The newly redone park is nice. There is seating close to play equipment so you can watch your kids and not be too far away. There is a book box filled with books. The flooring around the equipment is very forgiving. Good swings for all ages, the grounds are well lit and with a water fountain. Nice place to visit.

Hall Park is under construction as we speak They have put up a swing set but it is closed to public until they finish. I cant wait to see it open, this will be a great place to take my granddaughters. They are working every day to get it finished

Its a pretty bad park. Not maintained at all, always scared of finding something sharp or dangerous on the ground with my kids, and today homeless dude sleeping in tube slide of play ground. Sticking to Rowlett parks.

Small park next to an elementary. It has a big open space with a small playground in one corner. There are two sets of swings and a small jungle gym. A concrete path runs through the middle and sidewalks around. There is shade around but not in the middle and I didnt see any seating areas.

Someone in the neighborhood frequently leaves cigarette butts under the play equipment. Whats there is okay, but there is not much. Very little seating for adults, almost no shade. No restroom. Immediately next door to the park is a school with its own playground, but this separated by a fence. Some of the pictures listed on here are not of the park, but of the adjacent school.

Nice park. Playgrounds are good and only park I know that still has sand! Big field for all sorts of activities. Well kept.
