We ordered two Chicken Chalupa combos, with each having two chalupas and one taco. For those keeping track at home, that means we were expecting six items. Yet somehow, we only got four... Also, the two chalupas we DID get had no lettuce or tomato. They were just sad and empty. Dont go here.

Our supreme taco pack box had tacos that were just thrown in, some were on its sides while a few were even upside down. Whats worse is that only half our tacos had any sour cream in it....those that did, barely a quarter size worth. You dont even taste it till you get to the middle of your taco then youre back to eating a normal taco. Not to mention, a few of the our tacos had more lettuce (no tomatoes) than meat, so little meat that you could see the taco shell underneath. We try to forgive and forget (and not hold up the drive-thru) but this location continues to remind us why we should not come here.

Taco Bells latest food items are surprisingly delicious. The Cheesy Street Chalupa is like a party in your mouth! Im disappointed that its part of a limited time offer. Despite its gloomy atmosphere, most of the employees who work in this building take their jobs seriously. Also, I highly recommend the Cantina Chicken Taco (Crispy). Dont forget about the hot sauce.

Its an awful place. I dont know who manages the place, but he ought to be ashamed of himself. Restaurant is filthy and usually understaffed. I cant imagine when they last cleaned the drinks machine. Its no more than a 50/50 chance theyll get your drive through order right. And some nights, they have only one employee in the entire store. Its an awful place. Edit 3 years later:. It still sucks. Taco Bell, where they have removed Fast from Fast Food.

The manager here at this Taco Bell is so kind, soft spoken, and respectful. She was prompt with her acknowledgement and her service. She was training a new employee at the same time and her quality of service didn t change despite being quite preoccupied. I can t compliment them enough. Food, service, and cleanliness.

I always have a good experience at this Murphy location. Yesterday in particular was made even nicer by a gal named Sky. She was the most polite and sweet employee I have encountered in a while. Friday afternoon 1:10. Waited in line inside, behind one customer. The front cashier helped the customer with 2 gift cards. I am disabled and waited leaning on my cane, while she asked a man who came from the back questions about them. After finishing she completely ignored my husband and me and went to help pass out an order for the drivethru cashier who did not look overwhelmed. No acknowledgement to us, no Well be with you in a minute. It was a total diss. We walked out. She plainly did not want to wait on us.

Update: This Taco Bell has vastly improved since my original review! Wait times are back to normal, and I have returned to this location many times. Original review (1/5 stars): Im not sure what happened, but recently, this location became SUPER SLOW with drive-thru orders. Ive had very good experiences in the past, but my latest two visits (feb. and march 2022) have been 30 mins+. Its taken so long, even at the window, that I was able to go through the feedback process from the receipt while waiting for my food. Ill miss Taco Bell, but I wont be going to this one unless I see their drive-thru lines improve. I cant say its all bad, though. These experiences did teach me what games are included to play in your car with Android Auto.

Giving a 1 star based on the look of the food, taste and mess it left behind. Shouldve taken a before photo. This location has been hit/miss since Covid and today I feel like its at an all time low. Thought my husband was picking up from the N. Garland location but as soon as I looked at my wrapped soft taco supremes and asked about location and he said Murphy, I was like Oh, thats why. Probably the worst looking/greasiest? looking taco Ive had from there.... my taco was literally stuck to the paper they wrapped it in. Sharing a picture of the mess it left on my table. They may be understaffed but I go to this location enough to know that there arent many cars in the parking lot or drive-thru while Im there, so not sure what the excuse is. Maybe they need some leadership encouragement?

The location is located behind the corner shopping center. I have a few deliveries here. However usually I ended to giving up or canceling them all. One time the customer said he/she didnt receive his/ her order. The employee asked the young lady who claimed the manager told me she refused to remake the order. Usually those employees prefer to serve the restaurant orders and drive through first. These employees dont have much care and usually make you wait until you cant wait anymore. They are busy service their store customers. They just made you wait and wait until you cancel your order. They mostly dont want to make your orders until you are tired of waiting and get up to cancel and leave. Bad service to the delivery orders. The store mostly has new faces every time and very high employees turn over and disorganized. Disappointed

We picked up order from this location. But ember/amber calling herself manager has the worst customer service. Shes rude and dont care about customer. We went drive thru since we had kids with us. She messed up order and refused to fix it. After arguing for 5-10 mins she took the bag away. And asked us to get out of drive thru line and come to the lobby. I asked her can you fix it and please bring it out to the curbside. She refused and threw fist about it. And said we dont bring food to the car. We asked her just refund my money. And she refused to refund my money and asked me to come in lobby to get my refund. This is insane. This was the worse experience ever. I have no clue what authority she has at this location but this is unbelievable. I have worked fast food industry before but this behavior is nowhere tolerated.

