So I ve never actually ate in the restaurant. I get to go or mostly door dash! Ginger is the best! She definitely fixes and cleans up after door dash s mess ups. So great! Her and Danny have the nicest service! So the food! Hero parmigiana sandwich. Wonderful. The actual chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Oh my goodness. It s pure happiness in a plate. It s my new weekly meal. Just decided. The bread is again. Amazing.

I love this place! Everything Ive tried was wonderful. Today I had the chicken Napoli for the first time and it was just as good as the chicken carcafoli I usually order. The service is always very good and the prices are reasonable, considering how prices are increasing. The place us very clean; good atmosphere and you dont have to compete with loud music in order to have a conversation. Always a good choice!

Its just absolutely horrible. The meatballs were probably 80% breadcrumbs and had no taste, and the lasagna wash just pure mush. Ive learned that for the most part, Texans have horrible taste in Italian food, and 99% dont know what true itlian food is. Its definitely not new York style pizza. Its just another poor excuse of pizza in Texas. Dont waste your time unless you want something equivalent to Taco Bell.

The food was decent, overall very affordable. Live music was great. Service was accommodating. Be careful if you have a large party because they add gratuity, but on the second receipt that you sign it has suggested gratuity at the bottom, and so it looks like they dont and you may accidentally double tip. Pay close attention to your receipts. Overall, it was a good place, and I would recommend it.

Honest Review!!! Watery mess!!.. ordered multiple dishes for family and myself. When we opened to eat, we all immediately noticed that our pasta dishes were very wet. Therefore, this was not a simple mishap of a dish. ALL pasta dishes were prepared this way. They all LITERALLY appeared like soup. Its as if someone filed each pasta dish with water. Bland and flavorless. Total disappointment. The only things appetizing was the bread.

I ordered a couple of dishes thru Grub Hub and was pleasantly surprised. The eggplant parmigiana was cooked perfectly and the pasta dish was very flavorful. The eggplant arrived with a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce and a half dozen garlic bread rolls. This delivery arrived on time was carefully packaged and was hot. Kudos! Me and my girls were really hungry and didn t know where to go and saw this restaurant at Firewheel and decided to stop and try it out. I m so glad we stopped there. It was our first time here and let me just share how wonderful the place looks inside, great atmosphere, Ginger s hospitality and so far she s the greatest waitress ever, her name was Ginger! Food was great and Ginger was very sweet, professional, and friendly! She s definitely a true warrior (not all heroes wear capes) running the place all by herself!! We will definitely be coming back to see Ginger and enjoy some delicious Italian food Oh I forgot to mention that their dessert (cheesecake) is honestly the BEST, sooo delicious ;)

Ive given this place a few tries, it seems the only thing thats decent here is their pizza. I went with the Chicken Piccata today. It was very difficult to eat. The chicken was bone dry and the pasta/mushrooms came in a soup, yes you read that right, soup. There was supposed to be a butter sauce that came with the dish but there was absolutely no butter. The food in general was very bland due to a lack of seasoning, hence the bowl of soup that they like to call sauce. It also seems that they use the same pasta for every single dish. Side note, not sure if the AC was working properly but it was hot in there! Its 105 degrees outside, turning the AC down for your customers would be nice. Our server was delightful, she was very kind.

The food is always so good here. You can find all your traditional favorites here, but you also cant go wrong with their specialities. If you dine with an extra big crowd, I suggest ordering an XL pizza for the table as an appetizer. You wont regret it!

Large Italian Restaurant with Plenty of Options! Party of three for a business lunch. We got to Eddies right as it opened. Staff was pleasant and ready to assist. Our server was helpful with explaining menu options. We started off with waters and ice teas. Cold and delicious. Next, we moved-on to the fried ravioli. This appetizer started in St. Louis, MO and Eddies does a good job representing this dish! About 8 small, fried raviolis came out with marinara and ranch dipping sauces. This day was a salad day and WOW - the size of these salads were impressive as was the freshness of the greens, meats and cheeses. To brag about salad is something and these are something. For us, we each got a box to take the leftover salad for a snack later in the day or for lunch again the next. I will be scrolling through their menu to see what else I might order when I return.

