20 minute wait for a cheeseburger basket. $5 for a Coke. Ordered a burger with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and mustard. I got a hamburger with mayo, avocado, jalapeños and half raw bacon pieces, and no cheese. I walked on it. I paid for the Coke, they can eat the burger. The language barrier is ridiculous and getting worse every day.

The food is good. The only problem is that they take too dang long to bring the food out!!! 45 mins for 4 tacos and 1 torta??? Its not the first time this has happened. Definitely not worth the wait. PS the place smells like mothballs. Food : 4/5

I had torta revuelta which was great, however it took them over 45 min. To bring my food. When you walk in, it smells like mothballs, my kids refuse to come here and eat, they prefer takeout. Other than those 2 concerns, I can comeback but not if Im in a hurry. Today is a Saturday, thank goodness it wasnt my lunch hour.

The place is acceptable, it only has a smell like camphor upon entering and another smell inside the premises that is not pleasant, sometimes it feels very suffocated due to lack of enough air. Arrived at 1:30 on Sunday. All the food was cold, flavorless, and extremely greasy. Tacos were on cold tortillas and tostadas were stale. Hot links were charred outside but somewhat raw in the middle. Wouldn t come back. Service could be better Food

Terrible service, we waited approximately 10 minutes for the waitress to come out with a terrible attitude without air conditioning, the lemonade was very acidic, it seemed like they were squeezing the lemons with everything and the peel. We went to eat because we saw a video on Tiktok and they were looking at the steamed tacos. with a very nice sauce, nothing to do with reality, the service is terrible, the waitress looks like a bad friend. If they continue like this, I dont think this business will last. Very bad experience.

Aug 1, 2024 we tried steamed tacos tlaqiepaque tacos (nothing to do with the sauce) roasted dads and hamburgers, of all that only the hamburgers and dads passed our royal palate, the rest left a lot to be desired, plus the place apart from being small was very hot, I watched a video highlighting the good things about the place, but I ended up disappointed, they claim to be 100% royal but nothing to see!! I long to try those real tllaqurpaque tacos with that sauce that makes them unique!!!!!!but its not here

The waiters were HORRIBLE. They had a nasty attitude and they didn t even take my order correctly. I had to wait 2 hours for my food. I asked the waiter what had happened with our food and she would barely pay attention to what i was saying, and even after receiving my food, it tasted disgusting, i couldn t even chew it. The place had NO AC, it was so hot in there, practically everyone in there was fanning themselves. Terrible TERRIBLE experience. Definitely not for children, not for elderly, please do not take any loved one here, worst experience of my life.

This place is horrible, they made me wait so long and it wasnt just me, they had many families waiting for food, everyone was very rude, they even pushed one grandmother and didnt even say sorry but told her they would move the way they did. they also gave their attitude, every single one of those employees was horrible, not only were the employees horrible, but the wait was too long, it wasnt even full, but still, the people that were in that restaurant, including my kids and me , we had to wait. more than an hour please dont come here.

I saw the advertisement on Tiktok with the page This is how you eat here. To be honest, the reality is very different from what is advertised on networks. The meat is dry and the barbecue is super oily and for the vegetables they gave only onion with three cilantro leaves, apart from the cashiers, very bad service, they are all despotic and arrogant.

We saw this place from Instagram account saying that it s good and we decided to give it a try. When we entered this place the waitress had an attitude and the place smelled bad. We tried the tacos al vapor which were alright but they were cold and were too overpriced for the little taco. We also ordered a torta and the bolillo (bread) was really soggy. The flavored water of hibiscus (agua de sabor de jamaica) was way too sweet as well as the lime one. Overall, this place is too overpriced for the small portion you are getting too eat.

We had been to alekas a couple of time and the steam tacos were good,good flavor. On one occasion they over charged us,we did get a refund. Just today we went and the food was horrible. Asked for some steak tacos and instead of being chopped meat it was like blended didnt look good. Also asked for tacos al vapor (steamed tacos) and the beans were like when you get the last after 2 days not good. The waiter was also kind of rude comprared to other times.that will be the last time we go there. To bad your losing us as a customer.

