This was really fun. We got a Groupon to come here. I am chubby and was able to fit in the dresses. The photographer was nice. The pictures turned out great. The picture frame we bought with the picture was well made and it went perfect with the picture that was taken.

The lady said shed edit the photos we wanted but then when.i agreed to by the usb idk if she edited anymore photos since she said we could at home. But Im honestly not great with technology so it would probably take me forever to figure out how to edit them.

Hour wait but was not busy. We were the only ones sitting in there with two workers and one couple having pictures done. It was uncomfortably hot. I didnt like what she stuck on my head or the cheap, dirty, boa she put around me. I wasnt given any choice. My husband was told to hold up a flag which he did not care to have in his pictures. He wasnt given any choice. She spoke and moved fast. The session was very rushed although there was nobody else there until we were almost done. She used high pressure sales tactics while trying to be funny which was all offensive. We did not like the photos but my husband wanted a keepsake for our trip thus shelling out $129 for three sheets that we werent too crazy about, to be kind.

We absolutely enjoyed the photo shoots. The whole photoshoot experience was very fun and the photographer was hyping us up the whole time! The only thing we didn t like was that the pricing seemed a little misleading. They didn t give us a full breakdown until after the pictures were taken. We asked about the prices at the beginning and she only told us how much the photoshoots themselves were. About $10-20 per person. At the end she tells us that each copy we would like to print would be $20 for an 8x10 or we could get 2 smaller photos for $30. We re not allowed to take pictures of the printed photos, get them copied, or scan them after we leave, and if we want to opt for the digital photos, we d have to pay $650 for a flashdrive with the pictures on them. If we want a splash of color on them, that s an additional $6 dollars per pose. She also showed us the photos with the frames in them first leading us to believe that s how them would come and then states if we want the frames that s $30 additional for each print bc they were handmade by the Amish. I just wish they were more upfront at the beginning. In total we spent about $330.

Dont come unless you plan on spending 3 hrs of your hard earned vacation time waiting on over priced photos. They really need to hire more workers or at least train the 2nd worker who follows the photographer around to actually do something other than greet people at the door.

My girlfriend and I went there Friday night and it was a lot of fun. We did the pirate setting. I believe the girls name who dressed us and took our pictures was Jessica and she did an amazing job. The girl who presented the pictures for us to choose I think was Carly and she was great and made the process very smooth. The pictures came out very well and Id definitely recommend!

Jess is able to catch your hidden characters with her photography skills, Savanna is so helpful with EVERYTHING. And Abby hired these folks- so S/O to her . We were there during Thanksgiving weekend. Had a blast with the old time photos. The photographer that Sunday morning. She was cordial and great on picking out our costumes. We were so pleased we bought the fob! Weve had them all developed and now in an album. 37 years of marriage we deserved it! Thank you Busters. We didnt want it to end!! Our two past years have been devastating to us, loss of our son and me with a no choice, I had to have neck surgery. This certainly perked us up. .

Have been here several times, but this place has raised the price of their digital package.we went in with a $9.95 Groupon which was nice. She took pictures of my 2 daughters together, then and their dads, with only one group picture. Very disappointed that she did not move me around at all, but kept me seated on a chair, and never offered to take a picture of just my husband and myself. We had to ask for that, and then she kept commenting how she took all these extra pictures. The digital pic package was$450!!!We felt very rushed Not sure if we will buy more prints here unless its with a groupon. We felt very rushed.

My wife recommended finding a place like this because of the beard I grew this year, so we came to Busters. This was the easiest, most enjoyable family photo shoot we have ever had. We didn t have to choose/purchase any special clothing beforehand, and my kids had a blast they got to dress up and carry a piece! The staff were very professional, great with the kids (my youngest was complaining about wanting to hold a BIGGER gun with a different trigger, so our photographer gave him the choice between what he had and a baby doll he quieted down pretty fast, ha!), making us all laugh and staging us very nicely. We opted for the digital photos and were able to take home every shot they got of us. Our favorite group photo went out on our Christmas cards this year, and we received tons of great comments on it from our friends and family members. My kids have never been better behaved, and it was a delightful experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this place.

It was fun until it wasn t fun anymore. Abby was very rude and unprofessional to our group. She also was extremely degrading to the staff member that was helping us, and embarrassed her in front of our group. The whole process of the photo shoot was not communicated to us and Abby kept asking if we were done when we were confused on the process. She told a few people in our group that she knows she rubbed the us way and that she disliked 3 of our girls in our group. The other staff were very nice and helpful. However, we would not return or recommend.

shady business. the watermark on the printed photos? total lie. take pics of your printed photos all you want. manager tells photographers that they get to charge whatever they want for the digital photos, whether that be $300 or $600. the employees are incredibly catty and gossip nonstop. they are bullies. the costumes NEVER get cleaned. EVER. just get the photos printed. you can get them photo copied at any store. there IS NO WATERMARK.

