The line means nothing, pretty much service in the order they want and folks around here more than willing to allow that. Who writes a 5-* review and notes ample parking . Fedex is already horrible then you have to go to this place cause you have no other choice and they have no idea how to even find the right size box. Told that my PC need to be shipped flat on its back but then was shipped flat on the front when the door of the PC can open and guess what? My PC CPU fan was shipped in pieces. In general you should never use FedEx but if you have to never EVER use this store. They hire people who know nothing about packaging with care or even how to listen to directions.

The Customer service was terrible. Kris who works the counter was extremely rude and inattentive to my simple questions. When I asked for help with one of the workstations, she made it a point to tell me they close at 8 even though I was there long before that time and what I was doing would take no longer than 2 min. Then she didnt have the slightest clue on how to work their own computer, and was not able to navigate through the screens. This store used to be amazing long ago. I remember coming there to complete school assignments and finish print projects as a child and that memory is forever ruined. I will never be back to that location.

The front desk customer service ladies are very arrogant and refused to type the shipping address the way requested even though they can. Also, they left me standing there unattended and started helping the next one in the line totally ignoring me. ATTENTION CAUTION: Kris the old european american lady is discriminating against minorities. I watched her give misleading information to customers who dont speak English well, telling them that they shipped their belongings incorrectly. I was standing in line and called her out. She was obliged to confirm that the shipments were in fact made correctly. Spreading this for awareness / If this happens again you can escalate to management and appropriate local civil action committee.

I had a package misdelivered at my old address and I have long moved on to a different state. I wanted to retrieve that package but the online support and website were basically taking me in circles. The online account wasn t letting me generate new shipping labels. Prithi (employee since 1988) and his fellow employee (I didn t remember her name. Apologies!) at the store was very kind and helped me through this whole process. He made me call the customer service again and helped me with the whole process. He himself explained the problem to them on phone to make them understand about the issue. In the end with their help we were able to sort everything out and generate the new printing labels. I just want to give a huge shout out to Prithi for creating a positive impact! The world needs more of prithi s who step in and take control of hard situations and help out. His professionalism and commitment to get his resolved was truly inspiring! Thank you so much!

Dropped of an order Tuesday 9/6, went back on Wednesday to ask if it was done and was told, they ran out of laminate sheets so they would need another day. Fine. Went back Thursday and Friday and still wasnt done, due to no laminate sheets. Finally got done wasting my time and gas so I called on Sunday to see if it was complete, an associate said it wasnt so I asked for the Manager. (Nathan Y) I asked him why it wasnt done, and he said it was, I asked why his associate told me it wasnt and asked for him put me on hold to verify. He sighed and said, its ready.. I then asked why nobody called me to let me know and he started with the excuses, well we had 20 orders to fill today, so I responded with well I dropped mine off Tuesday, then he said well we communicated with you that we were out of laminate multiple times, they only communicated it with me once I physically went it to the store. I asked if they would discount or do anything for me and he said, no we will not do anything for you.. So I told him to trash it, I wont be needing it. I called back to get his name and the associate on the phone was very apologetic and let me know she was confused as to whether the order was ready or not. She then let me know she spent 8 hours working to finish the order... I let her know it wasnt her fault that her manager didnt handle the situation well, and that im sorry all of her hard work was going In trash. Who can I reach out to in order to escalate this further?

Solely writing this review because I was so impressed by the customer service I received earlier today. I believe his name was Nitish (I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly). He was so kind and radiated warmth when helping me. I needed to print via referral code and he assisted me with the entire process and even showed me how to use a few of the resources in the print center ( I felt a bit silly not knowing how to use the equipment but he didnt make me feel small about it). went there for a photo copy, all 3 photo copy machines are broke, the guy didnt know anything kept on asking to try another and then another and then another. Hideous think is that every time each machines makes 10 dollars reservation on the card, went to ups store to make copies, came back to send prepaid fedex, needed to paste photo on the form, asked they guy if they had glue stick, answer no sir you have to purchase it, okay do you have paper clip, no sir we dont.... my suggestion, use ups or usps than ridiculously expensive FedEx with worse customer server and broken machines.

This is a corporate location and they suck. Do not come here if you have tight deadlines they will not be able to help. I tried to print on 2 separate occasions and they failed me twice. Really disappointed that the employees at this center can t read, can t get stuff done nor can they communicate accurate information. I called in ahead of time to avoid wasting time, and confirm they could print 8 foam boards same day. The part that bothers me is they knew they couldn t deliver (shortage of materials) but gave me an email address to submit my request. It was ignored and not fulfilled. I wish they were honest when I called in which would have saved me time, 2 trips, and their materials. If you have to use FedEx, I recommend going to the highland park location by SMU. It s a little far from frisco but at least you are working with people who are helpful, honest, fast, and can solve problems.

worst company, Fedex told me that my package will be shipped from frisco tx to destination (outside the country), the problem is my package is on hold in customs, no communication from fedex at destination plus, I was told if the package is released from customs, the package wont be delivered and i have to pay fees to be delivered to the destination. Prithi has the best customer service and positive attitude ive seen in years! He is invested in solving problems for customers, no matter how complex. He is polite and kind - greeted everyone while i was waiting in line. When i was waiting on another employee, he made sure to ask me if i was being helped. He has an amazing positive demeanor. This is the only FedEx location always require some type of EI code when I send something internationally which never happened at different FedEx locations. I asked FedEx managers from different locations why this location always require special code. They said it seems like these people here didnt read the regulation. The code they ask for is for electronics import and export. Just unprofessional.

