Lovely space. Very clean and has outdoor seating. The gentlemen barista was a delight. He had a black apron that said veteran I believe. He was very kind and quickly made a perfect drink. He made sure to spell my name right. those tiny things mean a lot when someone is having a bad day.

Inconsistent quality from Starbucks to Starbucks. My first time at this Starbucks. The staff is nice but the coffee is not good. I ve been drinking blonde roast for years. The blonde roast at this location tastes and looks like dark roast. Not cool!! I feel like I m drinking mud. I would expect blonde roast to taste and look the same at all the Starbucks stores.

Seriously, the worst. Came there this morning. Wasn t sure what time they open. I m sitting in the drive-through tall skinny overly flamboyant boy looks me dead in my face and pretends that he can t see me when I m waiting in the drive-through to ask if you guys are even open. Ive been visiting this location consistently, ordering via the mobile app & can honestly say they consistently deliver on good quality drinks. If you dont like to wait in line, just order via the app & skip the wait. Its THAT simple. As far as the staff, they are genuinely kind & sweet. They are helpful & quick to smile, lovely people. The store itself is a good environment, but theyve messed up my coffee order the last two times. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and me coffee had cinnamon in it. If they dont have the chestnut praline anymore, they need to remove it from the website. This time I ordered a flat white with vanilla syrup and they didnt put the 4 pumps in vanilla in my coffee.

I tried double shots of espresso at Starbucks of the different location and stopped going to Starbucks after that. This cafe on 2630 Arapaho Rd., in Garland, Texas is making the best espresso. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ! Tonight around 6:30p was the WORST experience of ever in the drive-thru line.. I go to Starbuck s literally everyday and one of my drinks was the incorrect size.. I told the manager kindly that I asked for grande on my last drink.. she was very sweet and offered to correct my order without me asking BUT when she walked off to go remake the drink , a heavy set white guy sticks his head out the drive-thru window and tells me NEXT TIME CHECK THE SCREEN WHEN YOU ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT SO WE DONT HAVE TO KEEP REMAKING DRINKS! Firstly, about the attitude forward to customers of the barista, They always have an extremely condescending attitude. Today Sunday 12/10/2023. around 1:40pm. I hardly ever leave a bad feedback about any business. Ive been come to this Starbucks since they was on the old location, like more than 10 years. Today I have the worst experience ever, the store not busy at all, 2 employees keep talking to each other while Im waiting for my mobile order for nearly 20 minutes (I did ordered on my app before I come pick up). When I ask them can you make my order, they got angry with me, and their manager JANE even asked me to leave. Im 100% dont say anything cross the line or any bad words at all. you dont have to believe in my one side story, but its truth. I was a Starbucks partner for over 5 years. Take it from me, this is one of the worst Starbucks stores to visit in the area. The partners are rude, the store manager is rude, and the service is unbelievably slow. Im the fool for continuing to go here, but its the closest location to me. Theyve messed up my drinks well over 20 times (not exaggerating), never an apology, and have always had to argue with the partner at the window to get it fixed. Went again this morning because I had a bad night and wanted a pick me up. The barista handed us our hot drink without a sleeve, it was supposed to be a triple tall hot white mocha and they handed us a grande. When I said something the barista simply said, oh yeah, I think she just made a grande, and then turned around and walked away in the middle of me talking. We order the coffee as a triple tall so the espresso flavor is stronger and theres obviously more milk in a grande, so it literally tastes different. Im not expecting 5 star service, but treat your patrons with some sort of respect. If youre that unhappy with your job, literally just go somewhere else. No job is perfect, but you dont have to be rude. Just dont come to this location, the one off of belt line and plano road is way better.

Sloooooooow. Mobile order placed at 8:07am, expected at 8:19am, was delivered to the pickup counter at 8:40am. Out of the 6 or 7 persons working in the line, only 3 were actually moving their hands quickly enough to satisfy the 8:00am rush hour clientele. The drive through lady, the barista (whom will get the mobile orders all mixed up, no wonder, she has an enormous amount of work) and the lady doing the cold drinks. The lady in charge of the register might do something else besides looking because she wasnt as busy as the rest. All need to be positioned better for the best time management.

I placed an online order and upon arrival, I found myself waiting for a considerable 30 minutes to receive my drink. Surprisingly, people who placed their orders after me were served before me, and to make matters worse, my order was not prepared correctly. I kindly inquired whether the barista guy had forgotten to include the chocolate cold foam, but his response lacked the expected professionalism. This picture was precisely at that moment when my drink was handed to me. I would not have voiced my concerns had he not reacted in such an unprofessional manner.

Pattern of concerning complaints regarding the condensing attitude from a few associates. Usually there is a tanned skinned, black haired female who works the afternoon drive through window. Before she intended to make my drink she was politely asked to wash her hands after handling my cash, for sanitary purposes. She initially ignored my inquiry and became unintelligently argumentative, stating my question or inquiry was a statement. She didnt know the difference between a question, which begins with could, can, etcetera, and a statement. I brought my concern to shift leader, Ricky, who was very immature, stating We are not going to play those games. Ricky mentioned other customers having similar inquiries. However, he agreed if they are handling cash at the register, it would be best to wash their hands. Lastly, I confirmed this with another Starbucks location who agreed their actions were abrasive and not sensible. Parking: Parking spaces are available, But, adjacent to a clinic with reserve only parking. Wheelchair accessibility: No double doors, but accessible.

