Last Saturday Gloria s Firewheel hosted my wife s birthday brunch for 22 close friends and family. The management took care of us, the wait staff was awesome . My wife really enjoyed the vip treatment, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great dining, atmosphere and service.

I had a wonderful dinner here at Gloria s, I walked in as one person sitting at a four person table with a book. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. I planned to sit here with a book have a few drinks and appetizers. I figured as one person sitting at a four top table I would be rushed and that was not at all the case. My server was amazingly, he recommended an amazing drink, as I was ready my book would check on me and when I ordered dinner a wonderful, steak called Nancy s ribeye it was phenomenal!!!! Honestly I told my server I could kiss the chief. I m very picky about my steaks and this one I was drooling over . I have had the best food and customer service from Gloria s I will return it s an absolutely wonderful place to hang out and have amazing food!!!!

Ive been to many Glorias locations and they never disappoint, especially this one! I love the green salsa and bean dip that comes with the chips. Ive never gotten anything I didnt like here; the pupusas and fajitas are go-tos (and the frozen margaritas, of course). The service is always fast so its a great spot for a quick dinner or lunch!

I love Mexican cuisine overall. This is one of the restaurants that takes it to over the limits. They are a very friendly and nice employees. I really want to give a shout-out to Victor as he is a very nice man. He was a very aware and hard-working man as he helped me with a lot of things. He mistaken my order but it was no problem as he was not hesitant for doing the order again. Kudos to Victor and the chef because the other plate was out in 3 minutes. There has not been a time visiting a Glorias location that was sub par. Every visit is good. Food and drinks are great. I tried the Glorias Super Special because I liked the price and thought it was going to be a small portion of food. Turns out its a decent filling amount! Parking: Parking can be a challenge at times. This is located in the Firewheel shopping mall area, so it is hit or miss if it will be crowded or not. Everything is a short walking distance. Kid-friendliness: Small but good kids menu. They have grilled chicken on it that my daughter loves.

Our waitress Joselyn was amazing. First thing she recommended a dish for me that was plant base and she did not know I was going plant base. Second my mom wanted enchiladas and she recommended an enchilada plate and my mom loved it. This Gloria s location is the best location to visit at any time of the day. Their food is fresh and extremely tasteful, Memo was our waiter and he was exquisite to say the least. The experience he provided, reminded me of when I stayed at 5 star resort. This place makes you feel at home with the amazing service they provide. Their wait times are extremely minimal. I have been to Gloria s in dallas, rockwall, and other nearby locations, this location is one of the best, they are extremely hospitable and make sure you have an unforgettable experience. Esteban the manager personally greets every guest that comes through his door, the hostesses always greets you with a smile and delightful attitude. I love Gloria s however, the Gloria s experience in Garland is incomparable and I would reccomend this location for any company parties, family parties, girls brunch, or even dates. AMAZING! I cannot give them kudos enough, Jose Fuentes and Nancy Reyes can be extremely proud of the team that has been taking care of their Garland Location because they are remarkable to say the least. We sat on the patio, which almost doubles the size of the restaurant. Its not as nice as inside, but it is very well covered and insulated. The service was quick and friendly. Our waiter had a great sense of humor. The chips come with red and green salsa and beans; a very nice surprise. My combination plate was quite good. We have traveled all over the United States and have dined in lovely restaurants, but Glorias is the one restaurant that has never disappointed. The food and service are reliably exceptional. On this particular occasion, our server, Stephanie, was attentive without being annoying. Our drinks and salsa dishes were always full. Our orders were correct, meat cooked to perfection, and everything tasted wonderful including the drinks from the bar which are always poured generously. When our party arrived separately, the hostesses got a description of my husband, immediately recognized him, and met him at the door to show him where we were sitting. 3rd Gloria s I have been to in the Dallas metro area. Always good food, margaritas are great, love the selection of salsa dips with the chips and food is good. Definitely worth going to if you are in the area.
