probably one of the worst in the business.. administration wise..seem to have no communication skills. we traveled to Houston for an appt to only be told it was not registered. no return calls.. appointing you to doctors that arent even there any more..Its just one issue after another..and no one seems to care..at all!

Never told me they require you to be 45 minutes in advance as a new patient. Drove there for no reason and they wouldnt let me in. Place is also run down and dilapidated. Seems like a lot of doctors leave this place due to the large number of indigents in Galveston.

Some Rose lady hung up on me and gave me plenty of attitude while I was trying to schedule my appointment.Very unprofessional. Then last time I came in the nurse didn t even share my results from two different test. One of them was COVID and she just walked me out. Then when I wanted to leave a complaint because I found that very unprofessional as well the manager on duty said she couldn t do anything about it. What place doesn t tell you the results and when you complain about it says they can t mention it to the nurse to be a better nurse ??

Im in Galveston Texas. Im an older woman with no money or insurance. If you need an extraction, do yourself a favor and do it yourself. They will make you wait months while trying to get you to see other doctors for random reasons. Its all about money here. People have been pulling their own teeth for thousands of years. Dont let the government-ran clinics decide for you. I never had any issues whatsoever in Colorado. But here.....it would take a book to describe how horrible health care is on this island.

Sadly after waiting months for an appointment. I was told to enter thru incorrect doors. When I arrived at the correct entrance I staff to finish taking photos of the door I was advised to call the number to check in. my appointment was then canceled because I checked in 6 min after my appointment time! Very sad.

They stopped being a great place. Im disabled with Anxiety and PTSD and they referred me to MHMR. No help guys. Update, as of 10/23/19 the room I was in looked bad. Wallpaper torn holes in the wall where things had been torn off the wall. This needs cleaning up. They Also do not know how to do prearthersations, the process should not take more than 6 work days to preartherise.

Went for dental (Texas city)(and we all know there is a risk ) if you are from this area you know what I am saying.Now w/o getting into details the doc ( who may have been the director,came out of one station after seeing a patient to my area.I heard no water running to wash hands ,BUT,,,,,I DID SMELL* ** HAND ****SANITIZER****;......At the point I decided to say my good-byes..I know healthcare is expensive for alot of people and most of us have to go where we can afford care,So a lot of these places dont give a **DAMN** about the risks they can be putting on you.Well,,,,,I am done with that kind of care.I know most places are not fool proof because we are ALL HUMAN.COASTAL DO BETTER....People , Please be VIGILANT!!!!!!!

Doctor Rispin spent less than 4 minutes with me. My blood pressure is high and she sent 3 prescriptions to pharmacy with no instructions and did not want to discuss my long standing problem with gout meds. She sure had time to discuss my sun tanning! Dont waste your time and money. Coastal does not address your health and wellness be damned.

These doctors are always rushing you. If you use the word googled they completely shut you down. They treat everyone like their stupid. Have even lied to me about some illnesses and weather or not they can be hereditary. I guess not having insurance does already a difference. You cant get what you cant pay for. I even had one of the doctors tell me that we had gone as far as we could go with out insurance.
