Very unprofessional! So disappointed with the football pics I received! Who ever took them did not make sure there was no glare on the pics now my grandson jersey looks all old and faded . They didn t even try to fix them just said would give a refund and send the pics back . So now I m stuck with ugly football pics have no other choice but to keep them unless I want to do with out pics ! So disappointed yall need to do better and have someone that knows what they are doing when taking pics . Waste of my money !!!! If o could give them no stars I would this is how so many people get taken because they know they have us !!!

Two of my kids have been photographed for their senior pictures here. The photographer is really great with the kids and great at his job overall. The photos came out great, and they both had fun during their sessions. The prices are high, in my opinion, but I suppose also worth it in most cases. The photographs are beautiful!!

My childs picture didnt show an imperfection when I purchased it online. I was very disappointed to see the pictures with a big green smear on her glasses caused by reflection. I was told I could purchase the package again and pay for retouching too. They arent cheap, so I passed. I wont be giving them to the grandparents either. Hopefully the school goes back to life touch pictures. Better prices and discounts for staff members.

Such a great experience and the pictures are so hard to pick from. An 1 hour session resulted in 50 of 100% best pictures. The owner makes the session best. Package pricing is a bit high.

My child s school uses this company for school pictures. They are extremely over priced compared to other companies that do school pictures. If you are unable to purchase them right away they jack up prices even more. A regular picture package will cost you close to $80 which is ridiculous to spend on school photos. Especially when I only spent $40 for the same amount of photos my other child s school.

Had them hired for our wedding as a recommendation and was not disappointed. Photographer coordinated the shoots like a professional and had great crowd control when taking family photos. When we received our photos there was some where we said Wow, how did he even get that one? Highly recommended for wedding shoots.

Do not expect an easy resolution when something goes wrong. In fact, their way of resolving a problem would be to ignore your emails. One of the prints I ve ordered came in damaged in the mail. First, they wanted to send a carrier rep to my house to inspect the envelope. When I told them that the envelope looked fine they wanted me to take a 20 mile drive to their office to prove it before they order a reprint. And this considering they charge $12 for the $1.50 package. With the level of competition in the field I would expect them provide a better customer service.
