I m leaving a one-star review to share my experience. My family and I are regular customers at this establishment, but our visit on 09/26 was highly disappointing. I ordered two shrimp fried rice dishes and two kids chicken tender meals. The fried rice was overly hard and inedible, while the chicken tenders were undercooked. After paying nearly $50, I had to throw everything away, which was extremely frustrating. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, requesting a resolution. She asked me to bring the food back to show proof in order to receive a credit. I explained that returning to the restaurant is inconvenient, especially for customers who don t live nearby. The manager responded that without proof, she could not issue a refund because the owner might reprimand her. I made it clear that this situation wasn t about trying to get free food it s about being served properly cooked meals. That same evening, my children experienced stomach discomfort from the small portions they did eat. Regrettably, we will not be returning due to the lack of accountability. Not all customers are the same, and we work hard for our money. This experience was a waste of both time and money.

I spent a lot of time with The manager That I explained that this is my ONE TIME treat to myself, and it must include a lobster tail. I compromised my regular locations Addison ANYTIME order (their WEEKEND order) for a different order for a higher price. Only to get home and NOT GET the order that I compromised that was STILL higher than the discounted rate compared to Addison s regular rate. Since The manager brought me my order, and experienced my compromising process WITH ME, I would ve thought my order would ve been correct. I don t like paying for an $18 lobster THAT I DIDN T GET!!!

I usually get to go orders from the location in addison. I wasnt aware of this one until I searched., Now i go here to dine in and eat and have drinks. Very reasonable. I can sometimes the wait for someone to come take at least a drink order seems to take a lil bit.Think I have waited about 5-10 min from the time of seating down to get a waitress. There is one waitress thats good, but sometimes she can be a little slow coming back to the table to make sure we are ok or getting additional drinks. Other that great place.

Best boil Ive had in a long time! Everything was cooked perfectly nothing was over cooked. The sauce was delicious with tons of flavor. The server was very attentive, checked on us regularly, and was nice. Overall this is a really great place and I would recommend to anyone to check it out.

I recently dined at Red crab in Garland , and unfortunately, my experience was spoiled by what I can only describe as terrible management. The staff(servers and bartenders) were amazing ,but the way management handles issues became apparent that the real issues stemmed from poor leadership.They are rude and disrespectful to their servers and bartenders. The management Tina and the owner Chelsea displayed an alarming lack of respect for both their employees and customers. It was clear that they abused their authority, often belittling staff members in front of guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I left Red Crab feeling disheartened by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the management team. I hope higher management takes steps to address these issues, as the potential for this restaurant is evident, but its overshadowed by their current operational practices. I enjoyed the food and the service from the Server and Bartender. Very kind and exceptional service from Yolanda and Jerrica.

Once you are done with DPS. Inside for about 3 hours or so..although everyone in there was good...it was time to hit the bar....well actually I hadnt had my lunch and it was hot as heck...103 feels like 109.....Went inside..2 wonderful ladies working the almost empty place....I didnt mind seated at the bar..Courtney served me food and a real good frozen pina colada....not too spiked..very refreshing...good music was playing.....Lunch hour was over...Courtney guided me that I take kids meal shrimp(6) with 2 catfish filet and a side of Onion rings....Every now and then whilst she would be doing her stuff, she kept asking me if I was doing alright, if I want some extra sauce and all...real nice...we chatted..small talk......The food overall was good but towards the end it was just a tad too much of oil in there....at least good enough for me to make a sunny side egg. But thats how fried foods are....All in all I enjoyed the food and just the rhythm, vibe was too good.

Can I just start by saying the crawfish was a 10/10 !!!! I ordered my food from Uber eats , mind you the delivery from this place to my house is 18 miles away . When I got my food it was fresh and hot !!! I haven t had some good crawfish like this for years !!! I definitely do not regret buying !!! It took me less then a hour to finish 3 1/2 pounds of crawfish (the portion size was a very good amount !) will definitely be coming back because of the prices as well

I am only giving 5 stars because of the amazing bar manager I had as a waitress! Soon as my fiancé & I arrived nobody sat us and there was no host so we stood for about 10 mins before being seated. We get seated and kid you not was not waited on for 30 mins. I understand it gets busy but multiple waiters/waitresses just walked by us and said nothing. We were just about to leave when the bar manager sincerely apologized for the wait and was under the impression someone helped us. I forgot to get her name but she was a pretty blonde with her hair in a ponytail. She completely turned our thoughts around with exceptional and amazing customer service. She was so attentive and caring! Food tasted amazing, and she will be the ONLY reason we come back if we do. Thank you so much. For the restaurant manager, do better at training your employees and teach them about customer service as well. All were young kids with attitudes and hiding in the back.

