I recently visited Sport Clips of Georgetown and had a fantastic experience! The team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel at ease. My stylist was knowledgeable, attentive, and did an excellent job on my hair. They took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a great cut. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a great atmosphere. I appreciated the sports-themed decor and the fact that they had games on TV. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team was friendly, courteous, and made sure I was satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Sport Clips of Georgetown for anyone looking for a great haircut and a welcoming experience.

I came here to this location and the lady cutting my hair, cut it too short after telling me I am so so ugly. Cool cool but then also snuck in a 120 dollar set of shampoo to make me less ugly apparently but I need to use it for 18 months before I am less ugly than now. Cant even give how low a star yall are. Sheeeeesh

This place was on top of its game years ago. Since then, it has driven away my business for its outrageous wait times. Not totally their fault, too many people have forced their way into the area. However, there is no reason why any other location shows 20 min wait at the same time. You are better off driving into RR or CP.

They have people working who dont know how to do their job, we took our son for a haircut and we show the lady a reference Pinterest picture of the kind of haircut my son wanted. They ruined his hair, another stylist had to help the first one three times to fix it and still it wasn t what we expected. We are waiting for his hair to grow back to be able to fix it without having to cut his hair really short.

Went to go get a haircut because one of my co-workers that works at Sport Clips, gave me a voucher for a free haircut. I tried to walk-in but was turned away by a male barber, because their wallboard was filled by a school bus of kids that was SUPPOSED to be arriving. No apologies, no empathy nor sympathy. Just a cold, we cant take you because our board is filled statement. I have a barber that is 40 miles from Georgetown AND being an employee, I thought I like to experience the service. I never got the chance because I was turned away and it being 5:30pm I was told that I wouldnt be able to get a haircut because it was too late and they stopped taking customers when I walked in. I went earlier this year, 2023. I didnt post this when it happened so I wouldnt get in trouble at Sport Clips. But, since I dont work there anymore, I can say it without retribution/retaliation. Could you imagine, you work at a company and one of the corporate stores treats an employee, one of their own, like this? Needless to say, I have more than one reason NOT to go back Sport Clips.

I will not be returning to this Sport Clips location or any location for that matter. Website said wait was 50min so I checked in online and the website told me to be there at certain time. Once I arrived I waited an hour and a half and was still never seen. No point in checking in online. Complete waste of time. I do not recommend Sport Clips.

I have been going to SportClips for years now. Starting to rethink where I go. Last couple of visits have not been too good. I ll return home and see hairs they missed or most recently an entire spot on my head they did not cut. It s like they would much rather rush to get you in and out instead of taking time to give a good haircut. I work 2 jobs everyday so it s not easy to go back and get them to redo it. Very frustrating.

The wait estimates for online check in are very inaccurate. Ive had times where I checked in online, and the wait was supposed to be 90+ minutes. Instead, I get a text 20 minutes later saying that Im up next, and I end up losing my spot in line. Other times, I still have a 90-minute wait and show up 90 minutes later only to find that there are still 4 other people in front of me, and my estimated wait time (in store) is 45+ minutes.

I made an appointment for the cedar park location specifically for a man per my sons strong request. They said sure come at said time. We drove 40 min to get there and they started to make preparations with a lady stylist. I asked where is the man and they said that there was not a man going to do it. I then asked. Why did you make the appointment when I specifically told you? I wanted a man only? They said what is wrong with a woman. I said nothing except my son specifically requested. A man cut his hair and by Golly. I was gonna find a man to cut his hair. 8 already taken me 2 weeks to find this appointment that worked with our schedule. They said no man was going to cut my sons hair. I told my son lets go we will not be using their services. Then they proceeded to say. Dont we ever come back. All of this because they misled us wasted my time and gas. I will never be using sports clips anywhere in the u s. It appears every time we walk into one no matter what they have some form of attitude about everything. The one in Georgetown we walked into last week and their signs said no. Wait, I mentioned to them that we did not have time since it was gonna be 64 minutes of waiting, we would wait until another day. They proceed to question me about the note. 8 sign. I started to get all upset and started to try to cause a problem. Because I said I would come back a different day. I honestly do not understand why every sports clip that we have walked into 1. In Utah that we went has to have an attitude. The one in utah was amazing and did their job beautifully. I only wish all the others that we have walked into numerous of times would be a bit more friendly and wayless contentious. I truly dislike having to write reviews that are like this. However, in this case, I am saddened by the treatment. They treated my son and how careless they were with our time.

Alright so I got my haircut on Monday by Angela! Let me start off saying she did an absolutely amazing job couldnt have asked for better! I am very particular on who cuts my hair and she nailed it! Secondly I want to say your Barber is not just a Barber they are people you talk and connect with while getting your hair done and Man ANGELA you have a customer for life. I am in the Banking world and know how important it is to connect with your customers. She knocked that out of the park and shared part of her story with me all while I was talking about my life. Went this week, the barber I had was named Isis. The whole time she seemed like she didn t want to be there. Never smiled or made conversation and seemed annoyed from the moment I checked in. Whenever I asked her to fix something she gave me an attitude to the point where it made me uncomfortable and I just left with a disappointing haircut. When we checked out she slipped in an extra $10 charge for an add on and quickly changed the screen without explaining what that was for? I noticed it but was already too uncomfortable with the whole situation to make a deal about it. Been going here for years and never had an experience like this, would not recommend this stylist.