They have to organize themselves better, I placed the order for dinner here. There were 5 tables with mine, 2 of which were already here when I arrived. Within 5 to 10 minutes of me arriving, they delivered their food to the two tables, one of whom was ordering when I arrived. It took them 45 minutes just to bring the drinks and that was after I asked for them when I saw that they were serving other tables. The food was finally brought to me after an hour. And they brought it to me to take with me because of the 5 months I was the only one left without serving or receiving the food. He told me I thought it was for lunch as I write this Ive already been waiting 10 minutes for them to just change the food to a Plate to eat here. The truth is that this place had been recommended to me. I saw it in this way you eat here and the truth is I was disappointed. When they finally brought me my order, the steak tacos lacked flavor. The mixed steam tacos, the salty beans all flat with lack of filling see the fork compared to the tacos. The red sauce tasted bitter and spoiled. I will think several times about returning. When paying tables claiming items that were missing and calls for food that was missing.

Delighted with this place, the owner showed up very kindly to check if anything was missing and she also attended to her business. We came from Fort Worth and it was worth the drive and wait for all the food to be fresh and cooked at that precise moment. The seasoning of Mexican food, I have been to several restaurants to try the Mexican-style hamburgers and this one took the win of all. The roasted potatoes with meat is something that I have not been able to find in the Dallas area that tastes good. The leg cake uff I just went from there and by writing this review I already want to return for more. It is well worth it, I give this place more than 5 stars and they also have 100% jewel of Mexico cokes with delicious peach or apple punch. Go ahead and make sure that if you want a royal flavor, here is the place.

Ok so we are regulars, we found this place like years ago, and love all the good here. BUT this is the last time we ll be coming to this location at least. Food took and hour and a half to get to the table. Waitress barely new the food on the menu, almost forgot what we ordered too AND she did forget our drinks. Ok so this can be understandable in a packed place. But this wasn t the case. Place was almost empty and only one order in front. Sorry, we loved here but not anymore. My new comment is based on my last experience, I have been a customer for a long time and had stopped going for a few weeks, they used to serve fries prepared by themselves from 0, for me it was one of the reasons for going to this place, now they have frozen potatoes, without flavor. The burgers were delicious, this time they were burnt and didnt have that delicious flavor they usually had. The tacos were the same, the tortilla was raw and the meat was tasteless and cold, honestly the food didnt look appetizing and it didnt taste either. Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I was invited to celebrate a casual birthday with family and omg this place did not dissapoint. The burgers were freaking amazing like the actual patty was so good. We also had fajita tacos and a pirata. the lady attending to us was very accommodating and kept checking to make sure we were OK and that our food tasted good. I was disappointed with the burgers and fries. We could eat a couple bites out of one them before we aborted the mission. Only because I was expecting a normal cheeseburger and I ordered it as such but got their version (Mexican burger) and I just wasnt ready for the different taste. Plus, the fries were greasy and limp. However, the owner brought us out four different type of their steamed tacos and they were excellent. Next time Ill stick with the tacos.

The food was delicious but the lady with blue hair who served us had a bad attitude. When she was taking our order she looked angry like she didnt want to be there and like it was our fault she had to work. Then my son who was under 2 years old accidentally threw chips and collected many but not all and told my brother-in-law that we needed to go pick up the chips and clean our area where we were eating. One should not treat customers like this, if there is no one to clean the restaurant that is not our customers problem. If she were kinder and more humble, I would have no problem helping her clean our table but since she had an ugly attitude we didnt help her. I hope they find different workers because with the girl they have right now, perhaps many people will not want to return.

Im goin to be honest with you. I tried the torta of trumpo and to be honest with you wheres the my meat Very small portion to no meat on my torta. .And we also ordered and trumpo burgers and the fries were soggy.will not be goin back to this place.Im glad we can leave review

Very good burgers but unfortunately the cashier is an ignorant person who has no idea how to serve a customer and who fights over a coke. This restaurant has potential but Im sure the mentality of the workers scares away the average consumer. Last time we shopped here.

Who doesnt eat tacos with salsa or lemon or cilantro, they didnt add any of that, thats why Im giving it a star and besides, the cake was very hard, I understand that you have to eat that type of tortilla quickly because if it doesnt Its ugly but how are you going to place an order and they asked you for another takeout order and you give it to them at the same time?

3 years ago I rated this taqueria without knowing it would be my favorite! My kids ask to come here and now in the middle of 2022 I tell them that I dont mind at all driving from the State Fair to Garland for my tacos and burgers! The service is incredible, the place is very clean and the food is delicious!