Ordered delivery from Red Crab for the first time today because my wife and I wanted to try a new place besides Kickin Crab, Boiling Crab, etc. Price was reasonable. Around the same as the other Asian Cajun places I mentioned. Ordered 6 lbs crawfish and they were really fresh and sweet. Their Juicy sauce was good but it got watered down a lot in the bag where the flavor was just not there anymore. So, order some extra sauce on the side which I did and it was great. I also had the garlic noodles. These were basic. Not bad, nor good. It seemed like noodles with dry seasoning and some sauce used on the seafood. The garlic noodles at Kickin Crab are godly. Red Crab needs to step up their garlic noodles game here. Overall, pretty satisfied with Red Crab. Unsure if Ill be back considering Kickin Crab is not much further away. Their sauce (and noodles) is just too good to pass up.

the place in itself was nice...the atmosphere was fun and upbeat...the waitress was friendly and attentive...now about the food and alcohol...I wont speak on the overall menu but only what I tried with my family. Not really into seafood in general but we were invited here so when in Rome.... I ordered the fried tilapia with sweet potatoes which has a $1 upcharge I believe...the hushpuppies are not included so you have to add that on, no biggie...they are really good...but outside of a good presentation with the food...I was left with wide open expectations...the fish was overcooked, so it was dry, not moist. The sweet potato fries were cooked so well that they could have been called sweet potato crisp chips...they were cute though...like waffle fries...anywho, I give it a 3/10 if I hadnt had been hungry from not eating all day it would probably be a 1/10 for effort. my daughter tried the seafood broil but said the crab tasted like rubber and sea water... I tried a Mango Rum punch or something like that (the first drink on the cocktail menu) and let me tell you...it was just punch...no kick...the water was good though....would I return? for the atmosphere? yes...for the food? hard pass.

My brothers and sisters in Christ, I can not stress enough how delicious this place is!!! Military veterans note: They have veterans discounts!!! Hidden gem, never packed (during the week) so no wait time, but incredibly packed with flavor. I didnt even need any of the dipping sauces because the meal itself was already succulent. I visited this place for the first time 02/16/2024 first we was seated the lights was so dim I couldn t see due to my vision so I had to use my cellphone light to see. After being seated we placed our orders mines were make your own so I ordered 2 lbs of crablegs 2 eggs and 1/2 of sausages which the waitress told me 2 lbs of crab legs would be 22$ the sausages would be 7$ and the 2 eggs was 3$. When I got to the counter to pay for my food my crablegs was 39$. After seeing my receipt I asked the waitress I thought you said my crablegs were 22$? She looked at me took my card paid for the food with no explanation. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to NO ONE you stand on your word don t play a customer like that.

So, I took my daughter here for her birthday dinner. We all started off with the drink, and the waitress started off good. My son spilled my drink i all the waitress if we can get it cleaned up so we dont be stepping on it i ask multiple time and never got it cleaned up until i the a bunch of napkins on it. So the food comes out. My wife got some tenders. the rest of our table got some bags, and my daughter and I got a #5 sack ($169), which everything on this platter was cold AND IN NOT KIDDING. And as slow as it was, the service was horrible. For the gratuity fee that yall charge on big parties defenetly need to do better. I wont be coming back and dont recommend it at all

This place reminds me of crusty crab off of sponge Bob. It really resembles that on the inside. From the outside you would think that this is an Asian place but it really is not. Im a Louisiana gal, so Im not used to oil based seafood. The oysters were great. Tried to order a frozen margarita, but the machines were down. The atmosphere would be better if there was more lighting in the building. Cant see the menus or your food in the dark. The service, omg! It was beyond great. Thier bus boy admitted to throwing my prescription glasses away. Nothing was done and that sucks. Very expensive glasses but will never go back for this alone. No help was offered to resolve this.

