I just moved in a month ago and so far, I m loving life here. The staff has been attentive to all my needs and questions. The Hacienda is the only facility in this area to offer 24 hour concierge service, valet parking and gated area for resident parking with covered spaces and garages. The food here is amazing. There are so many choices to please all preferences. I have met many residents who have been here since they opened and they are also happy to be here. I have opened two maintenance work orders ( one to hang curtains and another to mount my TV) and they arrived and completed the job the same day! I also opened one tech work order to help me get connected to the internet and he arrived and completed the task the same day. It seems all the employees have joyous, caring attitudes. It keeps the atmosphere here is happy! I m glad I chose The Hacienda as my new home.

I attended an event at this beautiful location for senior living. It was very impressive and I could tell a lot of time and planning went into this Alzheimer s walk kick off party. As a part of the committee for the Williamson County Walk to End Alzheimer s, I was thrilled to learn that the stunning Hacienda at Georgetown would be hosting today s kick-off event. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt like home elegant yet warm. Seeing the commitment of all the staff helping and supporting, and all decked out in purple, provided a genuine sense of care for everyone who steps through the doors. I especially want to shout out Shannan Conway and Molly Nedley, who truly went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect, and their kindness and attentiveness were so appreciated. It s clear that they are deeply committed to both their residents and the broader community, which made our event even more special. The residence itself is stunning, offering gracious and upscale independent living, assisted living, and memory care, all while maintaining a welcoming environment. It s a place where I would feel confident and comforted knowing that a loved one was not just well taken care of, but thriving. Molly was so wonderful and her enthusiasm as our tour guide was infectious. Hacienda is like a Phoenix resort and nothing like senior living in which assisted living is a part. The food was not good but EXCELLENT! The place was immaculate and full of smiling residents and staff. The services offered were well thought out and easy to access. It was a breath of fresh air after having seen other places and my parents cannot wait to find the perfect apt and become a part of a very vibrant community. Thank you Hacienda!

Not sure why but my mom received a call two times from the number of this place while she was busy, and when she returned the call, she was met with rudeness. The representative was unhelpful and rude when we claimed that we had missed the earlier calls and we didnt know who it was that was calling from this number. (Had to search up this number and it matches exactly to this place). Rude and a lack of professionalism from the person we talked to.

Had a fabulous time at the recent Wine Pairings - Texas vs France. So glad, Mary Claire Campos brought this and other special events at The Hacienda to my attention. My mother and I recently toured The Hacienda at Georgetown. Molly was very nice and informative and does a fantastic presentation, and the site is very impressive, with all amenities needed that one could want. It is the first place we looked at so I dont have any other places to compare to yet. The only negative to the place would be the pricing. As this is the first place we looked at, the pricing might be competitive to other similar places except for the 1 time membership fee, which is considerably higher. We are impressed by the facilities and the services provided. The people (staff and residents) all were very nice. Only 4 stars due to the 1 time membership fee, otherwise it would be 5 star.

Old people... just mostly annoyed at life and dont wanna be around those of us with more than 10 years left. Complained that the whipper snappers were cramping their style and got Alma, the best restaurant in Georgetown, shut down for anyone other than the hospice patients at the Hacienda. Good luck getting the tips us youngns who are getting paid more than a social security check would give.

My wife and I met several times with the Hacienda Marketing Director, Mary Claire Campos. While we knew we wanted to enjoy the many amenities of independent living at the Hacienda, it took us several visits (a bunch, believe me) to decide on the floorplan which best suited us. Mary Claire was our constant go-to and answered our every question with solid info and great good humor. We researched several continuing care facilities in central Texas, and the Hacienda kept coming out on top! And, we met many of the wonderful staff members who were sincere and very welcoming, BUT, the number 1 face forward was Mary Claire! We think she is super!

Beautiful independent living retirement home in Georgetown. We had Molly show us around the Hacienda and viewed all the restaurants, large outdoor swimming pool and the many lounge areas. We had a very nice stay in their guest room, which provided you with everything you needed. The grounds are beautiful with many walking trails and shaded places to sit. The staff was very efficient and made sure you were taken care of. We would recommend the Hacienda to those looking for a retirement place. My husband and I had a delightful tour of the Hacienda at Georgetown with Molly, the Community Liaison Director. We had been extremely impressed with what we learned on the Haciendas website and wanted to see it for ourselves. The facility is quite new, very attractively designed and decorated. Their communal rooms are inviting and colorful. The outdoor resort pool is beautiful. Their multiple dining venues are diverse and attractive. We love their emphasis on creating an environment with exceptional amenities, including enrichment and wellness programs. We were delighted with our experience there.

We attended Chef Pyles Cooking Class on May 15th....what a wonderful, fun, informative...and delicious class that was! He was funny, serious, helpful, and so personable...and the recipes he made were so delicious! We were treated to some of each after watching him and learning how to prepare them! Everyone had a place setting at the tables, wine served freely, recipes included, and the taste tests! Even my husband is raving about it all!! It was a very special afternoon and as always, the Hacienda really made one feel special!

