I visit here regularly for small printing work in B/W pages. They always charged me 0.19 cents per page. But, yesterday this store charged me $2.99 as a seperate Printing Service Charges beyond regular 0.19 cents per page. This is regardless of how many pages you need to print. I, as a customer, take it as deterrent (shoo away non-revenue generators!) for customers like me who come for small printing work (less than say 10 pages). Is this for all the customers who print here? Not sure though I was using them for printing and any other UPS services... will find other options...

The employees at this store act like you re bothering them just by walking in and they always make things difficult, as if their goal is to actually deter you from doing business there. The only time I have a decent experience at this store is when I use the self-service kiosk - and even then, I ve had an employee reach over me to pick up trash before I was even done with my transaction (again, like they re annoyed by customers). If you actually need to interact with an employee for your transaction, save yourself the headache and drive 5 minutes up the street to a different location.

Some of the attendants are friendly and work quickly, others not so much! Thankfully they now have the self-serve return machine for Amazon, which can decrease wait time. The space is very small and becomes quickly overcrowded with patrons. That aspect can be very uncomfortable .

Don t go for this UPS for anything they have there own rules, I was going to notarize the documents she said she can t do on my copies, I told her there is no rules like this because I did from 3 to 4 times before but she so stubborn, I need that urgently so I given the permission. She printed black & white copies and stamped and charged me notary fees, I checked that for passport renewal required color copies, I went next day asked her these copies not worked as it s black &white. She said our color copier machine not working and UPS couldn t refund the notary fees. And she can t notarize my copies. Then I notarized from another UPS store located at Main Street, they did on my copies. So unnecessarily these people make their own rules to trouble the people

So I tried to drop off a package with a prepaid shipping label that the company that I was returning the product to sent me. They could not scan the bar code and they told me they could not type in the shipping tracking number because it wasn t allowed per UPS. I went to another UPS store down the street and they typed in the tracking number and I was able to track the package. I went again to this place because it s closer to my home and they tried to tell me I didn t package the items properly and they wanted to charge me to repackage it. Again went to another ups store who told me it was packaged fine. Stay away from this place.

I shop online a lot and when I need to pickup a package at a UPS store or send a package for return, I always like to go to this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and service is always fast. There are also other services provided at this location such as a print shop although I haven t used this service as of yet.

Ridiculously expensive! I would never do business with any UPS store and would RECOMMEND going ANYWHERE else. If I did not NEED to get this done, I would have scanned these to my email for FREE the next day. Plus, I should have asked the cost of scanning BEFORE getting it done. $20 for scanning documents (20 pages) to email is WRONG. No paper / No ink / took less than 10 seconds to scan and send.

they are way too pricey. they find every opportunity to milk their customers. the recent one they started is charging to receive an email for a print out for a package. the print out charge is understandable but the email part blows my mind away. up to 3$ i believe just to receive an email. you dont rip off your customers like that. its a shame!!

This location deals with a lot of traffic and Im guessing ownership and/or management recently changed, but things have stabilized and I like the service now. I was a bit concerned for a few months with the customer service and employee churn but things seem to have caught traction and service is good now. Not a fan of complaining but this deserves some attention. Not my first or even second negative experience but likely my last. Waited in line for passport photos. I checked signage to be certain they offered it because waiting in line would be painful as I am handicap and they offer no seating. When it was finally my turn, I learned that corporate requires the sign, but they dont offer the service. They further sent me to another ups that might have it miles away. So I chose a different business and went to CVS a couple of buildings over. Add to the fact that the lady was wiping her nose with her hand and was clearly not well, I cant recommend this location for much of anything. Sorry for the complaint but it is in hopes something better can be done for customer service or at least to not waste the time of those looking for passport photos.

The employees at this store provide amazing customer service! I dropped off packages on a Friday after for expedited delivery for Monday. When I returned to the office, I realized they were being shipped to the incorrect address! Justin was absolutely fantastic and allowed me to email him the correct shipping labels, he replaced the labels and even sent me pictures to confirm that it was completed!! Very rude. I was in the store right at 4:00pm on a Saturday. Im in line waiting, and a gentleman walks in a says we are closed, the door was supposed to be locked, you need to leave. The lady behind the counter said she would help me. I didnt have the scan label so my wife went in right after me with the email. The same man said you have to leave, we are closed. Again the door wasnt locked. They threatened to call the police on my wife because they had their money out and the young lady started recording my wife with her phone. They wouldnt provide their names stating it was none of her business, but he was the manager. When my wife asked if they could help with the label, they said they wanted to go home to their families too. Completely unprofessional. Will not go back to this location.