Ummmm the bag was a little small maybe it was a lunch portion but it was definitely tasty. Everything was perfectly cooked and it did come with lots of shrimp. We had the Boiled Combo A. Juicy special sauce was delicious. Definitely hit the spot

The food is delicious. You pick the level of heat spice for your food. They bring you a bib and food gloves and a hand wipe for after dinner. The service was very good, the atmosphere was fun. It was an awesome experience, and were definitely going to go back. There are quite a lot of selections and combinations to choose from.

The Red Crab has awesome seafood and sides! I had the seafood boil, Fried Catfish basket, Salad, Hush Puppies, Seasoned fries, and Onion rings. The food was hot n fresh. The portions were ample. Nice large filet cuts of fish. All of the food was well seasoned and tasty. I recommend the cheesecake for dessert. I am definitely a regular return customer!!!!

I don t typically write bad reviews. I m a firm believer in if you don t have anything nice to say, take the high road and don t say anything at all. Feel free to look at my review history. But let me spare you from unwarranted discrimination. This woman chased us into the parking lot, shouting in an accusatory demeanor in front of all the patrons. STOP, you pay your ticket! We continued to walk because we never imagined it was us she was after. Of course we walked back inside. We had nothing to be guilty of. But please, can anyone help me understand why she did this to us? She was not our waiter, nor the host who showed us to our table, nor a member of mgmt. She offered no reasonable explanation and much less an apology for her actions. So why did this unknown lady feel entitled to harass us? She legitimately embarrassed us without any probable cause . There is no justification for her disgusting behavior. Although the food may be good, it is absolutely not worth the insult. I believe the gentleman named Terry was our waiter, he was fantastic. Too good for this tacky place.

The food is great..Our service was terrible our waitress was obviously the bartender. She took our order we got our food and that was the last we saw we did not get any tools for cracking the crab No refills no salt that we ask for.. I had to go to the bar to get the ticket and the gratuity is already on there for you. I had to fill in and amount that I thought was suitable.

So glad this place exists its and close to me!! I come here often bc the food is awesome and so is the staff! Ill come in mostly ordering the shrimp and crab legs boil, and get the rice to mix in the sauce ... I sit at the bar now to chat with the staff that Im now on a 1st name basis with. From the hostesses (Briana, Lisa, & Skye), bartenders/waitresses (Courtney, Tee, Sarita, Yolanda) and the manager, Stephan, youll be well taken care of!! Ambience and atmosphere is a great vibe, definitely a place to go for fun and great food

The staff here is wonderful. The resturant is overall a great place. I just wish they offered a homemade clam chowder soup. I really appreciate an honest staff & im glad they told me the soup is canned before i ordered it. If that soup was homemade, it would have been amazing. It would also be nice if they offered additional sides such as broccoli or mixed vegetables. It was overall a good experience but i an disappointed that a seafood place doesnt make their own soup.

Yolanda needs to be fired and she needs to look for another line of work. My husband and I sat literally 20-25 minutes with no one approaching us. 2 waitresses passed by countless times not making eye contact until I realized she was the one in our section. We then had to flag down the hostess to ask who is taking our order. Hostess came back and took our drink order, still 15 mins later Yolanda still never comes over & we get our order of fries the hostess also got for us. Yolanda happens to deliver the fries and tries to walk away by saying nothing until I stopped and told her weve been waiting to order. She appeared bothered that she had to take our order and still never made eye contact not once for the rest of the evening. We had to flag her down again after we finished 20 mins later so we can get the bill, she drops it off and after waiting for eternity we once again had toadkthe hostess to take our card. We got there at 7 pm and left at 9:40 if that can prove the long wait. The food was good, just extremely disappointed & dont understand why she treated us that way

Second time here 2/23/23 I placed a Togo order Derrick was very helpful and kind. I sat at the bar to have a drink while I waited for my food the bartender Sarita never acknowledged me (she was just standing around had nothing to do) after finally getting her attention at an empty bar she had an attitude. Love the food but bar service sucks.
