We had been looking for speech services for our daughter, but the group we started with had high turn over and couldn t keep anyone in staff to fit her schedule. Then, we found Strive, who offers home based services, which made it MUCH easier on our schedule and both speech therapists we ve had, Liz and Mandi, are amazing. Everyone at Strive has been so easy to work with - even benefits as our insurance changed once and our daughter qualified for Medicaid during this time - Janice handled all of our questions and changes with a smile. We are so thankful to have found Strive!

We love our speech therapist, Elizabeth: she s excellent with my toddler! It s also great that she comes to our home, and they take our insurance.

I regret to say that I cannot recommend this company to others. My experience has been less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better opportunities out there for those seeking a positive work environment and experience in general.

I use Strive for pediatric care for my daughter. My daughter is a complex care baby. This company is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure she has really great care. Ashley and Meredith check in on us regularly and stay involved in her care plan. The nurses we work with have all been wonderful and provided the best care for my daughter. They help with all her therapy needs as well and give her lots of love. Stive cares about their patients and nurses. I recommend them if youre looking for special care and assistance with your babies.

Amazing pediatric home health agency! I started working for this company in April 2020 and have worked as many hours as I want. Good communication and schedule management. The staff in management appreciate their nurses and always work hard to satisfy their needs.

I have now worked for Strive for a year and am still thrilled with my assignment. The company seems invested in our clients. I have 2 clients and both are well provided for. I feel seen and appreciated as a nurse. I haven t felt that way in over 5 years at my last job. The training was good and they continue to ensure I am happy with my assignment and schedule. Truly could not recommend more.

Strive has been a great place to work. The administrative staff is truly wonderful and they are very flexible with scheduling. They actually care about their staff AND patients. They frequently send tokens of appreciation to let you know you are valued. Also this is the FIRST nursing job I ve had in my 8 years of nursing where I enjoy going to work.

I have worked for a few home health agencies and Strive is among the best. Strive has been a breath of fresh air in terms of the staff you work with. They are good communicators, helpful and always available. You get the feeling that they truly care about the employees and the patients they care for. They are very flexible and are always willing to accommodate your schedule. Great team to work for.

I have worked for Strive Health Services for nearly seven months. This is my first experience in home health and it is an excellent fit for me. I do not intend to ever work for anyone but Strive. I was apprehensive at the beginning of the job, but Strive staff was always available to answer any questions I had and to give me the confidence I needed to carry on. I regularly tell friends and family that it is so nice to have a job I don t dread coming to! Thank you, Strive, for the opportunity!!

Strive home health is a great place to work!! The staff is remarkable as they strive to care for our clients in the most caring way. The staff are exceptional in their care and love for their children and young adults who are in need. As a nurse, I love working with the staff. They surprised me by little gifts and thank yous throughout the year. The nursing staff is very good and on time for shifts. The child I care for is well staffed and happy with her nurses. That makes me happy too. I love my job at Strive home health!

At Strive, quality patient care is the first priority. The administrative staff knows each nurse, and treats each nurse with respect. Schedules are also created, to optimize the quality of experience for families and nurses. The administrative staff personally trains each nurse, and frequently monitors quality of care in each case. Strive communicates a commitment to sincerity, integrity and a genuine sense of purpose, in serving others. They seek to make a difference.
