The photos online cannot possibly capture the charm and quality of dining experience here! I was searching for a local restaurant to celebrate my husband and I s 12 year anniversary together and although the atmosphere looked slightly lacking - the reviews told me it was worth a shot and thank GOODNESS for that because the interior has definitely gone through a bit of an update and the entire restaurant had a charming, historic but updated vibe to it. The staff was phenomenal- making every second of our time here enjoyable. The cute custom celebration card, the waiters and staff all wished us a happy anniversary when they came by our table, a complimentary sparkling wine or dessert to celebrate! They really go out of their way to make the night special and I couldn t be more thankful for their efforts and kindness. The food itself is all farm to table - what we ordered was beyond anything we d ordered from any typical fancy restaurant our dinner and dessert exceeded our expectations in flavor, presentation and quality did not sub for quantity by any means - every dish was fulfilling and delicious down to every bite. We both ordered the Country Fried Chicken & Spaetzle which was a medley of perfectly cooked chicken - so tender and delicious, the entire dish had a wonderful citrus zing that livened up every fork full until there was nothing left on the plates. I convinced my husband to get the balsamic friend Brussels sprouts and not only were they entirely enjoyable but I had to snatch away the last bite before he could gobble it down. The chocolate pie was decadent and perfectly paired with their homemade ice cream - so do not even dream of ordering one without the other. The head chef made an appearance around the restaurant, answering questions or just making sure to say hello to every table. Our entire meal and experience here was deserving of 10/5 stars if I could. It s a rare occasion that a restaurant still takes the time to celebrate life s little moments and provide such a special evening most restaurants seem to have given up and just supply a half hearted attempt at something celebratory but NOT the amazing staff at Heritage Table. They make sure all the little details are in place that ensure a wonderfully memorable night Cannot wait to go again with our friends on Thursday!

We came here for our anniversary . We had such an incredible meal and evening. They truly made us feel special on our special evening. The grits are the best. I asked about the cheese, and the chef came out and gave me the whole story about where the cheese came from. It was so over the top in terms of excellent service. I love that they source everything local. Our entire meal was sublime! I hope we can get back here again soon.

We were able to get a late walk-in seating at 8pm on a Saturday. The menu has an upscale country influence but is well thought out and there are lots of hand crafted, made in house options. The mushroom soup was divine. We didn t get any desserts, but they looked glorious, and we plan to return to give them a try. Heritage table has had the same owner/chef from the start. We always enjoy frequenting locally owned businesses, and this one was a treat to go to.

We visited The Heritage Table for our anniversary this year. We made a reservation in advance, which I highly recommend. Our order included the peach salad, honey dinner rolls, redfish entree, mocktails, chocolate silk pie and baklawa with homemade ice cream. Each course was flavorful and balanced. The front of the house staff provided excellent service and the chef and sous chef also came to check on us. Great attention is paid to details and everything from entering the restaurant to end of the meal were of the highest quality. The only point I will minus is the sound level. I thought it was a little hard to converse which Im sure can be remedied with some carpeting or other dampner. Other than that, we loved the rustic atmosphere especially the swing outside. Thank you for a memorable meal. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and vegan options.

This place is quite a gem. The food is good but the service for us was amazing. Our server I believe her name is Courtney was so pleasant and made our anniversary dinner so much extra. We had our kids with us, yes we took them with us to our anniversary dinner and Courtney took such good care of us and our kids. She really went above and beyond. She really honestly made us feel like family. She didn t have to and we weren t even expecting to receive such a lovely waitress. The chef also came by and introduced himself which was quite surprising as well. The food is good like really good but the service made it even better! Will be back for sure. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so memorable.

