I checked in on line and went in the store and waited ..and waited ..but they never called my name. Thing is my name showed at the top of the list! When I questioned a young man about he argued with about the proper procedures of checking in. He was very rude and will go back.

I couldnt be happier. Kye listened to what I said. Looked at the photos I showed him. Taking into account my baby fine hair, he gave me what I wanted. Thank you! I will be back and always ask for you. Requested style: Long layers for bounce and swing when down but long enough to put up for work. Face framing. Evened up my jagged bangs that Id chopped off in frustration last week. Hair type: I have baby fine hair which Id left too long between cuts. Stylist: Keep did an excellent job. Gave me just what I wanted. He listened to what I said even though I may have rambled along.

I had a lot of damage incurred to my very long hair. Unfortunately, a lot was going to need to be taken off. I like having long hair so I was pretty upset and the guy that helped me out was super friendly and welcoming. A lot of people freak out about hair and can end up skeptical of a stylist. I felt freaked out but at the same time he fixed my hair! Like I was so bummed thinking I wouldn t be able to keep my same style but he fixed it!! Seriously! Not only that but it looked way better than before. Loving the work he did. Thank you so much!

Worst experiences at Great Clips, it s nothing Great about it people there don t care which side I comb I repeatedly told them and still got a haircut for wrong side, this was in May I told them that it happened to me and I can t take it anymore again this week look at my side locks it was long and I ended up getting this in August both sides are not same and I got it as short as possible they don t care I have a feeling never go to great clips again in Austin at least it s nothing Great at Great clips it s below average.

Both my kids went in for haircuts. The old lady didnt listen to my daughter and did the opposite of what she wanted. Spent 30 seconds cutting a smidge of hair off and charged $21 for it. My son went to get his hair cleaned up and looking nice, his haircut lady did the opposite of what he wanted. Now Im out money and my kids left unhappy. This location can suck a weiner.

Got assaulted by one of the employees. Blamed us for damage on her car when clearly it was physically impossible for our car to have hit hers. (Our car is buch lower than the damage on her car). We called the police and thankfully the police helped us sort it out. Unfortunately there are no laws that require someone to be arrested for things like this. Please report this location. I am at a loss for words. They cussed us out with CHILDREN in the car. Description of worker: Red hair, alot of makeup, looks to be around 60.

Weve gone here several times for my little boys normal, traditional fade cut. Its a super easy cut. Most do a really good job with it. But there is one lady who has messed it up several times. Shes almost always there, so its really a gamble if you get her or not. We have had uneven front, doesnt fade my sons cowlick so it just flops around, has not faded the sides, etc. we were in & out within 10 minutes yesterday - and even with my instructions that theyve messed it up before, they still didnt take the time to make sure to do it right. I had to trim it up at home, and am just glad his hair grows fast! Weve been loyal to this location, but we will no longer be going here.

My third visit to this salon. I came in for a trim. The stylist literally only spent 5-6 minutes cutting my hair. In the end when she asked me if it turned out good. I asked her to check if all the spilt ends are out. Her reply was she can t help me with that since I was trying to grow my layers out ?? At least she could have bothered to act as if she was checking for split ends or interested in providing a good service. Nevertheless I tipped her and that brought the total to almost 30$. I could have gone to a salon and paid a little bit more for a more pleasant experience and attention to detail. Won t be returning.

Worst haircut Ive had in years. The stylist was rushing to leave and had no clue how to do a simple fade cut. Out in the parking lot I was sitting under covered parking to get my vehicle out of the hail and another of the three working stylist and older foreign lady with an accent couldnt understand why I was sitting under the covered parking and she thought it appropriate to sit outside my truck screaming obscenities at me as well as her husband. I found the entire experience awful as for Geeat Clips choice in employees that represent their company EPIC FAIL! 2 of 3 stylist had no business working there. The only positive thing that came from the entire experience was the CLEAR REMINDER WHY I STOIPPED GOING HERE AND FOUND MORE QUALIFIED STYLIST THAT HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SPORT CLIPS (Any location is better on their worst day then this location). Nothing like seeing a couple in their 40s standing in a parking lots screaming and shouting at a customer that just paid them $36 for a service that wasnt worth $5. Great Clips should maybe remind thier employees that customers pay their bills regardless of their personal opinions. WORST EVER.