OK, so I m not one to leave negative reviews. The two young men who work here, and very kind, and helpful. I usually expect a wait because, well let s be realistic, it s a shipping store. They have to take their time to make sure everything is appropriate, boxed, measured, labeled etc. Obviously these things take time. It s not a Chick Fil A Drive thru people. However, a few weeks ago I went to ship a package, waited for a while, finally got to the check out. Handed the employee my prepared box, and return address. Paid on my credit card, and have them verify my account. Somehow the label didn t get put on, and a few days later the box was delivered back to my house. I took the package in, I had my transaction information, but since the appropriate sticker was not put in, it didn t have a tracking number, and the employees (again tried very hard) were unable to locate the transaction. So, I had to pay for the package to be shipped again. So a $20 package has now cost me $40. I m not sure how the tracking process works, but with the date time, and proof of payment, in addition to phone number, and email, why could a label not be reprinted and sent? I now have made two trips to UPS, and waited about 2 hours in total. I am now to call an 1-800 number for a refund. At this point it s costing me way more than $20. Please know the two young men who work there were friendly, and tried their best. But shipping is a profession where verification is extremely important. Thank you! ***Amendment-I am changing to 3 stars because Ryan, I am assuming is the manager has called 2 times, to correct the issue. We have been playing phone tag. But the store has been very responsive and quick to address the issue. Our phone calling schedules have just not aligned.

Rosie, is a happy, helpful, well mannered young lady. I had a big, confusing stack of insurance papers to fax. They got slammed as soon as I asked for EXTRA help. They checked back with me while I added new pages. Nothing was a bother to her. I dreaded faxing, a Dallas stores employees made faces, were sullen, etc. No such thing happened here. I got frazzled & couldnt remember how to email from my cell! (Not my best moment!) She smiled & told me! Theyre always fast there. Kudos!

Dropped off a package with a prepaid shipping label and asked for a receipt. As the female employee scans the package I realized I may have left an item in the box that did not belong in the box (returning a pair of boots that did not fit) and so I apologize while I quickly open the box, verify the contents and reseal it. Meanwhile the employee makes friendly small chat with another customer. Employee hands me the receiplt to which I say thank you. And the employee stays completely silent which is fine. Only as I walk away the female employee mutters seriously? Behind my back.

I have been going to this location for several years usually with no issue. However last Friday I sent a package with next day delivery paid $45 it was supposed to arrive Saturday, however mortgage company e-mailed me stating it had not been received. I called and a lady answered and left me waiting after 10minutes I decided to personally go to the store. I believe she might be the evening Manager however her customer service is just awful. An older lady and younger man were amazing he even took the time to explain the situation to me. Stating that with seasonal drivers packages got lost easily. While the other middle age woman got annoyed at me for not having the tracking number with me(I came here right after work) saying to another employee we send 500 packages at day and she makes it so hard by not having her tracking number mean while he simply asked for my phone number and found the information. I understand things happen and would have no issue however her attitude was just very rude I wish she had just explained what was going on.

We paid for next day delivery $40 for mail and it was delivered after 3 days. So called the store in a week and spoke to a assistant and he took all details and advised that they gonna refund us and we gonna receive a cheque for that amount to our mailing address with in 30 days. As we didnt receive the cheque in 30 days, went to store and and an assistant took all details again and advised his supervisor would give us a call. I came into the store the other morning because i needed to ship a few items, and I felt like the post office was going to be to rough on my packages. The employees that were in the store were very kind and helpful and they guided me on how to ship my stuff securley and even packaged it for me. Throught the whole experience they talked to me and made sure that i was taken care of. When everything was said and done my package arrived on time and unharmed, and I was very satisfied with the young man and woman that helped me. I will defenitly be returning.

I went into this store to mail a gift. I gave the address to be shipped to on a piece of paper. One employee started helping me and answered the phone instead of finishing the transaction. Another employee finished the transaction and flipped 2 numbers in the zip code and sent it to the wrong address. When I returned to the store asking for it to be mailed to the right zip code I was told it was my fault and was refused a refund. I mailed it from the US Postal service and paid half the cost....this store over charges and would rather have 16 dollars in their pocket than own up to their mistakes and provide customer service.....

Horrific customer service. Manager was rude to the employees, temperamental with the customers, had another person pack my item, complained at their craftsmanship, and then blatantly lied to me about service delivery times. She stated that 3-day Select was the least costly option available when UPS Ground is always an option. When I asked about Ground her response was The USPS wont go any faster. I took my packed goods and left, after she tossed the receipt in my direction and went back to texting on her phone. If you want service - go elsewhere.
