite in Central Texas from Round Rock all the way to Waco. I will dine there when Im looking for some place to go. Friendly staff, clean kitchens, reasonable price.
