I just spoke with Blanche E Sheffield, CSA, about an issue I had on my end with an upcoming parking reservation. I was concerned because I had inadvertently put the wrong date on a reservation for our cruise this next June. It was just by luck that I had looked at my paperwork (since I had made the reservation back in July) and noticed it was the incorrect date. I was blessed to have Blanche answer my call and immediately assured me that the dates were correct under my reservation number. She then quickly sent me an email with all the information needed to put my mind at ease. Just had to add that I m a 73 year old female and was so happy to get the reservation confirmed so quickly and it just really made my day! Thank you Blanche and can t wait till our family cruise this coming June 2025!

We were a family of 9 and paid to park in Lot B. We returned from our cruise on June 29th and waited for about an hour and a half in the line for a shuttle to pick us up. There is no covering to stand underneath from the hot Texas heat and thank God it wasn t raining. Port of Galveston Parking you all have got to do better

Today I had to call Port of Galveston parking to check on a refund I was to receive. I have done this in the past and the agent looked my confirmation number up and proceeded with checking into it. I paid almost $200 for the convenience of being right across from the Carnival terminal to get my family of 5 quickly to the ship. We were met with long lines of cruise passengers all trying to figure out how to get down to the ground floor with luggage and kids because the elevators were out of service. It took us over 30 minutes to get down to the ground floor due to us paying extra for covered parking. If the elevators were working, this would have easily been a 5 star review.

I tried to do the reservation for parking online and it got very complicated after three attempts even to the point of having to create a new account and try again. After the second attempt on a new account I got fed up and so I called in and I talked to representative and it was probably 30 seconds I told him the issue in all he said was dont put in the vehicle information and submitted again and then he hung up. So I tried what he prescribed and it did not work after four more attempts I decided to call in again and thankfully I got Blanche. She could tell us frustrated and I was glad that she knew what was going on in the system to make it work and was able to get it taken care of us. If the admin for the port is reading this please work on your system or something because for as little Fields as it has at checkout it was way more trouble than it should have been. We are taking our first back to back cruise on Royal Caribbean and we always park in the North or South parking terminal. We didnt know how to reserve parking for a back to back cruise since you dont have to get off the ship. The North lot was full and I was afraid if I waited too long the South lot would fill up, so I made two separate reservations using the departure date for each cruise. I called and left a message and Ms. Blanche Sheffield returned my call early the next morning. She checked to confirm both reservations were made for the same lot and provided instructions of what to do when we arrive. We can now cruise without worry that our vehicle would be towed. Blanche Sheffield helped me today. Matter of fact, we talked twice! I thought I had an account but I didnt and had made a reservation but was lost on the site. She was so friendly and nice and guided me to where i needed to be. She got me started on my veteran disability application and ensured I was started and answered extra questions before she let me go. Then my phone rang. She had remembered one more tidbit to help me. Since I had already made a reservation the veterans disability program wouldnt apply so she helped me cancel the first reservation so I could reserve under both the disability, as well as the loyalty, program. Its this type of great service that will bring me back here. Thanks Blanche!!

Recently I had an issue with my loyalty points crediting properly on my Port of Galveston account. Ms. Blanche Sheffield, the parking account representative, was very kind and very helpful in determining what might be the issue. She took the time to analyze my account and pinpoint the issue. I love parking in the North lots due to the closeness to the terminal and the convenience. I have parked in the lot for 7 cruises so far and look forward to parking there for many more in the future.

I reserved parking today with the Port and had difficulty with logging in and with reserving. Your system to be able to do that is TERRIBLE and could not be accomplished without the help of your wonderfully patient customer service representative. Blanche Sheffield was extremely helpful and got it taken care of. SHE was excellent but it is a sad state that your computer system is so poor that it is literally impossible to reserve without taking numerous, illogical steps that you have to be guided through by customer service. Thumbs up for Blanche, thumbs down for your system.

I really want to take the time to make it known that Blanche Sheffield was such a great help to me. There was an issue with my booking for parking and even though she wasnt the person that was actually able to resolve my issue, she did all she could to try and help me. When the other department still hadnt helped me, she followed up. My issue was ultimately taken care of after a month of trying. (Unfortunately, there are other people that do not have the same work ethic as she does. But I appreciate that she continued to help me even though she was limited in what she could do for me.) She was always courteous and I really felt like she cared about helping me. Its rare that companies have a person that truly understands the passion it takes to provide great customer service. Extra Kudos to Blanche Sheffield! For my first time parking at the cruise terminal, I had reserved a spot for my specific car identifying make, model and license tag. And then I hit some road debris on BW8 the set off all the airbags. The car is taking longer to get repaired than I had hoped and now need to drive to my cruise with a back up vehicle. But how do I make that change? Call Blanche! It is really great when you feel like you have a strange problem and the person on the other end of the line listens carefully, understands and then easily guides you back to the best way forward.
