THE BEST bowls and drinks and eats! Innerchi blows every smoothie chain out the water, not even close. Everything s pretty much made as you order so the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Its a hidden gem. As their name Inner Chi, we will get inner peace when we spend time alone there. The toasts we tried and the vanilla bean cold coffee were delicious and price-worthy, It is a good place to go with small kids but we may ruin others inner peace . I went with my 6-month-old boy and my mom for an early healthy Mother s Day breakfast, luckily he was sleeping that whole hour we spent there. It took a little longer time to get our order since there was only one person there to do everything. But he didnt disappoint us with that delicious toast and coffee. Highly recommend this place.

I ve been going here for about a year and my review is about a year late. Ha! Honestly, I love love love everything this spot has to offer and what the owners stand for. Sooo I stumbled upon this hidden gem about 3 minutes away from my job on the prowl for some all natural, good and holistic type of food . I must say that InnerCHI is now one of my new favorite places. It s such a plus that it s located in Garland/Rowlett area. I am so grateful for the integrity of their ingredients used to serve us bowls, smoothies, tea, juices, herbal shots, toast etc. Their menu is filled with so many great nutritious options. Something I confidently always say and take into consideration when it s comes to eating out is the simple fact I am a real person, who needs real food. They do no disappointment! First, I m really happy an açaí shop is in the Garland/Rowlett area and we don t have to drive to East Dallas or Far North Dallas anymore. We ordered the Royal bowl and the Rosé bowl and wow, the quality is something I haven t had in a very long time. These bowls are also filling, compared to others I ve had elsewhere. By far, the best açaí bowl I ve ever tasted. I ve had açaí bowls from the Juice Bar and in Cali, but the Royal Açaí Bowl is superior because their ingredients are fresh and the combination of them made it so yummy and filling. I highly recommend this place, the owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell that they love what they do. Thankful to have a place like this in the Garland/Rowlett area.

Beautiful space filled with plants and intention. Best smoothie bowl I have ever had (Ocean) filled with healthy, mindful, foods that I know are the best quality. I usually go on the weekends, which be advised - there can be a 20 minute wait for your order due to the small family crew making everything fresh and to order!! Relaxing music adds to the vibe as well. Let s get to the good stuff: Everything I ve ordered has been amazing - fresh organic ingredients made with Kangen water. (Look it up) The coffee smoothie - LOVE! Smooth strong and blended with dates and espresso bean pieces. (More ingredients listed) The solar passion is another delicious kind of spicy smoothie - turmeric and black pepper add to the kick with a blend of tropical fruits The fresas con crema - omg a healthy creamy coconut cream take on this traditional Mexican snack The royal and ocean bowls - delicious and flavorful and full of healthy ingredients. I ve also had a couple of toast options and all have been delicious. They use a lot of coconut oils and fresh agave - you can customize most anything as well. Every item has the ingredients listed for you to choose or create your own! The cold brew coffee also spectacular - and I love a good smooth brew! Such a gorgeous cafe! My first time going today and was the neatest smoothie and snack bar ive ever been to. They use structured electrolized water in their smoothies! Let me just start by saying InnerChi lounge is the best yet, and salubrious by far. Nicole & Rafael are AWESOME, super sweet and helpful. The InnerCHI is everything you need and looking for, you just didn t know ya needed it . Their menu has a huge assortment from smoothies, elixir s, beneficial shots, açaí bowls, many different toast such as a scrumptious avocado toast, a sweet (not too sweet) strawberry toast, a banana chocolate, lavender lemonade and ummm plenty more. I had their sublime grace smoothie and added seamoss to it. My daughter and I should of got a bigger one because we couldn t put it down. They have boba (on certain days), and best of everything, it s all made with lots of love, heart and soul and kangen water!!!! My daughter and I have been here twice and brought my nieces the second time, and they are addicted just as much as we are. We plan to try everything on the menu. I promise you won t be disappointed. Even if you find absolutely nothing which I m sure that s not gonna be an issue, the ambience and the owners alone are worth coming here. Give them a try and tell your friends you won t regret it. I found this place randomly while driving to Lakeview Centennial to pick up my sister. I decided to try it 2 weeks ago and have been here 3 times since. This place definitely needs more attention!! I ve tried the Solar Passion, the pink one and the Inner Magyck. Theyre all so good but the Inner Magyck is my favorite one!!! Such a cute little cafe with amazing smoothies & juices! If you are wanting a quick, healthy option full of natural goodness, look no further. I visited after seeing an ad on my Instagram and Im so incredibly glad I did. I was greeted by smiling faces and got the Inner Majik smoothie (yum!) complete with a bamboo straw (we love a good sustainability moment!) I havent tried any food offerings yet but I am excited to visit again. The decor is so relaxing and adorable - seating is limited so just keep that in mind. Beyond the ambiance that is carried within the interior design, there is a sense of joy that is inhibited when you take the opportunity to indulge in what this place has to offer. There is a passion in the idea here that what you consume is directly correlated to your state of being, or a large contribution thereof, in which every single menu item was carefully crafted to cater that understanding. If you never felt a moment of bliss, or as they would say Inner-Chi after you ve nourished your body, this is the place to experience that. Well done.

All of their menu items are so delicious! I especially love the Açaí bowl and the teas. Can t go wrong with anything on the menu, best of the best.
