This place is terrible. It smells and has mold everywhere, stains everywhere front desk not friendly. I have no idea why they said free breakfast if all you get is a paper sack with frozen muffin and sauce roll per room booked, and they only had apple funky taste juice. Supper bad coffee!!! I stayed here only because I was in a church fundraiser event, and my family was tired. But never ever again. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHOT DOWN WITH ALL THE MOLD AND FUNKY SMELL GOING ON, IT NEED TO BE INSPECTED!!

My room was very private and clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean. The hotel remained pretty quiet throughout the night. The lobby door was kept locked to keep away undesirable groups from trashing the place. I felt safe even though the neighborhood was questionable. Will stay again.

GO ELSEWHERE. They have roaches, and this hotel is DIRTY. The first room we went into there was a ROACH in the bathtub, so we told to guy at the front desk. He moved us to a second room, well not even 1 minute into looking around this room there was CLUMPS OF HAIR everywhere. We told the guy at the front desk so he told us he upgraded us for free which I didn t care about the so called upgrade. I just wanted a CLEAN room. Room three wasn t as bad as the first two but it was still DIRTY. There was stains on the carpet, and walls. Mold and rust in the bathroom, and it looked like there was white mold in the AC. They need to update this hotel they have trim hanging/ripped off, rust around the doors, and the bedding/towels had stains. They also DONT HAVE BREAKFAST, that was a lie. They have coffee and juice in the morning. I wouldn t recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Also the guy who works the desk at nighttime, was kinda rude and acted like it was our fault that his hotel was DIRTY. They need better housekeepers and nicer staff. Also woke up to people screaming in the hallway. Rooms: The rooms are DISGUSTING. I am here at microtel inn in Garland right now 9/20/23 @ 9:28pm, ,(dark outside).I was walking the parking lot and fire ants was on my shoes and starting biting both my feet, so I took my shoes off and ran in hotel to go to the bathroom which was locked. So I went to ice machine to get some ice to rub on my feet and the man on duty which said his name was Yong which I think is a lie, came to ice machine started yelling at me asking me what was I doing I explained to him about fire ants he kicked me out of hotel because there were a few ants on my shoes but againni was worried about my feet, very poor hotel, they do not care about the customers. I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE, NOT TO COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!

We enjoyed our stay, however, maintenance could be way better, back door to get in needs to be fixed , hallways need to be vacuumed a lot more, breakfast was never out during its time, furniture and sheets and things could be more cleaner. Room atmosphere was good and slept good as well. Walkability: Location was close to nice activities such a bowling alley. Food and drinks: Located by lots of food and drink areas.

Dirty, smelly, and loud! Questionable people in the parking lot and hallways. Stained sheets and blankets, cracked tiles on shower wall. Brown splatters all over bathroom walls. Loud screaming kids after midnight and wouldn t even honor my Wyndham rewards points as form of payment at check in. Not a real breakfast as advertised, just breakfast in a bag. Definitely won t return and don t recommend. Had it not been so late would ve just found somewhere else.

As a former hotel cleaning supervisor, I would give them a -10 rating for cleanliness... The bathroom floor is very dirty, the garbage cans are dirty and smell bad... Inside the drawers there is mold, the ice container was disgusting... The bedspreads with stains! Not to mention that at midnight they gave someone else our room and tried to get in!!! This is the worst place we have ever stayed...

The hotel was very very clean. I really appreciated how clean it was. We stayed on a Thursday evening and the lady who was working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again. The room and location were great. There is a complementary breakfast that we didnt eat, but its only things like cereal and juice. There are no hot breakfast foods served. This was not a deal breaker for us and would stay here again in the future.

When you call to make a reservation, you talk to someone at the front desk, and they tell you just to show up and that they will give you a room. There is no guarantee on what floor you will get if you have a special request for a certain floor level. I called asking for the first floor, and the gentleman just told me that he only had second and third floor available and just to show up that I will be getting a room. He didnt take any name information, phone number or anything else.

We were massively disappointed in our experience here. The staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. We stayed for two nights and throughout our stay our keycards didnt work. In addition, the elevator is so finicky as to be a hazard - you have to hit the plastic liner inside or doors wouldnt close. The hotel looks really nice due to a remodel but the staff made this a horrible stay. In addition the mattress was so firm I might as well have slept on the floor. We will not be back.