----- EXQUISITE STUFFED MUSHROOMS ---- Ordered a few things for delivery to cover last nights dinner and todays lunch and dinner. One of which was a stuffed mushrooms appetizer. Well, I was expecting the typical stuffed mushrooms. When I opened the delivery bag and came upon them, I saw a dish that had mushrooms swimming in a pinkish sauce and thought how odd, Ive never seen anything like this before. Kids liked the pizza, but 8 did not like the spaghetti and meatballs. Parents & hubby seemed to like their food. Italian Salad was big with lots of green lettuce not iceberg & a tangy real tomato dressing, but was too much for me to eat. Stuffed mushrooms were covered in a pink sauce which was delicious and had some kind of small rectangular white chunks in it, but I wasnt sure if it was lobster or cheese. I ate here only once. Sadly it was the night before moving half way across the country. I say sadly because the food and service were awesome and Id love to go back. I had the meat pizza which was huge, delicious, and well priced, I ththere were 3 meats. And the cheese was very creamy. And the chicken parm. Again portions were huge and it was delicious. Im very picky about chicken parm. This was some of the best I had. And the bread rolls.......Id go just for those!!!! The waitress was good. She seemed new to service but she was still good. Decided to dine in here after shopping at Firewheel Mall. The complementary bread and marinara sauce was good. Im used to most places serving rock hard bread, but the bread here was softer and fluffier. I ordered the Eddies Seafood Especiale since it boasted a wide variety of seafood (mussels, shrimp, lobster meat, baby clams, and brandy wine cream sauce) for only $20.99. The plate size is large and the portion is just as generous. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the pasta was just the right texture. The seafood was cooked well, although the lobster meat isnt real lobster meat, its imitation. The price seemed too good to be true after all. Service was good and food came out timely.

Sign states seat yourself , which we did, and then we were completely ignored by the wait staff! They were not crowded at all. And what s worse is that the staff (particularly female waitress/hostess?) kept looking in my direction and still didn t come over! It wasn t until I grabbed my purse to head out the door that someone decided to acknowledge us! I did notice, after we were seated, that she was seating customers as they came in and being very attentive to other patrons. But still ignoring us so WTH?! If it was a matter of us needing to switch tables or something, all they had do was ASK and we would have gladly moved instead of staring at us RUDELY! We really enjoyed our lasagna dinners at Eddies Napolis Italian Bistro. Everything had a great flavor and was very fresh and well portioned. The homemade bread we ate came with a homemade marinara sauce which was also really good. They also had really good sweet tea. We had a great waitress that did not allow us to want for anything! Eddie Napoli has really gone down hill since we started going there when this area was established. There were no owners or managers there to support their staff, so I don t have much incentive to support their restaurant going forward. Garlic knots were cold, margerheta pizza was horrible at a time of year when fresh tomatoes and basil are available everywhere. One gentlemen walked out after he got so disgusted at the lack of service, and after he waited 20 minutes for the waitress to come tell him the wine he ordered wasn t available. I personally won t ever go back there as there are so many other good options to choose from.

Terrible!! Ordered through Uber Eats. Wilted lettuce in the salad. Marinara was clumpy with a thick layer of oil on top. The cannelloni didn t have spinach or ricotta in it. It must have been mozzarella?? It was just gross. The lobster ravioli was only ricotta filled with presumably diced up imitation crabmeat in the sauce. I state presumably as I don t have a seafood DNA test at home to prove what it was but pretty sure it was NOT lobster. The garlic rolls were hard and burnt. They must not care at all about the quality of the delivery food.

The staff had their back turned to me as I was trying to purchase my take out order. They turned around and handed me the credit card machine. Didn t say a word to me during the Rea action and certainly didn t say thank you to me as they turned their back to me before I left. Rude!

For once a nice quiet restaurant where we can hear our conversations! Eddies Napolis Italian Bistro was perfect for our family gathering. The food was superb and my lobster ravioli met my expectations. The staff was professional and the setting was clean and attractive.

Met the owner randomly at a local store and he gifted our family a free meal at his restaurant. Great service, amazing food and fantastic atmosphere. Very generous owner. Couldnt ask for a better dining experience!!!