Want to try a scratch-made dinner that s primarily sourced from the best local farmers, ranchers and artisans. You ll find The Heritage Table right off Frisco on Main Street in the historic Gulledge House. This dinner was delicious . We found a cozy spot out on the enclosed patio of this century old house and started with drinks from their full-service bar. A Blueberry Sage Smash with Rittenhouse rye whisky and I teetotaled with a Ginger Mojito Mocktail, not bad. I started with a cup of creamy Mushroom Soup and could not finish off the healthy portion of Country-Fried Chicken Piccata and house-made pasta but it was hands down the most tender chicken I think I ve ever had. I want to know the secret. I would have tried the Basque Cheesecake if I had any room left in my stomach, but I ll save it for another trip if it s still on the menu. They have some always on menu items but also change it up regularly depending on availability, seasons and the chef s inspiration. Kendall polished off the fresh and super fluffy Milk & Honey Rolls with Tomato Jam before I got a picture but they are a must. He went with the Chicken Pot Pie and side salad. And finished off his meal with room for at least half of the Chocolate Silk Pie with Oreo Crust. I saw a couple plates of Fried Green Tomatoes pass by for the party of 6 next to us and Wagyu Beef Kofta Wraps for another couple. Compliments to Chef Vana coming from all. I mean you can just taste that a lot of thought and care has been taken into this menu. It may be produce from their onsite garden. Chicken sourced from Windy Meadows Family Farm in Campbell TX. Mixed greens and vegetables from Jubilant Fields in Trenton. Microgreens and herbs from Profound in Lucas. And that s what makes it so fantastic. The host and bar staff were inviting and our server was attentive and on top of every detail. So not only was the food good, but the dining experience was enjoyable as well. If Farm-to-Table dinners are your thing, this is a spot you won t want to miss out on trying. #whatsonthemenu #Frisco #collincounty #foodie #farmtotable #heritagetable

A great farm to table restaurant in Frisco! Had a late night dinner celebratinh an anniversary and they provided the energy from start to finish. Highlights were the milk and honey roll with add on jam, brussel sprouts (group favorite), country fried chicken piccata, spring beast (mixture of different meats). The wagyu steak was a letdown- $55 ish for a small steak and it wasnt as juicy or flavorful as a typical American wagyu steak so skip that. Otherwise most dishes were yummy and unique in their different ways. Great place for farm to table food!

We SO enjoyed The Heritage Tables chef tasting and wine pairing last night. 6 courses + dessert. Every dish was mouth-watering delicious and meticulously prepared by chef Rich Vana, who explained how he created each element of the dish. The ingredients are locally sourced and beautifully presented. The wine pairing was definitely worth the splurge! We ate our way through sourdough crackers with pimiento cheese, red snapper dumplings in shrimp bisque, duck & ricotta dumplings, greens with strawberries & goat cheese, pork & venison sausages, the wagyu cowboy cut rib-eye (best steak ever!!!) and finally the Texas pecan baklava with homemade ice cream and house-made bourboncello. Such a wonderful evening of good eating in a relaxed atmosphere. We also learned a thing or two about locally grown food and zero-waste cooking!

We got the brussels sprouts (10/10), rolls with the cherry bourbon jam (10/10), and I got the chicken piccata (20/10). The wait staff is wonderful and everyone is so nice. I love the atmosphere. This place is truly scratch made, farm to table and they have a lot of really cool things going on. I can t recommend this place more highly.

The venue is charming and quaint while the service was impeccable. Sloan took care of us and made great recommendations. The chicken piccata is divine. The brussels sprouts and fried green tomatoes were delicious starters and you ve got to try the homemade rolls. We ended the meal with a chocolate silk pie a la mode with vanilla ice cream. We were impressed at how the chef nailed so many wonderful flavors! 10/10 recommend!

The concept and mission of this restaurant is impeccable and very likable. I really appreciated how the chef went around to each table and greeted everyone, including us. The traffic was quite light on a weekday evening, so I was a little disappointed when one of the items in the order got delayed. The menu was a mix of a lot of different dishes from different backgrounds. Interesting, but I think their best items were American or Italian. Their fusion items were still enjoyable. Dessert was really good, as they had a seasonal orange and fig housemade ice cream and a pumpkin cake like parfait. Truly a dessert anyone from Texas can love. For a restaurant with a casual dress code, hardly anyone was too casual. People dressed nicely, but not formal necessarily. Good for occasions, as they serviced us well for a birthday evening. Thank you Heritage Table!