Best sport clips this north of the rio grande I wouldn t go to any other place to get my lushes locks tamed by anybody else. They do it right at this location. My boyfriend went in for a haircut and had nice service by the lady who cut his hair and trimmed his beard. The issue is now we have lice. He recalls her just throwing the shave guards in a container with no sanitizer. No issue with customer service, just the fact that we now have lice. Never again, I wouldn t give any stars if that was an option.

For me, as a woman, its hard to find a stylist that is willing to take my hair down as short as I would like.... with my daughter recently obtaining her Texas barber license (refuses to cut my hair ), it occurred to me a barber is trained for close to the head cuts. So I made the call to Sport Clips & was assigned Roshelle. What a gal Not only was she up for the challenge, she excelled, much to my delight. Sport Clips has a good thing going on, from the way you can sign in online to be placed on the waiting list all the way to check out & then a reminder for a free follow up trim . Now, for $23 (+ tip, dont forget to tip) Roshelle will be my go to.

I would give it no stars for the tatted blonde hairstylist that probably should find a different field if you can t speak to people respectfully. Nobody should leave feeling like they were judged or made fun of the whole time. After my husband waited for well over an hour to have that kind of service is just wrong. Please do better. I needed to bring my son in on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I decided to book online which turned out to be a great idea - 3 hour wait time! When we arrived, we didn t wait more than 5 or 10 minutes before they called his name. The gal who cut his hair made a first pass and then asked me to OK it. I asked for it to be a little shorter in the back and felt that she was very agitated to have to make a second pass. My son ended up with a good haircut but the entire experience felt unfriendly. I felt like we were an inconvenience. As we were being rung up the stylist muttered to another stylist, I can t wait to go home. Not the impression you want to give the customers, in my opinion. I haven t decided if I ll be returning. It s not just about the product, customer service is a big deal.

I dont know what I expected here in plague rat infested central Texas. I got a haircut here 4 months ago. The stylists all wore masks and had plastic dividers between booths. They requested customers wear masks. Today, upon entering for another cut, I noticed that not all the stylists wore masks. Several plastic dividers were missing. There was no request for customers to wear masks. As such, one in eight people waiting wore masks. I got to sit in the waiting room with a coughing, wheezing, sneezing customer not wearing a mask. I left the shop when he started sneezing. I will never return.

It was my first time to check it out. Definitely not a WOW experience-its just a haircut. Ora cuts my hair then blames me for the mistake she made on the cutline on back of my neck. the 1.5 hr wait is absurd. I listened to two different staff person and neither could explain the benefit between register online vs walk-in and signing in on the computer. Ora didnt ask if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed or what kind of taper I want on the back or what length for my sideburns . Then suggesting a tip amount on the receipt was insulting. This was my first time-at my regular barber its 3-5 minute wait at the most. I am asked how Id like my haircut, eyebrows, razor cut back of neck and have never experienced a mistake and or blamed it was my fault because I moved-NEVER. Joe

We saw the reviews about wait times and honestly that was fine. We only waited about 5 minutes with online check in beforehand. The problem was my haircut was also 5 minutes. I kept asking to have more cut but Patricia really wanted me out or something. I ve never felt so rushed at a haircut place. I get that they are really busy but just doing what I ask to my hair takes about 10 seconds. I left with a lot of hair still on my head that I honestly still want cut. Will not come here again

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE! My husband used the online system to check in for his appointment. We live out in the country so it s about an hour drive to the city. He gets to his appointment 3 minutes early and they told him he will now have to wait another 30 minutes. He told them he had been in line for over and hour and that it was his appointment time, they told him sorry . So rude!!!! This happened because a walk in came and apparently took his place in line. However when I called and spoke with the manager in charge she told me that they don t skip people ever this place is a joke!!! Don t waste your time with this business that obviously doesn t respect people s time or show any kindness.

I do not recommend trying this salon out we set an appointment online booked in advance and we walked in and waited one hour as we watched more walkins just keep getting sent back to the back for their haircuts in front of us but didn t have appointments over and over and over this is the second time this is happened to us there! Their appointment and check up in the system is a joke!!

I came in late, minutes from closing and Gracie (sorry if I misspelled) sat me down and gave me a great cut. No way did she have to serve me and I would not have been upset if she didn t. So Eric was cool and all. I know these places have a high turnover rate so it s always someone new. I have a pretty easy cut to do but man... he messed my hair up. Last time I had a family member go back within 48 hours they charged him AGAIN. I spent $70 at this place with tip and buying shampoo. Unfortunately I m not going back because it s just too unpredictable. I m embarrassed to leave my house because the back of my head has a bowl haircut. I think I should have recognized a red flag when he insisted on my feeling the back of my head instead of offering a mirror like I asked.