Went back and still not disappointed! I had their eggplant Parmesan and it was fantastic. The restaurant was full but not overwhelmingly packed. I like the fact that our waitress checked on us but didn t over check on us . Sometimes it is annoying when they come to your table to many times. I don t know what it is about there eggplant Parmesan and those biscuits but the combination of the biscuits with the sauce from the Parmesan is amazing. Their biscuits are mouthwatering. When you get there you sit down and they bring this basket of biscuits out to you and you can snack on those with the sauce while you are waiting for your food. It is definitely worth it!

Not sure how people like this food. I wish we had stayed home and had a tv dinner. It would have tasted better. The only reason that I was so generous with two stars is that the waitress was super nice and the decor wasnt hideous. Id advise anyone with taste buds to stay far away. If its your first day out of prison, you might like it though.

I came in for a late lunch here and my server, Ginger greeted me right away and took my drink order. She brought out warm garlic rolls with marinara with my drink and asked if I had any questions. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sub which was very good. The place was clean and welcoming. The decor was Italian of course and the wood accents was warm and inviting. Everything was great, thanks Ginger, see you soon!

I had the chicken alfredo, mom had the tortellini alfredo, friends had chicken parmesan and the combination pasta. All was phenomenal and the food was served surprisingly fast. Sky was our waitress and she was absolutely awesome! Also had live music and theres even a sheet of paper on the table that has a song list that you can request them play! wonderful all around!

Wanted to try this place that we ve been passing by, but what a mistake. Ordered eggplant parmigiana and it was not good at all. Soggy pieces of eggplant in red sauce with cheese over it. Lasagna was the same way. What a joke. The waitress was very nice, that s about it. Won t be back. Not sure what all the good reviews of this place are about.

My daughter and I went here tonight. It was still a little early so not very busy. We were seated right away and the server was very responsive. We placed our order and our food was out pretty quickly. I got the spaghetti and Italian sausage and my daughter got the chicken parmigiana. The food was very good.

Came here thinking it was going to be delicious and was completely disappointed. I first ordered the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and the chicken tasted like it was microwaved chicken. Also, the alfredo sauce didn t have any spice or flavor. Tasted like just heavy cream. And then ordered the chicken parmesano and then tasted like it didn t have any flavor. Definitely hated this place.

Im torn, I lived in Italy for more than 2 years and Im aware that what passes for Italian food here is not the same. However, I have never been to an Italian restaurant that was so afraid of garlic, or seasoning for that matter. Everything was very bland. Also, entrees were served alone. If you want a salad or vegetable its extra. This makes the prices very high. I also find it a bit deceptive. One thing I will say, the staff was attentive. That may be because at dinner time on a Tuesday there were only 3 tables occupied in the restaurant. Overal it was just too mediocre. So, as much as I have big chains I may stick to olive garden. At least I will get garlic bread with a bit of garlic.

I was in town and ordered a margarita pizza and some garlic knots. The delivery was Uber eats. The food was stone cold when it arrived and the garlic knots had no garlic flavor at all. They tasted just like a regular yeast roll. Now on to the pizza. Despite the pizza being cold, it was AWESOME!!!!! I could eat this pizza three times a day seven days a week. P.S. The food arriving cold was not Eddies fault at all, that was Uber Eats taking too long or not having a delivery hot box or both.

Sadly, it seems the food and service have steadily gone downhill the past few times weve ordered. The Napolis Salad was delivered with no dressing. It is simply a pile of lettuce with very little meat or cheese, and only 1 tiny sliver of tomato. Hardly worth the 7.50 they charge. The calzone is very light on filling (mostly bread), and was delivered without any marinara sauce. Our desserts were missing entirely. This used to be one of our favorite places, but not any longer. Will no longer be patronizing this restaurant. What a shame!

Literally the most disgusting place I ever ate. My daughter took one bite of the pizza and spit it out, I thought she was being picky so I took a bite myself and also spit it out. The salad is nasty, the dressing they use is horrible. I also had a chicken sub and could only stomach a few bites. We left and went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

The food here is on a whole other level. The restaurant is very well kept and clean. The perfect pizza and the garlic bread were so so good. The waiters were very nice and awesome. The food is excellent and it looks very nice. I actually ordered through Uber eats today and I gave them 4 stars. It was a mistake because I had forgotten that I put the soda on my order in the fridge. I didn t eat it yet. I wrote a note that it was missing but it s not true. Everything was correct.