I toured with Mary Campos on Wednesday, May 20th and we had the best time and learned so much about The Hacienda. We were all impressed with the layout of the building, apartment homes and the overall amenity spaces. We peppered Mary with questions, and she kept up with all three of us. She knows her inventory and what is important to certain residents and what units she would show based on their needs. We were very impressed with the dining options and with the restaurant being open to the public and how that works for the residents. The community was bright and the campus was very clean! The Hacienda is such a wonderful senior community. I own Valet Moving Services and work with Marlene. She is the move in coordinator for the community. Such a nice lady. Everyone that works there has been so accommodating while we are there and I personally have noticed how all of there staff is there to help all of there residence. I recommend this community for senior living.

I moved my mom from AZ to Texas (Hacienda at Georgetown) just over a month ago. Shed been in both independent and assisted living in AZ for the last two years, I moved her here to be closer to family. After looking at a handful of assisted living facilities in Georgetown, and the Austin area, I chose Hacienda and couldnt be happier with the facility, the staff is amazing (all of them!!!), the level of care, activities and most importantly, the food. ;) After spend the last 2 years visiting my mom in different facilities I can say I get excited to not only visit her but also enjoy the amazing food...and I can enjoy a drink or glass of wine if Id like which is a real plus. The one things Ive been most impressed with is how friendly and supportive the staff is and the level of care she has received, it far exceeds where she was prior and my expectations. Knowing she is well taken care of has been wonderful for me and given me some piece of mind back.

Mary Claire Campos played a key role in our deciding to move into the Hacienda. We first met Mary Claire long before Hacienda opened. She kept us informed and engaged in the activities before the opening and after. One example of Mary Claires thoughtfulness was when there was a Crepe cooking demonstration. She noticed that we were not eating and remembered that we were Gluten intolerance. Later she and the Chef brought us a very nice lunch to our house. We recently found The Hacienda and visited the community. We fell in love with it and couldn t wait to take our parents for a visit. My parents also shared the same feeling we did and fell in love with the entire staff at Hacienda, and also many of the residents. I am so thankful For how helpful and truly concerned they are about making Hacienda a home and a social connection for those that truly need that interaction. There are too many social activities to describe. There are four different restaurants to choose from and the food is amazing at each. The amenities at this place are like a five-star hotel. My grandmother came from Colorado to look for her and her husband in Memory Care. We were not only greeted but able to talk to residents about their experience. Molly invited us to have lunch in the main dining room which was fabulous! She was very patient with us and showed us the facility as well as answered all our questions. During a difficult time for my father and our family, the Hacienda at Georgetown has provided the care and compassion that my father needs. Shannan, memory care director, has been so good with my dad and really has gone out of her way to make him feel comfortable. Aly, nurse practitioner, has provided excellent medical care and has been very responsive to issues that have popped up. My husband and I recently visited The Hacienda at Georgetown on behalf of his parents. We were greeted at the front by Molly Nedley, the Community Liaison Director at The Hacienda. Molly took time to understand what my in-laws needs are, then took us on a tour of the community. My wife entered the memory care at the Hacienda in Georgetown , Texas just 4 days ago . I cannot begin to express what a complete professional experience this has been . Things had to be done on very short notice due to conditions . The process was smooth with absolutely no bumps . Everyone and I mean everyone was absolutely attentive to our needs ( mine as well as hers ) . In my opinion there is no other place or professional organisation in Georgetown where I would place a loved one for this type of care . Hacienda is a wonderful, upscale facility. Excellent management and staff. Fantastic dining and community activities. Just right for those seeking open spaces inside and outdoors. No big city buildings and traffic. The views are to die for. Georgetowns diamond!

We have been at the new Hacienda in Georgetown now for several weeks. We were greeted by the entire staff and they helped us in every way to move in and get settled. Marlene, the move in coordinator was key in our smooth transition to senior living. We are very happy in our new home. We highly recommend the Hacienda to people that are tired of maintaining a house!