If there was an option for no stars I would do so. The owner of the hotel was harassing my family making sure there was only 4 people. They continued to harass us 4 different times also canceling my key card to ensure 4 people. It s disappointing how they are more worried about the amount of people than their dirty sheets. The sheets were discussing had so many stains; the floors felt sticky and disgusting. We called asking to switch rooms but they said they would charge us for it again. My HANDICAP grandmother was in the room alone and the owner went up there to kick her out after we left a complaint about the nasty rooms. This was the first night and we reserved it for 2 nights. They also advertised free breakfast only giving out apple juice and orange juice. Very sloppy, unprofessional, disgusting. They also refused to give me a refund when I got 2 nights but only stayed 1. Do NOT stay here.

Im really only giving a review for the staff, mainly the manager, Dilan, because I didnt stay here. I only fixed their juice machine. A lot of places I go to that have the problem that they had here get very mad, because the problem requires the machine be defrosted for 3 days before being able to fix it, and most managers just cant understand that. Management here was very understanding and patient, and even nice about it. I can tell you from experience, if the staff is nice to a service technician, they will definitely be nice and accommodating to their customers.

First of all the hotel is to expensive for what you get, no fridge, no microwave, was not stated that you must pay extra for said amenities. Smells of something undescribably weird maybe embalming solution? These walls are filthy have tons of dings and paint peeling, the window is horrific. No coffee maker, no USB ports its clearly outdated in every sense. Cops were there while I was checking looking for someone, you can hear everything through every wall and the floor, people will complain if you are walking to loud. Elevator is dated, no breakfast, sketchy people, TV has no volume.

If I could give this hotel a worse rating I would. The room wasn t clean, sheets were nasty, there was hair and blood stains all over them. And The beds had no comforters. When My mother called and asked for new sheets, the clerk told us we had to take the sheets off the bed and bring them down to the desk. After we did all that, and took the sheets to the desk, the clerk presumed to be busy for quite some time doing paper work . My mom asked for the sheets again and he told her all the sheets were going to have hair on them and that the bloodstain was hair dye and then he refused to give us clean sheets or another room and told us we had to leave. It was hair in the bathroom and a big hole in the wall. The night stand had coffee rings and was definitely not sanitized. ( sn: Hotel says free breakfast, and all they had was juice- not that I would have ate anything from this hotel anyway. )

Never got to stay. Let me explain, i am a manager of a brivk-n-mortar store. I travel to pick up product for the store. I have been doing this in several locations for going on 5 yrs. Always a problem at this location, bear in mind my boss and business owner has been using wyndham locations all over the US, she is a preferred customer. The reservation was made in my name and i have a business card to psy. So WHAT is the problem???? Was told in a final statement from desk vlerk, and i quote Book somewhere else And he refused to talk to me any longer. Why couldnt he kust cancel that reservation and book a room in my name, my business card, and my ID?? Now im 700 miles from hm ome and no room, grrrrrrrr!!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, small room, big bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful, I dropped my card in the parking lot and the young man called my room to let me know someone turned it in. My family and I had a horrible experience at Microtel. We booked our room through expedia. I went to check in and Darov, the front desk clerk, supposedly checked us in. Then he told us we could not have the room and refunded us. When we called in to book a room again, they told us they were full. We tried to ask for a manager and he would not give us a contact number then said he was the acting manager. We are never staying there again and are going to actively disease others from booking there.

Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the interstate. The bed was comfortable, and the room overall was clean and in good condition. Good security, room key required for entry. The wifi worked

This is the second time Ive stayed there a couple nights throughout the week and I find the staff very helpful very genuine very nice people they dont bother you they let you do your own thing stay out of your business as long as you have respect for everyone around you and they do the same so I get these guys five stars and yes I would recommend it to people and I would come back cuz I have

I booked a room for a friend for three night due to them having to come up and help their mom move. They got the room key between 1-2 but never went to the room until later on that evening. Upon returning around 10 oclock that evening they was inspecting the room and found bed bugs. The manager only wants to give me a refund for two nights when no one stayed one night in this hotel unexceptiable. Called priceline to let them know what was going on and they told me they had to go by what the hotel told them. So do not book through priceline or stay here at this hotel it is infested with bed bugs and the service is ridiculous. Is this how we treat our veterans really wow!

Worst hotel ever bed bugs didnt sleep at all they offered me a other room didnt take it I was waiting in the lobby since 5am they when the manager came in i showed them the videos I recorded and pictures I took he told i Brought them in mother f.. trying to blame it on me I asked him if i look like a homeless guy to him or what I threw all my clothes away i have 4 kids back home didnt wonna risk it taking anything back the only reason am.in this town because my truck broke down

My co- workers and I was there for about 3 weeks.the room we stayed in had bed bugs. They moved us to another room to find out that room had bed bugs as well. We move to another hotel. But the good part they refunded most of our money
