Via 313 never disappoints- order was fresh and hot when I arrived to pick it up, less than 30 min after placing the order. Pizza was delicious- we got a small Detroiter that two people shared; and I got a small 500 (pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeños) and I have half left for lunch tomorrow! Also got a regular pepperoni bar for my picky kiddos and they devoured it! Everything was fantastic.

Update: I contacted the email provided and never heard back from anyone. Guess they don t actually care that they served day old pizza that was like cardboard. But okay. Hit or miss. We ve had take out before and it was the best pizza ever. Tonight we had delivery ordered through their website, and not only did it suck, it also tasted like and had the texture of day-old pizza. It turned me off of ordering from here ever again. Bye now. Buy-bye.

I enjoyed their fantastic pizza today. They are consistent and this is by far the best pizza youll find. I was well taken care of from the start and wish to thank Courtney for getting me a fresh Dr. Pepper to help out her fellow waitress. My waitress was amazing and I was really impressed to see folks working together to help each other out. That means a great deal to me. Vegetarian options: It matters not what toppings you choose. The pizza is unique and delicious. I love artichoke, black olive, jalapeno, and red onion pizza. Their exceptional pizza always pleases the palate.

My husband wanted Detroit style pizza so we came here. We have been here a couple times before so we KNOW the food will be awesome. Which it was! We had the Jalapeno Poppa, the Omnivore, and some Cheese sticks. That Jalapeno Poppa was next level! My downfall with this visit was seating and service. We were placed in the corner where I actually had to move the table because you could clearly see that my family wouldnt be able to sit down due to the guest at another table. Then we were greeted by one server but another server took our order as I guess our server was too busy for us. We asked for ranch instead of the marinara cup as we dont eat marinara as a side. I didnt want it to go to waste but here comes the sauce instead of ranch. When I asked for ranch the second time I let the sever know that this is wasted now and she said they can reuse it. REUSE IT?! It has been sitting at a table and the sever walked away. You cant reuse it! We throw away whatever touches the table and a server has left where I work. Also should I get charge for a ranch if Im substituting it out? We waited about 7 minutes for a box. I would have ordered ice cream but forgot by the time we got the box. All in all we had a good time but it could have been better.

Go to pinthouse pizza instead. This via 313 doesn t have the same charm as others, expensive pizza and hidden valley ranch as their homemade ranch The meatballs are small and flavorless. They were out of multiple things and overcharged us for things we didn t order, we weren t able to see they charged us extra till he saw the receipt via email at home since they use the toast tabs. Overall, underwhelming pizza (compared to other options) and I was quite disappointed in service and overcharge on check.

Best Pizza in the World. I like to say that Via has the best Pizza in Austin. Austin has the best food in the country. The US has the best food in the world. So therefore Via 313 has the best Pizza in the world. All jokes aside, I do think it is better than New York or Chicago pizza or anywhere else I have eaten in the US. And I have eaten Pizza just about everywhere in the states. The only Pizza I have not personally eaten is from Italy. One day I will go there and judge if Via is better. Stay tuned...

I never thought I liked Detroit style pizza. Then Via 313 came into my life and converted me! The right amount of cheese spread to the edge. The rich sauce that is layered on top! My husband likes the Carnivore and Im a big fan of the Cadillac. We both love that we can go half and half with our favorites and its the perfect amount of pizza! Now, hear me out... If youre trying to be healthy, we actually really liked their roasted broccoli and cauliflower. And their gluten free crust option is pretty good. The one thing thats not talked about enough though, are their delicious ever-changing and unique craft cocktails. We love going to just sit at the bar, split a pizza and have a couple drinks. Makes for a great casual date night! Oh - and I almost forgot their cinnamon sticks are the best. Disclaimer: This picture is not great but just trust me, you dont want to miss out!

This is hands down best pizza Ive ever put in my face. I hesitate to even call it pizza and I love pizza! The pizza at Via 313 transcends pizza. Gourmet pizza? Pizza Ambrosia? Pizza-topia? Technically, its Detroit-style pizza which means the pizza sauce is on top of the pizza and get ready to dial your taste buds all the way up to 10. The pizza sauce is a good mix of savory and sweet. I really like that they incorporate a lot of garlic into their pizza. The sausage here is AMAZING! Its smokey and flavorful and its like a party in your mouth when you eat it. I highly recommend it. The pizza crust is just the right amount of crunchy. And they have superman ice cream! I do kinda wish they had counter service instead of servers. It can be a bit of a challenge to get drink refills and that would be so much easier if the soda dispenser was out on the floor.

Firstly, I want to praise the manager on duty, Gabe, for how he handled the situation that was likely their human error. What could have been a huge letdown was rectified swiftly but still want to help future customers so they don t experience the same! My friend ordered 10 pizzas via the catering link on their website and even received multiple confirmations days before pickup. It was for her baby shower and when we arrived at the pickup time, it became clear the order was not ready and likely had been forgotten. This is likely due to human error with their third party catering service not syncing directly with their POS. Initially, we were left frantic that we wouldn t have the pizzas for the event but the manager let us know they d be ready quickly and that he would personally deliver so she could get back to her party before guests starting arriving. On top of delivering, they discounted the order and gave free pizza coupons. Their quick correction of their error, apology and going out of their way to fix us definitely worth continuing to eat there, but they should either develop a better system so this doesn t happen again and guests using catering should be aware to further call the day of to avoid any issues.