Came in for a hair cut and asked them for a mustache trim (takes 20-30 seconds)I get this done about every 3 weeks. Never once have I been charged for it. Well today I made the mistake of going to Great Clips. Where a mustache trim they call it full beard trim and charged me 8 bucks. Last time I will darken the door.

Well I checked in online and it said 21 min wait. That was fine and after 25 minutes of playing on my phone the black woman with an accent was ringing out her customer when she started to state her political beliefs. I am fine if you belong to a different party. But when you start spouting lies like Democrats cause wars then you have gone too far. I stood up, told her to cancel my appointment and she said oh no you are next. I can take you now. I am not one to cause a scene so I just left. She lost my business, my purpose of product that I was going to make and a sizable tip. Maybe dont bad mouth a group in a room full of people who might be offended by stupid statements.

You could cut your hair better at home. Of all the times I ve visited here I ve never left truly satisfied with my haircut. All of the stylists rush thru the cut and don t confirm things before cutting. For some reason they assume you want sideburns cut an inch above your ears. I don t expect a salon style haircut but I do expect patience and an thorough job. I took my son and watched as he was manhandled by the stylist. It was tough to watch and after all that we had to return for it to be fixed. Heads up stylist take you time explain to a 6yo what you are doing and show some empathy. His hair still looks like a chop job but won t dare return it this establishment. As for my haircut......it s laughable and will grow back.

The guy in there cuts hair like hes in a race to see who can give the worst haircut in the shortest amount of time. Hes rude and awful at cutting hair. Not sure where he got a license to cut but it should be revoked immediately!!! Actually a zero star but those arent allowed!!

Checked in online, says no wait. Been sitting here 10 minutes and nothing. Maybe if the 3 people in the back office would pay attention to customers then I might have been helped. Horrible service will not be coming back. Whats the point of having a app to check in if no associates care?

Extremely rude staff. Had the worst experience yesterday with my child. A miscommunication quickly escalated to an argument. Great clips associate Joel not only lacked customer service skills but proceeded to include the other customers in the public humiliation. The other associate in the pink see through dress turned her back and ignored the entire situation even after I requested someone else finish cutting my sons hair. I asked for a managers name and Joel stated that there was no manager there and that nothing would happen to him either way. I did get the managers number and addressed this situation over the phone.

Absolutely terrible. Online check in is a joke. I was told it was a 25 minute. wait Over an hour and a half. 2 people working. One left with a lobby full of people who had been waiting over an hour. Great clips you need to get it together or do away with the online check in Ive been a customer for over 4 years. No more. If you have no more respect for your customers Ill spend my money somewhere else. The only reason I gave one star was because there was no way to give zero.

Great Clips encourages online check-in. Today, I used online check-in from home and was told to expect a 58 minute wait time. When I arrived 10 minutes later, I told the front desk that I had checked in online and was told it would be one and a half hours before I could get a haircut. I questioned the difference between the online estimate and the onsite estimate. The front desk person could not have cared less. In addition, the person arriving behind said they had checked in online and the same front desk person told them it would be 20 minutes. Since I have 1.5 hours to waste, I thought I would spend some of the time creating a review on the horrible joke that Online Check-in is at the Wolf Ranch Great Clips.

Got the worst haircut in years here last week. The girl cutting my hair spent probably 15 minutes cutting my hair. Had to remind her how i wanted my hair done about 3 times, and still the cut was bad. The hairdresser did not have a lot of experience, and didnt seem eager to do a good job. Didnt tell me her name.

Sawsanjust cut my hair in less than 10 minutes, how that is even possible is beyond me! It looks horrible, it s uneven and shorter than I asked for! She was not personable at all either. Definitely will not be coming back
