Corporate Action Needed Unacceptable Behavior for local community and Customers My experience at Ocean Buffet today was deeply concerning. The price for a to-go order was unexpectedly high, and when I opted to dine in instead, the staff refused to adjust the price. The manager on duty was unprofessional and outright disrespectful, using offensive language and showing no regard for customer service. I expect corporate to investigate this incident immediately and take action to ensure that this kind of behavior does not continue at this location. Please reach out to me with a resolution.

By nature, I think it should be noted, that a buffet would have to do something pretty Fn phenomenal to even remotely qualify for more than 3 stars. That said, our server was prompt with refills and busing, the restaurant was clean, the food was well stocked and at proper temperatures, and the music wasnt so loud we couldnt hear each other. As far as the food goes, everything was just so-so. To be honest, thats what I would expect from a buffet. I dont imagine effort is wasted on perfecting dishes made en masse. It was all edible, mind you, just lacked pizzazz. Except the cheese wontons. They were surprisingly fantastic. Parking: Plenty of spots available. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly buffet with American dishes too (Mac & Cheese, pizza, garlic bread, fries, nuggets, etc...) Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking, entrance, and seating.

Ive been there 1 time. Food was meh, service was awful. I ordered hot tea and received a pot of luke warm water. I really did try to use it because I couldnt find help. When I finally did get someones attention they said oh he will do it. He was so high I was surprised he could carry the pot. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

I usually make the 20-minute drive once or twice a month at different times. Its a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere, and the food consistently hits the mark for its price. A++ rating. The only drawback is that I usually go alone, so being sitted surrounded by families can be a bit off-putting, but its manageable.

Absolutely phenomenal experience dining at this buffet restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff, led by the exceptional manager Steven, made me feel incredibly welcome. They have some good cooks who know about flavor! Sesame chicken, sauteed mushrooms, broccoli beef, fried rice... So many good things. Sushi Mongolian grill The kids all can find something, even if its pizza or cheese and bread. Its Hispanic run, so there are fried plantains, horchata, and Latin American music!
