As a B.O.I Ive had a old soul for this island. This couple Ashley & Michael have the same if not a even bigger heart & soul for Galveston Island. This lovely couple shows real dedication to the houses even down to dirt buried relics to reviving centuries craftsmanship! In high school Michael was very respectful its proving in his work. Ashleys wholesome talent is what these homes have been wanting for! Ive watched every episode RESTORING GALVESTON! Wow - Im fully inspired by their creativity and hard work they put into these homes that once made this island so special.

I could not recommend this realty service any less than this. We chose Saving 1900 because we had a historical home with most original features (floors, windows, etc - basically the charm of owning a nearly 100 year old house). But our experience was, quite frankly, horrible. The realtor they assigned us started off fine, but as we progressed, she was very clearly, more interested in closing a deal than representing us as sellers. Every step of the way, she would literally negotiate with us on the buyer s behalf. At no point did she ever push back on them, only on us. Little did we know when we signed a contract with her, that her reputation on the island was about as bad as it could get. Our bad. Don t make the same mistake. The realty company doesn t, and will not care, about you and your experience. They just want their money. And don t bother reaching out to the TV stars because they don t care either. Do yourself a massive favor and sign with a legitimate, professional, long-term Galveston realtor. Sign with someone that knows and loves the island as we do and someone that will actually put your best interests ahead of a simple sale. We re incredibly disappointed and I hope someone out there reads this and reassesses their choice for representation, because these folks are not who you want to entrust with the sale of your home.

Sellers beware. We used this company to sell our home in Galveston and found the agent to whom we were referred completely inept. If you want to hire a sellers agent who represents the best interests of the BUYER, this is the real-estate agency for you.
