After all the years my family have enjoyed going to Christina s it s sad to see how bad the service has gotten. I cannot believe they would serve such disgusting did to their paying customers. We will definitely Not return to the Frisco location. This was a 1/2 order of nachos delivered to me. It looks like it was picked out of the trash . Never again.

The food was ok but nothing to make me want to go back. Especially after we saw a pigeon hit the window and died. The manager or someone there went outside to get it close to closing and picked it up in a plastic bag. They brought it in the restaurant and walked to through the dining area and into the kitchen. Instead of taking it and putting it in the dumpster they walked through the dining room and into the kitchen. No way will I ever go back there. The waiter was good but the food just didn t taste good. None of us ate all of our food. Only the chips were good. This was for my birthday too.

Best Mexican food Ive had in a long time. We had the queso fundido, just cheese which was really good. They give you tortillas with it and, I imagine that if you get it with meat, it could be a full meal. I also got the Chili Relleno with ground beef and it was phenomenal. The ground beef had amazing flavor and the ranchero sauce on top was a little sweet with chunky onions and tomatos, a perfect compliment to the heat. I dont always enjoy the rice and beans at other places but their beans tasted like they had bacon fat(?) or something similar which gave them a lot of flavor and the veggies in the rice were fully cooked. Will absolutely be back.

Beware of getting scammed. I went yesterday with my fiancee and we had an excellent time, food was very good, service was decent. I was planning on leaving a 20% tip like I usually do. Then the check arrived, and interestingly the number of patrons listed was 10, which is noticeably larger than the two of us who were there. And more importantly, that hits the threshold requiring an added gratuity of 18%. When I drew this to the attention of our server she reacted both dismissively and nervously, assuring me that it didnt affect anything (when it obviously affected the total.) I just wonder how many people have been distracted when paying the total and added a tip on top of this fraudulent added charge. The food is good, but pay attention when they bring you the check.

Not impressed with the service. It took forever for us to get to order our food. We asked for the tableside guacomole and it was made in the back instead of at our table. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food.( There were people who came in after us and ordered & got their food before us). We then had to wait for at least 15 minutes more for the waitress to come back with the check to pay. We wanted change back, but decided the wait would be too long. The food was decent, but not good enough for me to visit the establishment again.

I was accused of not paying the bill, and charged twice for the meals I bought. If you cannot trust your system of hanfs free payment from your customers, its horrible that your employees would accuse a customer of not paying after I showed proof. The shift manager Miguel assured me I would not be charged twice BUT I was. I CALLED the store a few hours later letting them know the first transaction has posted and I was sent a confirmation email of payment. I was told that again I would not be charged twice. I will never go back to this restaurant.

Weve been loyal patrons of Cristinas in Frisco for over ten years, thanks largely to the consistently great food and the exceptional service, especially from Ana. She is not just warm and personable shes like a real friend to our family. Ana always remembers our kids names and our favorite drink orders, making each visit feel special. The atmosphere is ideal for meals with family and friends, and the margaritas, enchiladas and salsa are must-tries. We have been going here since they opened. My kids grew up here from eating the kids meals to now when our oldest can buy her own margarita. Our familys favorite choice for many milestone events. The food here is amazing and the service is top notch. Starting with the chips and salsa, guacamole, queso, the enchilada choices, fajitas and other entrees, soups and most especially the fish are our favorites. Weve had a few hiccups here and there through the years. We had one at our most recent visit; however the management is on top of it immediately and fixed it with a smile and sincere apology. The portions are great and as Im eating my delicious leftovers from last night, Im already planning for the next time we visit. Kid-friendliness: $4.00 Kids Meals on Mondays! Huge kids menu with healthy choices as well as kid friendly mexican dishes, mac and cheese, french fries and chicken tenders. (drinks not included in price; however they never said anything when we brought our own juice or milk cups from home). Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front they are very accomodating.

This was our first time at this Cristinas, having been to the one on Eldorado at 75 several times. Not disappointed. Our waitress, Monsi, in the photo, made the tableside guacamole for us, and it was delicious. The frozen daiquiri was excellent, and the meat in the beef enchilada was quite tender and tasty. I placed an order for shrimp fajitas with no sides (meaning no rice and beans). I was charged for a full plate regardless, I paid it. Looked in my sack no peppers, no onions and the shrimp was more like broiled than grilled. Horrible first time experience. Maybe they had a bad day? but this food wasnt fresh and didnt taste good. The Queso is watered down like they add starch or something but its definitely queso!, the corn tortillas tasted old & cold, the cilantro looks like it was old and not washed, I was so excited to give this place a try and left disappointed I pray the owner secretely go and investigate and bring some Mexican chefs to confirm my review! Our favorite Christinas let us down today. The flavor of the food is great but underwhelming when served cold and luke warm. Mimosas served hot!! Not chilled. :( Our appetizer was the only items made fresh. When I looked around at others being served, their entrees were visibly hot and sizzling. Hello. When we arrived in mid afternoon, we had to wait for a while before someone finally came to seat us. The same gentleman took our order. My dish was great- vegetable quesadilla. However, my husbands fajitas were not so good. He sent it back because of soggy tortillas. When new ones arrived, he felt that they were thrown together. Our waiter disappeared for a long time, and we went to the front to find someone and pay our bill. Not sure that its the waiters fault, or Christinas for not having enough help. However, we wont be back.

For 25 years, I have been going to Cristinas. Regardless of the location, the quality of the food and service has been consistently outstanding. We go there for family birthdays, celebrations and just Sunday dinner. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Tacos were excellent. They were made with an excellent mix of zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower and other fresh veggies. Fresh and delightful!! I would not say its Fine Mexican food. The menu was limited and in my opinion Tex-mex. The beef fajita on the nachos was very flavorful so Id imagine the fajita plate being good. The flautas and quesadillas were also tasty. The tamales on the other hand are the same you would get at the gas station food counter. The art on the walls was gorgeous and the service was wonderful.

Visit this place every time I go see my dad. Excellent for and wait staff. My only suggestion would be for them to take names when there are people waiting for a table. We waited for 20 minutes for a table and they almost gave it to some folks that walked in after us. I dont mind the wait because the food is well worth it but I do expect to be seated in order without me having to say something.

Well I am very honest the food it was okay I got it to go order so when I got home I did have to warm it up of course but far as the enchiladas I would have liked my sauce on the top to have been a little Saucy it was very thick would I go there again yes I would the rice and beans were good

I had an amazing experience being taken care of my a sweet young lady by the name of Halle!! She is a beautiful soul and made sure our experience was delightful!! Jan the manager was very helpful with making sure all of our concerns were handled!! I will come again to be waited on by them both.

Fine dining price, but NOT a fine dining experience. Their queso ($6.75) is nothing more than a small cup of melted Velveeta ... and their brisket in the burrito dinner is just ground beef ... which is also covered in melted Velveeta. Very disappointing for a high priced Mexican meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed Cristinas!! The food was excellent as well as the service. The table side guacamole is excellent! The ice cream is so creamy and delicious. I also had the churros, which were delicious as well. Our server was excellent. We will return.
