This location has definitely improved over the past few years...drive-thru is still the slowest option, but food quality is way better and service is now top notch! Nice work, Jack (Franchisees)! Parking: Definitely use the adjacent side street because the main road is near impossible to maneuver through for access in and out of this location.

As far as fast food restaurants Go Jack in the box is one of my favorite places to go because they give you such a variety of different foods. You can get anything from cheeseburgers to tacos to chicken nuggets. It may not be the best of anything youve ever had in your life but it will be pretty good.

In order to use jacks guest WiFi, you need to step inside physically and leave your dog in the car because you cant use digital deals without WiFi and the WiFi doesnt reach the drive thru order intercom.. the 2 ladies which were the only ones inside working werent too friendly, cant be mad at them for being short handed , its like one of the busiest jack in the state. For real. Overall they need a bigger parking lot and the entry / exits suck. The construction or blueprint architect didnt think that one through before building it obviously. Anyone who has been there Im sure will agree with me.

I am a Uber food delivery driver and I received 2 orders to pick up from this Jack in the box and I will never except another order to deliver from this location. It was between 7:30 and 8 pm and I pulled up to enter the store and the doors were locked so I proceeded to the drive thru and the employee that answered the speaker said rudely what you want I told her I was there to pickup 2 Uber orders and gave her the names she replied I just got this so you gonna have to wait I pulled to the window and a older more ruder lady came to the window and said $15.38 I said I was there for the Uber orders she rolled her eyes and shut the window and came back with sodas with soda all around the cups dripping everywhere I asked her for a drink holder she again rolled her eyes and shut the window. I had 4 bags basically thrown thru the window and as you can see by the picture these bags were not labeled with the customer names so I didn t know what customer got what bag etc. I use to be an assistant manager at a Jack in the box and never would I treat a customer in this manner. I did not appreciate it for my customers and was embarrassed to present my customers with these orders because of the way the bag looked I can only think if the bag looks this bad I wonder what the food must be like. Shameful that customers pay expensive hard earned money to be treated this way!!

Very disappointed in JitB. Used to be my go to breakfast fast food and liked the burgers. Service has gone down hill. Had a breakfast burrito given to me not only with the tortilla folded like a taco, not wrapped to keep the ingredients in, but the paper wrapper was the same way. As I took it out of the bag in my car, it came apart and ended up all over my front seat. Then the staff member I took it in to the store to show and complain, was extremely rude, discurtious, and unprofessional. The burger I always ordered was the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. The last several times I had ordered one, the size of the meat patty was noticeable smaller, at least a third smaller than it had been and the prices just keep going up. There are too many other choices out there to waste time and money, and get treated with no respect as a customer, to end up going to Jack.

Just stopped for drinks on the way to the port to start our cruise. The dining ate was dirty, and the mens restroom was atrocious. It was dirty, and there were repairs that looked like they were made by the restaurant workers, and not by professional plumbers. Only redeeming trait is its proximity to the port for the cruise ships.

Word of advice: USE THEIR APP, you can get it through the drive through. I am so glad I did. I was stuck in line and it wasnt moving. I was only attempting to not stall the line out longer. I downloaded and ordered on the app. Then when the car in front of me got to the intercom, the girl told him theyre closed and no longer taking orders. I figured I was going to be told the same thing, but she asked me if I had a mobile order, and I said yep. She said she has my order and pull through. Im so glad I used the app. Sorry for the guy ahead of me, as he was stuck in line and could not get out.

The drive-through was the slowest I have ever experienced. In their defense, it appeared like they may have had a problem with the lead cars order, which slowed everything down. However, instead of having that person move their car out of the line, they just let them sit there for 10+ minutes, trapping the rest of us in the line.
