This was an amazing stop on our adventurous weekend. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and want to make sure everyone has a good time. They keep things moving well. Each person in a group goes I. Twice with an instructor. Each group run in30 mi segments. Very fun and exciting. Worth a vist you wont regret it.

We watched a few other employees go through their groups, and they all did a good job. But I felt like Lane went above and beyond with the group my kids went with. You could tell he was trying to get them to really enjoy the experience. And really get them in position to fly / hover without his assistance so the parents could get the best picture. My kids loved every minute. The only downside is after doing this, they want to skydive out of a plane.

Now, this is something you just have to try! Who has ever imagined what it would be like to fly like a bird...? This experience gives you just that, in a controlled environment. Wow, I love this place, me and my fiancé went for his birthday and let me just say the service was quick and the staff was so nice! We even got great discounts for our reservations. Eli, our flight instructor was just amazing! He was really funny, sweet, informative and helpful! He needs a raise or a bonus he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. The experience inside the chmaber was good and the instructor was amazing. However, there are some critical issues. First, I gave a call the center and the agent was more focused on selling me the 4 flight package. Neither the website nor the agent explained clearly what to expect in 2 flight package and 4 flight package. I ended up paying for 4 flight but realized (when the instructor explained) 2 flight one was the best one for me. Second, everyone at the centre speaks too too fast, needs to slow down for everyone to understand. You are in a business and not just talking to a friend. Thirdly, I paid for a video package, however the website asked me to chose based on a coarse resolution videos. Since I had three flights, I was not sure which one is which, and I ended up buying the wrong one. The website should clarify which video is for which flight, maybe adding the time of video would help. Anyways, my money for video was wasted. Other than that, the visit was for a fun event, so I think, that served the purpose. But need to mention these issues so they can be addressed.

We brought homeless kiddos to iFly. After almost 35 minutes only nine were given a band. Crystal the manager was rude, cold, and condescending to us and the kiddos. I believe that her picture should be beside the definition of rude or poor customer service. About fifty percent of the kiddos were not allowed to fly despite the fact that we submitted the paperwork ahead of time. Fortunately, there was a large bounce house across the iFly building. The twenty plus kiddos who were not allowed to fly ended up having a blast at the bounce house. The trip to iFly was supposed to be the highlight of the week for the kiddos. Crystal, with her extreme rudeness and seemingly prejudiced attitude, ruined the highly anticipated fun that the kiddos held. Good luck to this business as such rudeness will catch up with the bottom line, negatively.

Dont go to iFLY in Frisco if you have a LARGE group of children or a HIGH-RISK group of children, and you are a NON-PROFIT organization. My agency took 52 children on Thursday, March 14th. This was out second year and second time to visit. Last year iFLY worked with us and ALL the children that we took were able to have the experience of indoor sky diving if they wanted, AND, we received money back for flyers that were too scared to fly. We chose to bring homeless children from various housing situations including emergency, domestic violence, and protective custody to iFLY again this year for spring break to get the children out of the shelters and build their confidence and self-esteem. There were multiple challenges along the way that were outside of our control - the school buses the district provided to transport the children arrived late; paper waivers and releases had to be registered under my name so as to protect family members anonymity - we had the paper documentation as backup; and, we had a large group of children of varying ages excited and impatient to have their turn. My first interactions were with Troy Anders who was amazing and went over and beyond to give the children the experience of a lifetime. I appreciate his prompt responses and willingness to do everything he could to assist us. Troy was my initial contact in making arrangements. Unfortunately, things went sour when he wasn t in the picture. I don t think iFLY really wanted to accommodate us. After being in touch with other employees, particularly Crystal Jacobs, the manager at IFLY in Frisco, it became very clear that she wanted to have nothing to do with our group and was rude and insensitive with our children. Crystal became angry immediately when we started to check children in and although 70 kids names were on the computer the computer said waivers were not complete - waivers which had already been completed by me. We waited for over 25 minutes for a decison to be made about our group as the children became, anxious, impatient and restless. Other iFly staff came out and the flyers were amazing and wanted to work with us and make the situation work, but it was clear that Crystal was angry and did not want us there. I think she would have been happy if we left. I heard the flyers suggesting ideas as to ways to work with us, but Crystal would have nothing to do with us. After 25 minutes, Crystal came out and said she would only let children that had waivers completed on the computer fly - even though we had 70 children listed and it had taken me 2 ½ hours to enter 70 names. She would look up a name and if it had a waiver, she would put a band on a child, and if a child didn t have a waiver, even if it was a brother or sister, she would tell the child that you aren t in the system, and you cannot fly. As you can imagine, children were devastated and didn t understand why their siblings got to fly but not them. When I asked if I could re-enter and add these children, Crystal said, NO! Children were lead outside crying not understanding. There were more children in the system, but Crystal said it was too late, the kids missed the required training even though there were trainings every 30 minutes and other people, children, families were flying during our time there. When I asked about getting our money back, Crystal retorted, You were late, and you aren t getting ANY money back. It is clear that Crystal has no idea how to work with children in trauma and is lacking in empathy despite the childrens tears. The childrens spirits were crushed. I paid almost $2000 for 50 children to fly and only 24 were able to fly that day and no refund was offered and no one came to talk to the children. If you have a special needs group, a large group or a non-profit, iFly is not a place you will want to bring children expecting to be treated with respect and empathy.