Thursday, July14, 2022 as well as Wednesday July 13,2022 I visited this Starbucks location. I ordered my normal only to receive it and it looks nothing like what I usually order. Now, I am a frequent Starbucks customer at various different locations, so I know what to expect when I receive my drink. On Wednesday I received my drink, drove off, tasted it, turned back around got back in line & advised my drink wasn t made correctly. Tried to return the drink but was advised she could not take the drink back so I had to keep it. The representative returned with the 2nd drink made correctly. I left and went about my day. I returned Thursday only to experience the exact same thing. Except this time I stayed in line, tried my drink and it was incorrect. I advised the lady at the window & gave her the sticker back. I told her my drink wasn t correct. She acted as if their error was my issue. I advised her how the drink was supposed to be made. She closed the window, came back with a cup of vanilla syrup and said I could just pour it in my cup since that was the only thing missing. I advised this was not acceptable. She advised another drink could not be made because I drank out of the wrongly made drink. I then asked for a refund, I m not going to argue about what my money pays for. I m assuming the fat, bearded man that came to the window was the manager. His words were, I was told you want a refund. I said yes. He said aggressively said I need the payment method you used for the refund. Since this is my first time EVER asking for a refund. I politely said I paid with the app, do you need my card or the app. He said whatever you used to pay. I repeated myself. He said pull up the app. I pulled it up & asked where should I go on the app. He said the payment screen. I pulled up my previous order because clearly I m confused. He said aggressively again ma am I need you to pull up the payment screen. I finally got to where he needed, which was the starbucks card saved on my app so he can scan it & put the refund on there instead of my debit card; he scanned it & handed me a receipt. If I m paying $10 multiple times a day for a drink, I expect it to be right. I could see if this was my first time ordering a drink & im not aware of what it should look/taste like. Starbucks has consistently been giving me hiccups on almost every visit. Either it s caramel drizzle ordered and not received, shots of espresso ordered & not received and the list goes on. I am very understanding & know that mistakes happen, but when I m being blamed for something I had no control over, it s time to re-evaluate where I spend my hard earned money at.

She was new and needed some help with my order. My roommate works for Starbucks and so I understand that some people just make really complicated drinks, and are very impatient and rude about it. I know my first drink was a bit more complicated so I have no problem being patient with them. She went to ask for assistance and a redheaded woman came to help her. She seemed a bit rushed but I didnt think anything of it, but as I was finishing my order a barista came over to look at my order and the redhead woman said yeah, its a lot to which the barista made a kind of strained breath out as if I made the most complicated order ever. I wanted to say something, but didnt want to make a scene over it. I got my order and left. I felt like I was being shamed for ordering a drink I really wanted, and left not wanting to even drink it. I really like Starbucks, but I dont think I ever want to go back to this store for fear Im gonna be shamed again.

The most incompetent Starbucks I ve ever been to. Customer service was straight garbage coming from a former employee. My refresher was not shaken which is standard for refreshers. I asked nicely for it to be shaken and was given an attitude and received it back still unshaken. I understand that almost everywhere is short staffed and whatnot but it s not an excuse to be lazy at your job.

It couldve been better service, once I put my phone to scan my app, I told the lady I wanted to use points, she replied that I needed to tell her before I order. Service and quality of drink is 1st class. 1. Every drink alternative to dairy that Bryan recommends never fails to be better than the original I ve tried. I m just going to trust anything he makes. 2. Stephanie- I asked to clean the outdoor table myself and she refused to let me do it an insisted to do it herself. Shortly after, weather shifted & the storm winds came in and blew my drink all over the table and scattered my papers. Stephanie not only cleaned the table again with a great attitude; but she ALSO a went back and made my drink all over again without prompting!

This is a pretty decent Starbucks. However, there is one employee that really gets on my nerves. I always roll my eyes when I see it is him working because I know What s coming next . what are you up to today? Got any big plans? And it s the same thing every.single.time. On my way to work I went through the drive thru, to pick up my order that I ordered from the mobile app. I Purchased a Grande iced coffee with sugar free vanilla, no classic and heavy cream instead of milk. Delicious. So easy and convenient. Always a great drink and a good experience.

Absolutely love this location! The baristas are always so sweet and they have come to know me by name. Ricky and Isaiah are always a breath of fresh air and so personable. I only ever use drive-thru and mobile order. The folks are super nice...so it makes up for their slow drive-thru depending on the time of day you go. If you plan to mobile order ahead and pick up thru drive-thru...get it extra hot or less ice. Itll be cool or watered down when you get to the window. :(

Honestly probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. I used to come all the time back when I worked nights, Id get off early in the morning and swing by. The gentleman who ran the drive through always knew my order off the top of his head. Today I came through and the woman running the line was friendly, upbeat and gave some awesome recommendations (definitely need to start getting the iced white mocha w/ cinnamon.) The store is always very clean and well maintained (pretty much expected from every Starbucks at this point) and the management has always been top notch but its the little extra touches, like taking just one more second to really interact with the guests that makes this location stand out above the others in the area. There seems to be one on every corner these days, so if youre trying to figure out which one to make your starbucks, this is the one you want.
