I really love this theater but today I had a bad experience. There were three teenagers next to my seat that were so loud. Playing with their cellphones. I complained to the assistant manager and she did not do anything. I moved my family to the front seats but we did not enjoyed the movie. She should pay more attention to the customer needs.

Went for a matinee movie and really enjoyed this theater. The auditorium and seats were very clean. The seats seem to be updated to faux leather, but still arent recliner seats. Also the bathrooms dont seem to have been updated since before Covid as you have to touch everything when washing your hands and leaving the bathroom. Outside of all that, this is a nice Cinemark location and the $6 Tuesday tickets is a great deal.

I had no clue this theatre had non reclining seats for 1. People came in super late and it was disruptive in the movie. It was a little warm in the theatre and there wasnt a ton of space to put anything if you got food or a drink. I was disappointed.

Its a nice theater complex, but the actual theater floor is sticky. We entered the theater while previews were on. The theater was extremely dark. We are senior citizens whos eye take time to adjust. An employee with a flash light would be a help to folks like us.

I am very disappointed with my movie experience today. I have never felt inclined to write a review about any theatre location. However, this experience stood out. After being seated and watching the trailers the lights dimmed. About 5-6 young adults came into the theater with their cellphone camera lights trying to find their friends shining it in our faces screaming to find the location after the movie had started. After asking them to turn it off they continued to talk, play on their phones, and kick the back of our seats. I stood up and asked the ticket taker to call a manager. The manager never showed up. The behavior continued, so I got up again and spoke to another individual who stated he was the manager and that he had already handled the situation which certainly wasn t the case the laughter and screaming continued I let the kids continue and left the movie early without resolution. I will not go back to this location obviously they do not care about their customers. If you value your money you wouldn t either. With the amount of money spent on tickets after inflation now I cannot justify dealing with this nonsense.

Man oh man. I ve never complained about a movie theater before. But I have to vent. This place strongly needs supervision in the movie rooms. From annoying and talkative kids to people taking pictures with flash and shaking seats with their feet. To make it worse, the seats are not comfortable for movies longer than 2 hours.

My wallet got dropped here and was (thankfully) here in the morning. I would be more forgiving except we were the last people in the last showing- meaning an employee picked up my wallet. And guess what? Money and lottery tickets were stolen out of the wallet. Manager basically acted like I should be grateful the entire wallet wasnt stolen and kept saying the night janitor must have found it. As if thats an excuse. Is the night janitor not an employee of the movie theater? Good to know yall employ thieves.

Me and my friend booked a movie for 10:30pm and got there at 10:45 pm, we spent $30 total on tickets for a movie that was trash anyways. the doors were locked when we got there and they have no time of when they open or close on their website (very confusing). We didn t get our money back bc it was the morning after and im highly upset about it.

We ve come here a few times and on this last visit we bought an XL popcorn and large drink to share with the kids. When we went back to re-fill the XL popcorn we were denied it because we were given a large tub instead of an XL tub but charged for XL. The concessions attendant was pretty rude and just said sorry they only fill the xl again. Not very attentive staff so double check your purchase before leaving the counter

Clean and well maintained Cinemark. Staff is friendly. Has a good selection of movies, often multiple Hindi for those interested in Bollywood. Gets very busy so recommend getting tickets early as you need to reserve seats. Has two electric car chargers outside as well.

Uncomfortable seats. Staff customer service was mediocre. Ordered tickets in H aisle, Apple Wallet had my daughter and I in D aisle. Not sure if that is this theaters fault, but I have never had an issue at any other Cinemark. Had to go to the box office, wait in line, and request an exchange. Good location: its clean, staff is always nice and it rarely gets packed. Its conveniently located next to where I live, hence we go there fairly often. The only caveat to me is that if you decide to watch something that is not full of action scenes, let alone requires silence to fully embrace the experience, youd hear adjacent auditoriums. Would be nice to have a little bit more sound proofing. But if youre into action movies you should be totally fine :)

Came in 10 mins late and short manager lady was mean and opened the doors and repeated we close 15 mins before the last movie so , and opened the door aggressively , went up to the counter to ask if they were still open and employe with afro nods and rolls eyes and I reply woah does everyone here have an attitude and he says ugh yeah I just want to go home so proceeded to say the 16 year old with a four hour shift . Had a terrible experience watching a movie here. So many people talking throughout the whole movie. 2 groups were cutting up making annoying fake laughing sounds throughout. Also clapping and cheering at random times. A baby was crying for a while as well. There is nothing done about these issues. An employee should be in there to handle these issues because it should not be up to the movie goer to get up and leave to get someone to handle it thus missing the movie. So this place gets 1 star because I could not enjoy the movie I paid to see.

This Cinemark movie theater had very poor customer service manager wise. I go to pay with cash and they didnt have no cash to break my money, no big deal for me anyways. I then stand at the register for 20 minutes to get my money, to then not receive the correct amount back but to also not even get an apology from the manager himself. I went here the other day to watch the new Spider-man movie and let me just say the experience here was great! I was assisted by an employee named Phillip, he was so kind, patient, and very thoughtful when assisting me and my family! He made our trip to the movies a very welcoming one and made us feel at home. His dedication to this job is amazing and I hope others feel the same way about him too!