This is so much fun! Ive been a few times and have advanced to a training level, rather than just for fun, learning how to do turns and move forward and backwards. The instructors are so skilled and prepare you well for the flight, making you feel very safe and confident. I would highly recommend to pretty much everyone!

This was a great (& fun) experience! Holland was a very good trainer. He knows how to put you at ease! It took more than I expected. You need to be conscious of your body & how you move. But now with this knowledge, I feel more confident in skydiving outside! I honestly think this should be a prerequisite before skydiving outside. Ive been going to iFLY since it opened in 2013, spent tens of thousands of dollars there. Used to be a really fun place but since the new manager took over it has gone down hill. Cristal is literally the worst manager that place has ever had. She has zero customer service skills. I can confirm the staff feel the same as the customers. Cant speak on behalf of other locations but I can about Frisco and I cant recommend it to anyone.

The actual experience was fantastic, with awesome staff, great facilities and a super fun experience. Getting the photos and videos, however, has been an absolute nightmare, and after several phone calls we finally hadto let them know over the phone which ones we wanted, and have them do the process manually.Now, my brother is trying to pay for the other photos and getting an incorrect details error, and after 3 attempts a checkout blocked error. I mean, were trying to give yall money and it;s just not having it. I work for a help desk at a major US company, so if I cant work it out, I hate to think how much trouble others are having.

First time doing iFly at this location, second time overall. Our session was overbooked and rang long. I understand the staff is probably heavily encouraged to give various sales pitches and upsells, but still feels uncomfortable none the less. Most of the staff are friendly, but the few unhappy staff kind of stand out. If possible, would recommend going to the Fort Worth location instead where staff was friendlier and frankly, prices significantly lower

What a fun experience for our kids! Ages 6-10 and they all loved and did really well. Shandon was their instructor and he was super great with the kids and so patient when teaching them. Each flight is 60 seconds and one of our kids did the high flight experience which was awesome! The whole experience is about 1.5 hours including teaching and everything. When you leave, they will give you an opportunity to buy more flights for a later date and they are about 50% off the regular price. We will definitely be back and ask for Shandon again!

Took my grandson here (19 years old). He thought it was lots of fun. Ive done actual sky diving, so not a huge thrill for me. Staff was really nice. So much fun! Clean, organized, priority on safety. I am definitely not an athlete... no need to be. You just lie flat, put a little resistance on your arms and legs, and your flight instructor floats you around on a jet of air. I was never above shoulder height with a net floor below me. When we went for my daughters visit, we were not aware of the prices. The officer who greeted us at the door was not sincere and even a little rude. Afterwards, they showed us a small video and explained how to do it. Since it was the first time, it cost 113 dollars. I went to iFLY with the school field trip. And it was so much fun. My son got 1 minute of flying time, which makes sense since there were so many kids flying. Overall, it was great. Will definitely visit again.

Did not fly myself but instead went with a buddy who was working to hone his skills. The instructor Shandon was VERY kind, approachable and dedicated to teaching the skills. I watched him work with a huge array of individuals. Children to full grown men/women, people of varying heights and weights, people with some developed skills and folks who were brand new. Point Im making is it doesnt matter who you are or your level of experience Shadon will make sure you have a great time and get what YOU want from the experience. Very cool dude very cool place.

Most awesome and fun experience. Went with the kids for my daughters 20th birthday... I really wish I had everyones names to personally shout them out ... From the young man at the check in counter to the flight instructor to the crew in the tunnel they were the bomb!!! Accommodated us from start to finish... My receipts say these names... ARGENIS & EBART just want the owners of this place to know because of them we had a great experience... Our visit was on 3/18... We will return ifly thank you.

What an awesome Girl Scout meeting at iFly today! We learned about STEM, the laws of aerodynamics, and how to soar high! Our STEM instructor was excellent. Very engaging, and she kept the girls attention for 3 hours! No small feat. Eli, our flight instructor, was fun and kept the energy light to help calm nerves. Great experience!

Holy shamolly this was the best time Ive had in a very long time. I highly recommend it. The staff were so professional and easy to understand. Skydiving has been on my bucket list for a long time. But, haven t been able to muster enough courage to attempt that experience yet. As a compromise for the time being, I tried the indoor skydaving at iFly Dallas. This indoor skydiving not only gave me a tiny bit taste of the actual skydiving experience, it was really fun and exciting in its own right! Very memorable experience!

One of the best experiences I ve had. It was my first time flying and it certainly won t be my last. Jamie was our instructor and he was beyond amazing. He made all of us feel comfortable and he was very friendly. He should definitely get a raise. He knew what he was doing and did all sorts of cool tricks at the end as well.

Made reservations and told reservation agent that both flyers are over 260 pounds. Went to check in was told not enough staff for us. Wasted a day of my vacation! Buyer beware.. Dont plan on this if your from out of town! Dallas has many other choices for your tourist dollar. A refund was there a solution.

My family begged me not to try skydiving so I came to IFly instead-- and surprisingly had fun!! The instructor(sorry forgot his name) was great!! I felt safe and was flying(assisted of course) in no time. This should definitely be on your bucket list. When we went it was on a weekday--only one family ahead of us. Come check out this once in a lifetime experience!!

I took my 9 year old son to iFly for his first experience today. Holland was great and very professional. My son is not the most coordinated and ended up in an underhook/death-grip of Holland and he handled it like a champ and kept him flying. The process was efficient and organized even with the facility being very busy being the week after Christmas. I signed my son up for 4 more flights and he cant wait to go back.