We had a wonderful time! Have done this kind of shoot before, elsewhere. There we were, walking down the block to look up and see a young gunslinger drawing down on us! We were having lots of fun doing this. It was fun costumes and pose . Except I did not have time to try and tend to my face hair and such. Everyone has a nice photos and looked great. My picture is the worst. The lady was very matter of fact about everything and you felt like you were rushed and being given lecture. Was looking forward to the pictures. Unfortunately the costumes were a tad small for me and I looked horrible. The shots of the kids were good though. My eyes were black in the pics and the photographer did not tell me that my legs were too far apart so I looked disgusting. They tend to overdo the bragging script in order to sell more pictures. Would still recommend though if you have an hour to kill and not worried about how you may look.

Absolutely horrible! Hid the fact that unless we paid 350 for digital copies we couldnt take pictures or make copies of the pictures WE PURCHASED! Did not explain until AFTER we had our individual pictures printed & when one of our group decided she no longer wanted her picture since she couldnt post it to social media, the lady told her it was too late she had to pay for it. Raine was amazing!! Had so much fun traveling back in time to pirate times in one eyed Willies tavern! She gave us all the props we asked for, and the cutest costumes!!!! This place was AMAZING. My friends and I stopped by on a girls trip this past summer and I am so, so glad that we did!! The staff was super sweet and made sure that we were all comfortable with clothing choices and explained the rules/pricing clearly and kindly. Our photographer (Gwyn I think) was absolutely wonderful and FUN to work with!! Lots of poses and photo options to choose from and we never felt rushed. You must stop by here on your next trip to Galveston! We will definitely be back for more photos from different eras. Both myself & my boyfriend had an absolute blast going back to the 1920s. Its not often I can get my boyfriend to want to take pictures but taking him to this unique place, I fortunately got an experience of a lifetime w/him & fun photos to share with the family! Jessica is the best!!! She did such an awesome job photographing us. The only part thats difficult is picking which pictures to keep! They were all great.

The staff is very nice and worked with my son, two dogs, and cat wonderfully. They were able to get great photos of all of us and we all had so much fun. Huge shout out to the ladies working here theyre amazing!

Lady was hateful Bay was wet I ask for a place to change her she hatefully told me they didnt have public bathrooms so I ask for just a place with privacy got told no..so I ask her how she would like to run around in a pissie pull-up..then Bay was sitting in a chair the lady told me she couldnt be there due to it set off the door bell.. then why the hell was there a chair there I made it clear I would go somewhere else that I didnt like the rude staff...

CAUTION!!! What a terrible and shady business. Right at checkout they inform you that the photo print you are buying is now being printed on a special paper that fades when exposed to light revealing their WATERMARK!!!. Good luck hoping your photo will last long enough to look at 20 years from now the experience was great with our photographer (Sharaine) and I would ve rated it 5/5, but the watermark nonsense is greedy garbage hoping you upgrade to the digital package for $300 because they know the paper that it is printed on won t last!!! I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

I love our pirate family photo!! This was such a fun and quality picture I actually think this is one of our best pictures together. I will treasure this vacation photo as it reminds me of fun times, we look GREAT, I love the costumes and props, and the overall quality of the photo is REALLY good. Worth every penny!

This place is really cool. We had a small wait but did not mind. The lady name raine that helped us was really good and very sweet! In total we spent $130 dollars we got 2 frames, 1 mat, 2 8x10s, and the sitting fee and a $10 tip. It was well worth every penny.

I took my Little Bits here after going to the beach. They were so friendly and helpful. Really make you feel comfortable and have such a great atmosphere. They work with you on what youre wanting. They also guide you along the way. They take several photos to give such a great selection to choose from. The hardest part is picking out which ones you want. Even if any issues arrive, they handle it quickly and professionally to make sure youre satisfied. We will absolutely be back!!! Thank you for being so amazing!!!

We had a terrible experience with our photographer. Every pose she had turn our heads at odd angles. We had a group of 4, and before we could all get an individual photo, the manager came over and told her to get us off the scene because she had another group that wanted it. We had met a different manager there the day before our shoot who was super friendly and talked highly about all the people being trained by her. I guess she doesnt realize how they act when shes gone.

I love this place. I come by once every year or so to get photos done. I always enjoy my photoshoot and the photographer is (almost) always amazing. My almost is because I have had a trainee but he still did his best.

Bad experience. Went 2 hours before closing and was told we had to wait until they were done with the previous group to take ours because there was only 1 photographer. The second photographer was on their way out. They said it will take 45 min- 1 hr. We went back an hour later and still waited another hour + to even get changed. Literally took 3 hours of our life. Not going back here again.

Very nice people. Fairly enjoyable time. The price is waaaaaaay too much. Our family does old time photos all the time and we will get the cd of the photos, the price is double every other place weve seen. If you go here I recommend just getting the one photo and calling it a day. Dont waste your time taking a bunch of pictures its just not worth it. We asked the nice gal several times if she could tell us the price all throughout the shoot, she kept dodging the question saying we would talk about it later.

We love taking our family pictures at Busters. Great service and quality of work. They do not put schedule over quality. They take there time and give young great experience while taking your pictures. Be prepared to get the frames for your pictures. They make it look more realistic.
