Great team! Ton had my case and we talked and talked. The D.A was not wanting to work with me. BUT TON did fight and HE got my cases Not one but 2 Cases DISMISSED!!!

Absolutely the worst as a public defender. I dont know what he does with paying customers but DO NOT USE HIM AS A PUBLIC DEFENDER. He lied to me the whole time he represented me. I didnt know until after I accepted a plea because he told me the plantif was trying to prosecute to the fullest and then I learned with proof that the plantif never open 1 letter and didnt want to go forward at all. He told me I could get 20 years for something I didnt do. I excepted 2 years probation and spent over $10,000 in fees.

The worse!!! Literally have been trying to get in contact with him for 3 weeks! No call back after multiple voicemails and messages left with his assistant. If you re depending on him you re better off seeking counsel elsewhere

In Rockwall County Ton Massar is the Boss at Criminal Defense.. The only way you are going to get a better outcome in your case is if your related to the DA or the Judge. Totally professional.. Im not proud of the fact I have had many Criminal defense attorneys in my life. Ive been through 3 felony trials. That being said.. I know the difference between a bad lawyer, good lawyer and a super lawyer... Ton Massar most definitely has th big S on his chest..