Food was great and super fresh. We had the fried green tomatoes, the snapper and the country fried chicken Piccata. Snapper was well seasoned and well done. The chicken was amazing too. Pasta was so light, made in-house. We had key lime pie and peanut butter pie for dessert. Both were really good, but peanut butter pie was a bit too rich. Best for sharing. Fantastic meal and service from start to finish. We had the fried green tomatoes and mushroom soup for appetizer, soup was FANTASTIC! Entrees we had were The whole beast (ramen), filet (shoulder), chicken picatta, and chicken lokse. All of the entrees were fantastic but least favorite was probably the bistro filet which was not as tender as other cuts you would typically see for filet. For dessert, the table shared chai tea ice cream, peanut butter pie and coconut cream pie. Faves were the peanut butter pie and chai tea ice cream! Portions were very good size and we were able to make doggy bags for lunch tomorrow! Overall a great dining experience with some really unique menu items!

Wagyu beef shoulder was good but I ve had better wagyu at other places. Definitely order the chocolate pie. It s so soft and chocolatey. Felt like eating a cloud. I wouldn t be opposed to returning. To start, we enjoyed some delightful cocktails paired with the honey rolls, and they were absolutely delicious. The butter served with them was exceptionally smooth and creamy I could have savored it on its own! Moving on to our main courses, I opted for the whole beast ramen, and my wife chose the Chicken Picada. Both dishes were outstanding. The homemade broth in the whole beast ramen was a highlight, boasting a perfect balance of saltiness and savory goodness, bursting with flavor! I highly recommend checking out this place!

Im a burger and fries guy, so when my wife suggested being adventurous and trying The Heritage Table, I agreed, but it was more the experience I was going for than the food. After all, it was her birthday weekend. Its a cool setup; an older house with an upstairs/downstairs that had been set up like a restaurant inside, complete with a bar to the right as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was very nice and inviting. It really felt like you were in someones home for dinner. It was described as upscale-casual, which fits is atmosphere precisely, but it was very warm and welcoming. Our server was awesome, and the chef even walked around greeting and talking with guests. We started the meal with fried green tomatoes and milk and honey rolls with honey butter and a cherry wine jam; everything is made from scratch. The fried green tomatoes were very tasty and jam on the rolls was INSANELY good, and I dont eat cherries, but the flavor mixed with the wine was divine! For the main course, my wife ordered the Wild-Caught Gulf Snapper and I got the County-Fried Chicken Picatta. No lie, the absolute best fish and chicken Ive eaten in my life! When Chef Rich came around to see us, I had to let him know how fantastic the dishes were. Come to find out hes also the owner. Really great guy... humble and down to earth. Wherever you are in DFW, try The Heritage Table! You will not be disappointed.

At 4.6 stars this restaurant is way underrated. My husband and I ate here twice in the last month and both times we were blown away. We loved it so much the first time we decided to go back for our 1 year anniversary. I understand the menu changes with each season, so I will recap what we ordered. We started with the Poached Pome Fruit Salad. I m telling you this is the dish that had us craving this restaurant in our sleep. The lemon ricotta and the red-wine poached pears are to die for. This is probably my favorite restaurant salad ever. Then we shared the Redneck Cheddar Grits and we did everything but lick that bowl clean. Grits seemed odd to order as an appetizer but it did not disappoint. Then we ordered the Fried Green tomatoes and with the house made red pepper remoulade, I m just going to leave it right there. Not a bite was left. Then for our entree, we shared the R-C Ranch Wagyu Steak and it was the most amazing piece of meat I have ever tasted. It melted in our mouths like butter. The sides were just as amazing and we did not leave one single bite on our plate. Dessert was the Coconut Cream Pie and the Chocolate Silk Pie. Do not skip dessert here or you will be completely missing out. Last time we had the Texas Trifle and that was amazing as well. So much thought and detail in this menu. I am very impressed and as complete foodies we do not say that very often! Last but not least, the house-made cherry infused bourbon is also top notch. We would drink ourselves into oblivion with that stuff. Amazing dining experience all around. Love

