I m not sure what has changed, but this place has done a 180 for sure! This is the only place that ever gives me my correct order or catches their mistake before bagging it. I left them a note today online for extra ranch and how much we love them and this is what I got. A tub of ranch with a nice meme. I actually really enjoy ordering from them to see what they have put special inside our order.

We came in about an hour and a half before close with a party of 50. Management greeted us and showed us where to sit and was very friendly. The food came out SUPER fast and was accurate and delicious. If I could give more stars I would because I have no idea how the wait staff and kitchen kept everything straight. The manager in this establishment is to be commended. He worked hard right along side everyone. All the employees were attentive and friendly.

I bring my dad here about once or twice a month because he loves the hamburgers. He can t have a lot of salt so he always asks for a custom burger with no salt. Our waitress Lacey made sure the cooks followed his instructions ! She always takes good care of us so we usually sit in her section. As always the burger was perfect. Our 1st time here was a learning experience. The ordering serving and paying process was different than I had experienced before. You start out like its a fast food place standing in a line to order. After ordering you take you number and youre ticket to a table where you are greeted by a waitress. At that point it becomes more like a sit down restaurant where youre waitress takes over and serves you from that point forward. You then present the waitress with your payment card and she takes it to run your bill. Definitely a positive experience.

Willies is very laid back and they have various burgers, sandwiches, salads and drinks. They also have some seafood options. The food is always good and reasonably priced and this Willies was no exception. We have been to the locations in Houston a few times and yesterday we came to this one. We just got chicken tenders and a side salad this time. I love their ranch dressing. Usually we get the Willie burger. The service at this Willies was excellent. Our server(s) did a great job, they were very friendly and attentive and the food came out really quickly (I think our servers name was Jose or Juan?). Everything tasted good and the salad had a lot of dark greens, and the lettuce was very fresh. We did not get margaritas at this location, so we will have to come back and try them because they have some unique drinks. We will be back! Parking: Parking lot is busy as this location is near many other stores.

Went again and hated it. Stay away from the wings. The food was meh, not bad not great but decent. Fried Mushrooms were bland, mushroom in the icehouse Willie were not drained so my burgers were soggy. For desert had the Willie wonka brownie and it was absolute delish. This was my first visit to Willies, and I definitely will return. The service was stellar from start to finish. The food was very good, but the highlight of my visit was our waitress, Alex. Tiffany was fantastic! Very attentive when she needed to be but gave us space to just enjoy beer. The brisket spud was amazing Parking: Its a big shopping center so very easy to park. When its busy you might have to walk a bit but who doesnt need exercise Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. Games out on the patio

First time and last time. Ordered online to pick up at 20 min. Since it was a couple of min after 5pm, I thought things would be fresh. Not good at all. Fries were cold & old, possibly lunch fries leftovers. I ate burger at home about 20 later. It was meh. Bacon was limp, undercooked. Bun was soggy. I wont come back. I was hoping to find a good burger joint but will have to keep looking.

My wife and I are fairly new residents to Georgetown. While exploring places to dine and taking suggestions from others, we discovered Willie s Grill and Ice House. After many enjoyable visits at different times, and sometimes accompanied by friends and family (particularly a soon to be 3 and a soon to be 5 year old) we re unanimous in saying that Willy s food, atmosphere, and staff are outstanding. Willy s is a genuine and informal setting that always makes us feel welcome and valued. There are many staff we ve become particularly friendly with because of our achieving status as regular visitors. Among the staff I want to express sincere appreciation of Tegan Krett, one of the terrific bartenders / order takers whose patience, friendliness, and helpfulness is clearly experienced by us and is observed with other patrons. Tegan shares a wealth of knowledge about Willy s food and drinks, and also offers suggestions about visiting various areas of Georgetown and other areas. Tegan is clearly an asset to both Willy s and to Willy s guests. I also want to acknowledge and express appreciation of Lacey (staff trainer +) and Danika (bar tender wizard and order taker), two absolutely wonderful staff members who always welcome and assist / support guests of any age with their orders and any other needs. Their genuine smiles are radiant, their eagerness, friendliness and warmth, and their keen knowledge of Willy s menu, special needs regarding food and beverages; and readiness to intervene and rectify any unexpected request or problem which may arise, is exceptional. Lacey and Danika s presence along with all of the other staff members who provide direct services as well as behind the scenes people (e.g. kitchen staff, cleaners, etc.) are significant in making Willy s a wonderful experience. I sincerely hope that newcomers and frequent fliers to Willy s have the opportunity to meet Lacey, Danika and the others. You will be glad you did.

I recently visited this restaurant and had an excellent experience. The burger was really good juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere was nice, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment. Great place but, moreover, great service all because of Haidee. Haidee provided amazing input and insight on not only the choices offered in Willies, but also made me more familiar with the area s aspects. When I expressed to Haidee that I was recently informed/diagnosed with a severe case of anemia, she not only made me feel better in that moment, but she also provided a new perspective on the situation which made me feel better throughout my week (possibly my life!). Haidee also helped me with some car issues I was having and it was amazing to see such a powerful and smart woman get something done so easily and efficiently.