None of the food was wrapped properly in both the tortillas and the wrappers. My wife loves their crunchy Taco Supreme combo. On 6/8/2023 I picked up orders for her and a yard worker. My wife remarked they must have changed recipes because her tacos tasted different from many, many previous orders. After eating 2 tacos she asked me to taste her 3rd taco. It was RANCID! I couldnt tell whether it was coming from the shell or its contents but definitely rancid. This resulted in my wife and worker suffering from gastric issues onset within hours of eating and lasting for 2 days. Fortunately, neither required a visit to the doctor.

Ordered food from the app to be picked up inside, there wasn t a lot of people there when we got there and like 1 car in the drive thru. My husband was waiting inside and I was in the car with our kids, we waited over 30 minutes before I went inside the store to see if it would be a lot longer cause my kids were starting to get upset. The 4 or 5 employees inside were arguing with customers inside and standing around not really working on any orders. I said if it was going to be a lot longer that I just needed a refund so I could leave because my kids were upset. The employees were extremely rude and wouldn t help me figure out how to cancel my order and they were literally laughing at customers. Absolutely ridiculous. Need to hire more people that are actually trained in customer service.

AMBER at this location is exceptionally kind, friendly, and demonstrates the true meaning of customer service! I am an overnight Doordasher and have had multiple exchanges with her. I came in for the first time at this location and my visit was pleasant. I ordered 2 loaded medium to large burritos(chicken, and beef) and paid $4.00! Thats a bang for your buck, and I only waited 5 minutes!. Think about this. At Wendys a large drink/fries & a cheeseburger cost $10.00. At Canes a country basket with 4 chicken strips large fries, a Texas Toast, and a small serving of cole slaw and a med drink also cost $10.00. So for only $4.00 I got a complete meal and was stuffed!!. Forgot to mention. The food was good!

I tried multiple times to eat inside around 9:00 P.M. & the doors were already locked but they continue to advertise that they are open until midnight every night & 3:00 A.M. on the weekend lol???? We talked to the manager and she says that our order wasnt even on the machine. We show her the receipt and she points out that it is not the store we are on. I check the receipt but the taco bell we are on is the only one in murphy. We ask for a refund but they say they cant give us a refund. We ask if they could give us our food and they just smiled and said no. Overall terrible service

This has to be the worse Taco Bell in America. I get mad at my myself everytime I give them another chance and come back to this location. The workers are so slow and the customer service is horrible. Ive literally been inside for 30 mins as I type this and Im the only person here and its maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. These clowns always mess the orders up! Tonight my order included all tacos, crunch wraps, and supreme burritos with no veggies. The cheeses Gordita crunches had no sauce and no veggies! Missing two items. The girl working the window looked and acted like she didn t even want to be there. Get some new managment that gives a sht!

I know it s only a dollar and bare minimum ingredients but the lack of effort or overall giving any kind of a dang was obviously non existent. Dollar or not when I choose to spend my money on an establishment, you expect to receive something close to what s advertised. If I wanted just a tortilla, I would have asked for that. The first two pictures on this review was supposed to be a cheesy roll up. The last one was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla . Only half of it has SOME cheese and chicken (I asked for no sauce so they at least did that right). What a joke. And they want $15 an hour minimum? That s must be the real joke.

Twice I have showed up and they tell me their system is down and they cannot help me out. Its happened within a week from each occasion. I offered to pay in cash and they say wont work. They were busy but no more so than expected on a Friday night. I did a mobile order and when I got to the drive-thru they said it would be a 15 min wait. I did wait about 12 min so they were pretty spot on. The food was fresh but again, they were any busier than should have been expected.

Went there for tacos (three without lettuce as my wife requewted it that way) and some cinnamon twists but when I got home All the tacos had lettuce and I was missing the cinnamon twists I ordered. I dont blame the drive thru person tho they were very friendly and nice, so Im sure whoever bagged it messed it up

Terrible service and it looks like they cheat people here. This has happened 2nd time for me. Had ordered 3 Black Bean Chicken Chalupa Supreme. There was no chicken in 2 of them. It wasn t made with good ingredients and main ingredients were missing. This place really sucks. They asked me to come back to the store for refund. First time, there was no refund at all. No apologies from the people working here. If you are still ordering a takeout from this place, please make sure that you check all your items are in order and made with all the ingredients before you leave the place.