From the moment I stepped into the facility, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was vibrant, yet peaceful, creating a sense of tranquility that is crucial for residents well-being. The facility itself was beautifully designed, with spacious common areas, comfortable lounges, and well-maintained gardens, making it feel like a true home away from home. What struck me the most during my visit was the genuine compassion and dedication of the staff. Every member of the team, from the nurses to the caregivers and administrative staff, displayed an unwavering commitment to the residents welfare. Their patience, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly commendable. The residents seemed genuinely happy and content. It was evident that their individual needs and preferences were well understood and catered to. The facility offered a wide range of activities and programs tailored to their interests and abilities, promoting engagement and social interaction. My husband Ren and I moved into Independent Living in the Hacienda on February 1st and immediately knew that our decision to join the Hacienda lifestyle and community was a perfect one at this point in our lives. When we first met with Mary Claire, our sales professional more than a year prior to our move-in, we knew that living in this new community was going to be a positive step in our lives, and it has truly been so. Everyone from Annika-the highly personable and capable Executive Director, to Marlene the Move-In Coordinator, to the Concierge staff who are all professional, knowledgeable and friendly made the transition from our home to living here very easy. The staff presented us with a charcuterie board of goodies to munch on while we unpacked, which was appreciated since it was icy cold outside. Upon move-in, we joined a small group of 11 people living in the building, during which time there was an ice storm. Thankfully, members of the outstanding culinary team provided us with a wonderful meal daily. During this time, we discovered that the Hacienda Management team is very member focused and available when needed. For example, Pattie, the business manager, always has the patience to explain in an understandable manner, the billing system that is used here. We also discovered that the employees who work at Hacienda-are kind and caring. We have a computer guru- Adam-who is more than patient and seemingly can fix just about everything that we need. Our Community Life team, Jaime and Heather, put together programs and events and welcome input from the community that add jest and joy to our lives here. Weve enjoyed having Ricardo drive us to our off-site events. Jerry and Dennis and their team members are very helpful when we need maintenance or installation of things in our new homes. The Chefs and dining hall team are always there to help us enjoy the dining experience. We appreciate their smiles and efforts to meet our nutritional needs. Our house-keeping team including Bea and the others is a great support for those of us in Independent Living, and the valets provide assistance to those who may need it. There are many other wonderful things to mention about living at the Hacienda such as meeting new friends, living in a beautiful and engaging setting, ceiling to floor windows in our new home that give us a great view of Georgetown and surrounding areas, a myriad of activities to do on a daily basis, and on and on. I work for a local nonprofit, ROCK Ride On Center for Kids, here in Georgetown, the Hacienda of Georgetown is a great place for residents to learn about all the nonprofits they can volunteer at, receive services from or donate to. They bring in different nonprofits to have discussions, panels and provide information to their residents. I love this and think it s a great way for the residents to remain active members of our amazing community! Y all ROCK!

Not only is it beautiful and the apartments are well laid out, Marlene, the Move-in Coordinator, is excellent in her communication skills and keeps all things running smoothly. My husband and I were the very first residents to move into Hacienda on the last day of a very cold January. Annika, the chief executive of Hacienda, called us a few weeks previously to tell us we could move in early since she knew we had to vacate the home we had already sold. She gave us full disclosure there would be no food service or other amenities at this time but we were happy to move in and not have to put our possessions in storage. Annika is truly a gem. She has great people skills, is ready to listen, and is never defensive when people complain. What a wonderful move-in it was. The move-in coordinator, who I had earlier dubbed, MOVE-IN MARLENE, really did a super job of making our move-in flawless. The staff were all at our door singing us a welcome song and presented us with a charcuterie board full of fabulous delicacies to munch on while we unpacked. For about 2 weeks, there were only 11 people living in the building, during which time there was an ice storm. Members of the culinary team went out to buy all of us groceries (for which we were not charged) so we would not have to drive on icy streets. They also started to provide us with a wonderful meal once a day. When we dont understand our bill, Pattie, our business manager, always has the patience to sit down and explain everything in a way we can understand. We were and still are, impressed by the caliber of the employees who work at Hacienda- everyone is so kind and caring. Even before our talented fitness director, Cheyenne came on board, we were able to have a small number of exercise classes led by the physical therapist, Shruti. Now that Cheyenne has been here for 2 months, we have a wide variety of fitness classes. I enjoy going to 1 or 2 classes five days a week. This is from a person who used to think doing laundry was enough physical activity. What a treat it is to have a computer guru- Adam. He is not only brilliant but one of the most patient and nice people I have ever known. He is a joy and always ready to help put those of us who are not so electronically savvy, on the right track. Jaime and Heather, the community life team, are putting together programs, outings, and entertainment that are appealing to so many of us and are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Its so nice to have Ricardo driving us to our off-site outings. He is a very competent driver and such an interesting gentleman. The concierges are skilled, friendly, and helpful to whatever is needed. I can go on and on but the bottom line is.... the truth of the matter is that I dont like living here- I truly love it and the lifestyle it has opened up to us. And lastly, we thank Mary Claire in the sales office, for introducing us to the prospect of living in Hacienda and answering thousands of our questions. Helene and Joel Kutnick

I have had an amazing experience working with Maureen at the Hacienda at Georgetown. My company, Bouffard Transfer, does a lot of moving in/out for the residents of the Hacienda. Maureen has made it smooth and easy to coordinate each of these moves. All the staff at the Hacienda are polite and willing to help.

My husband and I are very happy with our decision to move to the Hacienda. Prior to our move in date, our move in coordinator, .Marlene, answered all of our questions. She ensured that our move went as smoothly as possible. All of the staff is friendly and competent. There are many activities and wonderful exercise classes to choose from. Meals here are wonderful. We like choosing where and when we eat. Living here is the best!