This was the best dining experience we ve had so far since moving to north Dallas. Loved the upscale but casual atmosphere. Everything was top notch: the service, atmosphere and the FOOD! I loved that the menu included a vegan option that didn t feel like an afterthought that the chef through together to check a box. My husbands Mediterranean inspired meal was also amazing. The cocktails and desserts were delicious and generous in portion. The chef/owner checked on us twice while we were there and was so nice! Can t wait to go back.

We celebrated my wifes 40th birthday with friends and family, about 20 of us. They beat all of our expectations! Food, service & atmosphere was fantastic! they were very accommodating and seated us in the back of the restaurant with our own area so we could be loud and cut up without bothering the other patrons. Our Server was amazing and knowledgeable and was on top of the couple of food restrictions in our group. They were great and cant recommend them enough, it really turned out to be a special evening. We will definitely be back!

Went for a special occasion and the staff went over the topto make it memorable. Food was delicious and fresh. Fried green tomatoes were best Ive ever had. Cocktails were well constructed. Chef came around and genuinely talked to each table (not just the courtesy fly by). Great old farmhouse atmosphere. Highly recommended.

In this Homestyle dining restaurant me and my party enjoyed an outstanding flavor packed dining experience! As this was our first experience at Heritage Table I would say that the food was superb! Not a single complaint. Everything from the appetizers, main course, to the desert our mouths were dancing with flavor! The shock first comes in the presentation but then once you take the first bite your mouth experiences a world of transitions! Knowing that Farm to Fork restaurants support local farmers as well is just a plus! The display of colors in everything from the drinks to the food is outstanding! Had a fantastic time highly recommend to everyone no matter your taste they have vegan options as well. Outstanding Chef!

My daughter and I came here from a local recommendation. I am always wanting to try a place that uses local food sources! The prices did seem a bit high but most of the items we chose were delicious and I really appreciated the atmosphere and the service. The only kids option was a spaghetti noodle in butter and Parmesan. My daughter wasn t a huge fan. I do understand it is probably more of a date night, event, and business meeting type of location but maybe a couple more options for kiddos would be great! The chicken piccata was amazing, the bread and strawberry apricot jam were delicious, and the blueberry tart was a perfect desert.

I had a Friscopolitan to drink- perfect for summer and yummy. The deviled eggs and homemade rolls were my daughters favorite, and mine. We ordered steak and chicken piccata. Both were fabulous! Save room for dessert. The chocolate silk pie is heaven. It is probably the best I have had. Such a cute place with outstanding food and service. Will be back soon! The bar is also cute. Wow, wasnt sure what to expect for Heritage Table, but it delivers. DFW, you need to check this place out. HT was busy and energetic for a Tuesday night. Our waiter, Nico, was great. Super friendly, informative about the menu, always there when needed, but not intrusive. Perfect. From reviews, I see the other waiters are really good as well, but Nicos style was great for us. We can have high expectations when it comes to food. HTs menu is creative with just enough choices and with most of the ingredients locally sourced. We had the brisket and pork meatballs which were excellent (just a hint of smoke from the brisket). The mushroom soup with tiny amount of blue cheese crumbles was delicious. We both ordered the Celina wagyu strip (with frites), which we were not sure would be that tender, but absolutely delivered on the presentation, texture and flavor fronts. The wine menu included reasonably priced and interesting choices. Oh, and dont skip on the cocktails. The Cherry Buzz with cherry infused bourbon was one of the best Manhattan styled drinks I have ever had. Not too sweet...just right. So happy to have a place like this in Frisco. A chef with a creative menu, nice atmosphere, and great service. You cant ask for more!