This pizza is fantastic. I really enjoy deep dish pizza if the crust is done well. The Detroit style is very good, the ingredients are fresh and the sauce is delicious. I would highly recommend you try this. I hardly ever eat pizza, just because its not really on my diet list...but everything in moderation I say. Enjoy! Not gonna lie the pizza is good but its really a rip off when you think about it. Im originally from NJ, south jersey, so not for nothin, I know pizza. Detroit style is basically a personal sized Sicilian pizza. It cost me $100 to feed a family of 5. Granted we got 3 of the Detroit style, 3 beers, and we did leave a tip, but at the end of the day $100 is too much for pizza and beer. You can get a full sized Sicilian at Saccones for $29.50 add some toppings and a tip youre still around $40. Grab a whole 6 pack of some nice beer on the way home youre $50 or less. If youre looking to feed a family thats the better option in my opinion. Dont need to be all bougie to have a lil pizza and a couple beers

4/15/24 Update - I was watching, We Are Austin, this morning and they showcased Via 313 pizza. You all find a location, especially in Cedar Park and enjoy this Detroit style deliciousness! Have been a few times and generally leave content, however, during this last visit it took longer to get our food than if I went to Longhorn Steakhouse, Chuys, or Pappadeaux. After receiving our pizza, we were only checked on once. We each ate 1 piece of it before my husband had to go back to work. Im tempted to put this on my do not revisit list, but am inclined to believe it may be due seating us in the back rather than any of the open tables up front where they couldnt forget us. We were looking forward for some Superman ice cream, but I was so flustered that I told my husband Id rather wait until were in Michigan this summer. The big dill pizza and rose aperol spritz were amazing, but due to service I doubt I ll be back. I would have ordered another drink or dessert but had to wait long enough for our server to come back for the bill, I didn t want to wait longer. It wasn t busy at all, and I saw her on her phone multiple times when trying to get her attention. Wasn t worth an $83 bill when treated that way. She also tried to select the 25% tip before having me sign. I m a server as well, I d never not tip anyone but this is a situation where I really did not want to tip at all. Pizza was decent but if you order to go make sure you stand in front of the to go door otherwise the door dash people will just cut you right off and staff will gladly serve them before the people waiting in line.

Really clean. Kitchen up front. Great bar. Great ambiance. The pizza is not just thick Detroit style but they also offer a thin crust pizza. Really great appetizers. The meatballs are really good. Save your money and skip the Jalapeno Popper pizza. Quite disappointing versus their other pizzas. Out of 4 pieces got 3 bites that actually had any form of sauce. Pizza was basically dried out cheesy bread with a few bits of jalapeno and little in the way of bacon.

Im not gonna lie, this pie doesnt do a whole lot for me. If you grew up a fan of Little Cs deep dish pizza, this may not impress you either. The ingredients just happen to be a slight upgrade in quality, but execution is just OK. You get a fair decent amount of toppings, and the 8 large pizza is good for 2-3 people. I prefer JETs which reopened in Cedar Park, you get crispy edges on every slice!! I got the carnivor and it was good, but thats all I have to say, when you skimp on the toppings, you just get an avg pie. Customer service is chill, and the prices are decent, other than the wait, I would recommend giving this place a try.

Detroit pizza is my favorite selection which has a crispy crust. You may do a half half flavor of your preferred choice. The price of the various flavors cost differently too. The do have bar style pizza if you like. The ginger ale which cost $2 per can is really good to pair with the pizza. Despite the great food and ambience, the server who is a manager in training didn t meet my expectations in welcoming new visiting guests. Only when you need to review for your followers and ask about their service, then they kinda waived off the drinks for out of courtesy. I would probably bring my new visiting guests and google guide reviewers to the one which has a better service to introduce this delish brand pizza.

Ordered a small Ambassador to go. Paid over $23 for this lil raggedy piece of oily flat bread. It wasnt even fully cooked. Got a refund. Waste of a half hour of my time. (The Detroiter) + Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. - A bit on the pricey side. - If you get the red beet salad as gluten-free and vegan, its basically a $10 bowl of arugula, beets, and a few apple slices. - The music could be turned down a bit; Its a little hard to hear conversation at your own table. If I have the urge to get a Detroiter again, Ill likely just grab it for take out. On a side note, Im getting sick of $4 canned/bottled sparkling waters (80% markup) and its not just this place.

Food is alright. Had the roasted artichoke dip that came with too-few-crostinis, and the Cadillac. Pizza took a long time, and sat on the counter for a while before getting to our table, not before getting lukewarm. All of this isnt helped by the service. Staff are slow and hard to come by, instead spent most of their time by the pizza kitchen chatting. Per other reviews, it seems like a common problem.