Nice place, very organised, you can pick the right size of box, if you are not able to find the best one, they help you find the right size of the box to save money. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about customer service. I was greeted immediately by Kent upon entering the store. The shop is well-stocked and very clean. Kent was very helpful and friendly and acknowledged me by my name throughout the entire transaction. Expensive!!! Asked the price to print some copies of a PDF bingo game for my sons kindergarten class (Which is supposed to be exempt tax free too). Not only did the rep tell me he wasnt sure if the ISD was in the system, it was $7 to make the PDF have 4 on each paper.. it was $0.75 for each copy. It would have cost over $25 for a simple game for the kids!! Ridiculous! Staples did it for $0.13!!

Called fedex customer service and fedex is not ready to share the information. Shipped on Saturday using overnight. The package reached on Wednesday. Pathetic service. UPS is far better.

The worst customer service with lazy staff. Went into this location just 1 time. The lady at the front that was taking orders was extremely unpleasant and rude. I asked for assistance with paper and print and she talked to me like if I was dumb. I know a lot about printing and what paper to use for inket or laserjet printers and I just asked a simple can I do this type of print here. Never again, I would rather go to a further location to avoid the horrible customer service provided by the rude staff I experienced.

This FedEx location was unable to look up my FedEx account by company name, so therefore unable to ship using my company rate. Ive used other FedEx locations numerous times and had no issues searching the account. Waste of time since i drove to another location that shipped no problem. Employees need some training here or something.

The absolute worst customer service. Would never go out of their way to help and do the absolute minimum always. I have tried to receive a shipment for a week now. Every single day I have called their automated line, talked to a different representative (each one told me a different thing), and pleased for confirmation- which they left a trace . Which would be fine if any of their employees ever read or did anything properly ever. I would give 0 stars if possible. Thank god for UPS.

There are no forms to fill out just get in line and they do it all for you. . .well stocked store and has 6 rental stations for designing, online access, and large format printers, copiers, fax machine, packing supplies, and good sales.

They must make commission here. To print some business cards they told me my options were: 1.) Set it up online, maybe have a week wait time. 2.) Set it up with them at the desk, for an extra $25. 3.) Set it up on their computer, after purchasing one of their overpriced flash drives. Save time and money, go to Staples where they actually assist the customer, instead of losing them over $25.

Extremely unintelligent people running the shop. Came here to get a passport pic. The lady who took the pic didnt bother to show me the pic, gave it for the print and asked me for $16. Stopped the lady, asked for a new pic and asked for 4 of those . Hello! Atleast, ask me if that is the pic I want to give for a print and ask me how many copies do I need. I usually go to UPS @Preston. Never coming back here or recommending this place to anyone. Printing and shipping is a commodity. The only way you can differentiate yourself is through customer service and you dont even want to excel at that. Brilliant!

This FedEx Office location is fairly easy to get to along the north access road for Hwy 121 in front of the Stonebriar Mall. Getting copies made has been a breeze, even oversized ones. Shipping has been fairly good except for once incident where they let a trainee intake the package before he had the training to know what he was doing. What should have taken 5 minutes took a half hour and he still got it wrong. Generally very pleased to go to this site but wont let them put me with an unsupervised trainee again.

I just wanted to buy three boxes and pack them myself. I had the shipping labels ready and I knew which boxes I would get but they would not sell them to me. The staff did not allow me to pack them, instead he started packing. I thought I would be paying for the boxes as the staff did not even explain about the packing service and its price, but to my surprise I was charged for $110 for three boxes, excluding the actual shipping cost. I used my FedEx account instead of paying with my credit card at the store, and there was nothing mentioned about the unwanted expensive packing service on the receipt. What a ripoff!!!

Called in advance to ask about services they provided. Was told that they offered lamination services up to 10 cm by the guy on the phone, manager later stated it was 10mm. Then after I drove all the way over I was first told that my product would most likely be distorted by laminating it and then was told that they no longer offered this service and there was nothing they could do. Went in for a simple print and cut job. I was told each cut was $.50. I needed 5 cuts. Once the job was complete I paid but reviewed the receipt. I was charged $1.50 per cut. When asked about the price difference I was told My bad... I spoke with Candice J and she said, Who gave you that price. When I pointed out the associate, her response was Shes new, sorry thats the price. Im not worried about the money, but the very poor customer service will keep me from going back. I will make sure to warn my friends about their poor service as well. Never once was the charge of offered to be corrected. +FedEx #fedexkinkos

I had one great experience with customer service from the manager the first time I came in and the other two times not so good. The CSRs are not friendly and they arent paying attention to the details. I have had to go back and get my portable USB which is an inconvenience. That should be a given to remember to give the client back their USB. Just lacks customer service at this Frisco location

The gentleman named Joseph (daytime employees all call him JJ) works night shift. He is awesome. He has been serving us for the midnight poster (kids science fair boards) printing for consecutively three years. He is very very professional and detail-oriented. He knows what he is doing. He has enough knowledge to solve unexpected technical problems. You can count on him. He is nice and polite and patient and calm. Great experience with this great guy. Horrible experience. This place completely lacks customer service. I went to ship some documents to DC and needed to include a pre-paid return package. They instructed me to open an account online so I could do it myself (took 20min) then told me I shouldnt send ground after I printed the shipping slips and wanted me to do it over again. I was so frustrated that I walked out without shipping, went to UPS, and had my package sent in less then 5 min without any hassle or up-sale B.S. Save your sanity and go to UPS.

I visit this location on a regular basis asking for some very different printing needs. They have always been so generous with their time to explain, collaborate for better ideas on printing than mine, & samples printed before the final print job submitted. Always very nice and skilled. I have even submitted my jobs online & found them ready & waiting when I arrived. Any questions they had were NOT submitted on an email, but a phone call direct to me. Nice! Thanks for all your fabulous help with my clients printing.
