Esmeralda R. was my server on a Friday afternoon. Me and a coworker came for lunch. We both ordered our meal and then got a HH drink. She ordered a 10oz I got a 20 oz. Server gives us the wrong drink. I corrected it because no big deal. We then Split the check. The server separated the check incorrectly. My friend was charged $8 for her drink that should ve been $5.50. We decided to not even bother saying anything. My friend paid using cash. And it was exact changed because I chose to tip 20% on the overall bill because the mishap with the split. While the serve paid us out. Within visual distance she s telling her coworker she wasn t getting a tip off my coworkers tab. Once the food came out. My whole order was wrong. I ordered the steak fajitas and received chicken. She went back to correct the order. I still tipped 20% of the overall total but will no longer be coming to this location due to the poor service. We asked two different individuals for assistance because Esmeralda NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US AFTER DROPPING OFF OUR FOOD. I ve worked in the industry for 10 years it s disgusting to witness a person upset about a tip before even paying out and signing the check. I hope she humbles herself in the future.

A beautiful restaurant. Food is just ok to me. Chips were ok, hot sauce was hot! LOL! I had a chile relleno. The chicken was seasoned well, as was the sauce. However, rellenos are battered and fried, and this one had no crispy. It was soggy and lukewarm. My friends said their orders were lukewarm also. The margaritas were excellent, but we were expecting shorter ones, and the price was higher than expected because of the size, I suppose. The waiter was high energy, but not really personable. It was as if he didnt want to look at us. Not shy, just slam the drinks down loudly while looking at the next customer. He was middle-aged and experienced, but not warm at all. Each time I go here, I wonder why. Its quite pricey.

I had food delivered from Uber and it was bad. Then the next day we went shopping at Fire Tower and saw a Christinas there and thought we would give it another chance. The place was very nice, clean, upscale so we had high hopes. The service was great, too. I ordered the usual..the Carna Asada. I ordered it medium well. When I got it, it wasnot medium well, its was way over cooked, almost burnt. So, it had ZERO taste! You have to cook it right and add the right seasoning and not just parsley flakes. I love Carna Asada, and that all I ever eat at Mexican restaurants. This was by far THE WORST Ive ever had. I went ahead and ate this burnt piece of meat because I was so hungry. My wife had a mixed enchilada plate. She enjoyed hers, and I tried it. And it was pretty good..but not worth$18. And my $22 Carna Asada was just WRONG. I gave this place another chance only to be disappointed. I do not recommend unless you like bland food that if cooked right could be delicious

We ate there for lunch on a Monday. The beef fajita nachos were excellent! The beef was perfect. The top shelf margaritas were great! Mary served us. She was quick, attentive, and very friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and clean and had a laid-back welcoming feel to it. We will absolutely be coming back!

The food here is ok. This time I had the chicken quesadillas and this is one of the better things they make; you can tell it was over an open flame but the chicken isnt dried out. Other dishes are less tasty such as the brisket tacos and fajitas, which dont come with cheese; an essential ingredient. While the food isnt that great, at least the service is really good. Their sweet tea is lackluster and tastes more like sugary water but at least its not seriously over sweetened, its just a little weak. Lastly, Ill mention their salsa which is too heavy on onions and parsley. There is zero spice. The chips are average and dont seem to come pre salted.

FANTASTIC! Beautiful restaurant which offers well priced meals for groups or individuals. What they do with so few ingredients leaves me absolutely stunned. Plus, the service is lighting fast. I think I might have been to Cristina s once, not this location but it was years back. Anyways, this location. The best. I wish I lived in the area. I got a plate with a chicken soft taco and an enchilada with the zesty ranchero sauce. The soft taco is delicious just like my grandmas and the zesty ranchero sauce, chefs kiss. Not to mention my service is so sweet and attentive. 5 out of 5. I ll be sure to stop by anytime I m in the area.

I ordered a meal to go at 8:45 on a weeknight and had it delivered by Uber. It is the most delicious meal Ive had in a very long time, it was perfect. I just sat down to eat my churros with a scoop of ice cream and caramel sauce. This is the most delicious ice cream I have ever eaten, oh my god!!! Cristinas puts the cream in ice cream! Delicious!

dont do it, their imported beer such as Tecate and Modelo negra taste as if the temperature has been fluctuating, hot, cold, hot, cold. their kids menu is a joke... they serve box mac and cheese, and their nachos is a fried greasy tortilla with cheese. their fajita was not bad but everything else made the experience here such a regret.I will say their service was actually pretty good, the young ladies were nice and tentative. however i was charged extra for a guacamole i never received. all i got was a small guacamole that already comes with my plate. i didnt say anything because i knew i would not be returning. their table hot sauce is watery, no flavor. they put lettuce in their guacamole... thats a bad sign for a tex mex place... the decor is nice in the place, thats about the only thing fancy... skip this place and right next door is a Pei Wei. i really wanted to like them. i was not going to leave a review at first and i was going to let it go, but i just looked back at our kids plates and i could not believe a place that says their fancy would dish something out like this. their tortillas are not hand made they appear to be Mission tortillas lol.

Food must have been good as everyone ate their fill. Our server was excellent. Parking: This is a busy area. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu, our two young ones had good choices. Our 11-year old cleaned his plate while our 7-year old only ate some of it. Too many chips prior to dinner! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot & Cristinas are wheelchair accessible.

This is your typical Texas style Tex/Mex, but the chef likes making sauces. Your dish presentation will be above average and drizzled with something special. I had the carnitas burrito. A very large burrito stuffed with slow roasted carnitas, rice, and cheese and then covered in an extremely delightful chili cheese sauce, not spicy. My wife chose the fish tacos, again above average presentation and a unique mango sauce for the tacos. Service was good and responsive. Drinks/cocktail were also above average.

Overall the restaurant and service were good, clean place with a friendly staff. The food was quite disappointing - Queso was quite clumpy, bland and tasted fresh out of a can. Beans - Not sure if they are adding liquid smoke or burning the pan - but it s funky. Chimichanga was the huge disappointment - when it arrived at the table it looked really oddly shaped, I figured the guy just wasn t great at rolling and went in to try and enjoy. This was a huge tortilla with more than half folded inside itself, a few chunks of grilled chicken and what seems like half a bag of pizza cheese. This was never fried and looked to be grilled if that - did not eat 70% as it was all raw tortilla. The rest of the meals were better than the chimichanga but not something which I would visit again for.

My brother and I visited Cristinas for Cinco de Mayo. We avoided the lunch rush, but the restaurant was still busy. Our server, Hazel, took good care of us. I appreciate how the team worked together to bring us our orders and the complimentary chips and salsa. Everything we ate was delicious, and we left feeling satisfied and valued.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The food is good but fine dining is a fine Mexican is a bit of a stretch. It wasn t busy when I went so I m not sure how it would be durning peak hours, but the service was pretty good. Drinks and chips and salsa stayed filled.

We arrived around 15 to 9 because we work and we couldnt go earlier and we wanted to spend some time with my sister and my mother who came to spend a few days with us and everything was going very well, the food, the service, the waitress took great care of us. but it was around 9:10 when they turned off the table light just for us and that was not very pleasant, a man went and turned it on and told us that this was not done while there were clients but it was something unpleasant