This Taco Bell is simply horrible. It s always horrible. They don t have enough people and the quality of their food is below substandard. I just went in this evening to order some food and apparently the manager forgot to lock one of the doors so as I come in the door to walk to the register he says to me, not hi thank you for coming to Taco Bell but hey how did you get in here. Then was completely irritated at the fact that he might have to actually make me some food. So I left and went elsewhere. The problem is that this is a common occurrence at this location. There were people in the lobby who said they had been waiting 25 to 35 minutes for food. This is atrocious. I m not sure who the owner is or if anybody has let PepsiCo know but this place needs to be gutted, everybody in the restaurant should be terminated and they need to start from scratch. They really ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Repeated my order to the guy with the accent 4 different times didnt get it right on my quesadilla with no chipotle sauce for my kids cause its too spicy for them 4 times!!!!! And once i called and demanded a refund i was told i need to drive up there to get a refund and the lady that answered the phone was being rude not to mention when i went back a cockroach the size if my big toe which is freaking horrible!!!! Ordered online. Still took forever. Tried to hand me a drink that was over an inch below full in the drive thru. Got home and realized half my order was missing. Went back and witnessed another customer recieve his order incomplete also. Took forever to get the rest of my food. Husband let me know once home that we were still missing an item but it was just potatoes so I was not driving back a second time. I rarely get taco bell but will be going to another location from now on as this is not the first time Ive had items missing, just the worst since its usually just 1 burrito or a taco or two. If youre only getting food for 1 person you are probably ok.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before ordering from here. The service was bad, crazy unprofessional even for a Taco Bell. The car ahead of me was buddy buddy with the cashier and took forever to move. Once I got up to the window the cashier was flipping the guy off! Food was garbage. Drinks were watered down, beans were old and dry, our burritos were drenched in sourcream, and to top it all off I found a hair in my nachos! The whole thing was a mess. Would never come here again

Terrible service and food was not edible. Waited 30 minutes inside after ordering only to recieve cold literally thrown together food. The filing was basically slopped on it and all over the outside of the tortilla. The hard tacos were so cold, sloppy and soggy they couldnt be picked up without falling apart like a torn trash bag. Ordered no tomatoes and recieved tomatoes. Missing part of the order. The manager moves to slow for fast food and actually took a personal phone call on her cell while customers waited for food and other employees stood around aimlessly. Never will I waste my time or money on this location. Sad, customer service isnt a thing to these places anymore. Ridiculous. Regional manager or owner of this location needs to actually look at these reviews and do something about the horrid management.

I ordered my food on doordash at 5:30 p.m. door Dasher called me at 6 p.m. to tell me they were out of all soft drinks except Pepsi. So we fixed it then the door Dasher called me back at 7:30 saying that they had lost my order and he asked if they could speak to me and they told him they didnt have time for all that while I was on the phone with him. It also took 3 employees before I was able to speak to a manager after I had to drive up there to get my food . I would have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever had with a fast food chain.

After 8 PM they get exponentially slower. But slowness can be expected with minimal staff and when there are few alternatives open, it gets even worse. However, they rarely get custom orders wrong and with allergies like mine that makes it important. So if you go with that expectation, it becomes a much more positive experience than if you go expecting fast food.

Been going here since 2009 and things have definitely changed. This was the biggest drama I ve ever encountered. The manager kept going between the drive they and my order and took awhile before I could even place the order and then she bailed. After waiting awhile I reached over and grabbed a cup. The manager started yelling and threatening me about calling the cops. After half an hour of waiting I simply asked how much longer and she went off on me again and said if I stopped arguing she can make the orders. After 40 minutes I asked for a refund and she just flipped out. After an hour I got my order and she told me never to come back again. I guess it s the sign of the times but I ve never encountered such harsh customer service from a manager. There s always someone new so I doubt she ll last long but going to this particular place is torture. Very sad to see it go down hill.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL. We went in and they said they didn t wanna serve us which was the first red flag, so we ordered on the kiosk (the ordering machine) we payed credit on the kiosk. We waited 40 minutes inside and they still haven t served us. Suddenly they said Please get out and go to the drive thru so we did. We waited there for so long and when we finally got to the window the server had the audacity to say why are you here??? And it was in a disrespectful tone. We asked for our orders and then we found out that they didn t even make our order even tho we ordered it 1-2 hours ago and they said I don t have the right to serve you anyway and locked the window . As I said we paid on the kiosk with card. So we left the Taco Bell without our food AND our money. And they also refused to give us a refund when we asked for one. I received an order with meat when I ordered vegetarian. No big deal. I went with my receipt and food items to have it corrected and the staff became very irate with me. They asked me for proof of purchase and the food items. Again, that s fine. I have worked in food service mistakes happen. I calmly spoke and said I understood they were busy and just requested a refund instead of having them make the items again since they were busy. The staff member (not running the register) stomped off with my receipt said Fine even better and angrily plugged it in to their system and said we don t have time for this and then told the register employee to open the register and give me cash. When the other member asked for the key she got even angrier. I am still unsure why there was a need to be so upset- I didn t even ask for the items to be remade. It was also an understandable mistake but I really did not appreciate how I was treated tonight for returning an incorrect order.
