Everyone please DO NOT EVEN consider booking your venue with this location. A lady named CYNTHIA answers the phone every time you call and gives TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was simply trying to find out pricing and she immediately began to yell at me over the phone saying to just come in person and stop asking questions! . She proceeded to tell me that I am wasting her time if she were to give me information over the phone and said again to just come in person. I didn t even have a word in and she just clicked on me. This was definitely not a good first impression and will NEVER come back.

we signed a contract 10/11/18 for an event on 9/7/19 We recently get a call telling us we have been taken off the list because someone else recently made a contract for the same day and liquidated the whole thing . Even tho they should ve respected our contract since it clearly states you have to liquidate it 31 days before event . And we still have time not fair they can chose who gets to keep it when we have signed a contract with them previously way before this new contract . Be careful when signing contracts

this room is not recommended because they do not give a good service. What it tells you and what is in the contract is different to what they offer you on the day of the party.Cintia has bad attitude and the stewards steal the food.

I rented the ballroom for 250 people and they only want to give me tables and chairs for 230. When i called her(cinthia) to talk about it she hung up and wouldn t answer. Please review carefully every detail before signing and giving them money. She treated us really poorly. There s always other options. I would not recommend this place. If I could change my booking i would but it s to late for me.

Went in for a tour of the place and the lady couldnt so much as walk us around the place and tell us about it. She pointed to each room and just stood at the door. Pretty much had to shout questions about the venue to her. She needs to be more attentive. Also greeting potential customers and actually talk face to face and not trying to do other things at the same time goes a long way. Did not once try to sell me the venue. Overall big/nice venue.

I booked an event with Cynthia on 01/26/2018 with contract and all and she calls me the next day to come pick up my money (since i gave 1,000 deposit). She was very rude and told me that the date we had agreed on for the event (6/30/2018) was already taken. I was very upset since we did sign a contract and obviously meant nothing. Be very careful when booking at this location.

Good place, attended a quinceañera, the size of the room is good, to many people arrived at this party so the dance floor was crowded (but thats no problem with the place) restrooms are clean, place is clean, good lighting, ac working great, plenty of parking space.
