I ve been here a few times, but never ordered food. I met the owner, Matthew, last time I was in and he was very welcoming and kind. He recommended I try one of the pizzas. I m not gonna lie, I m not a fan of most pizzas and rarely order it, but several people at the bar were insisting it was the best pizza they ve ever had, so I ordered a small bruschetta. When I tell you, this was not only one of the best pizzas I ve ever had, but one of the best bruschettas I ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, thin crust everything was so tasty and delicious. I saved half and was not expecting it to be as good the next day, but a quick few minutes in the air fryer and it was back to perfection! Can t wait to go back and try the entire list of pizzas!!

Hello everyone! My boyfriend and I just came into this nice little dive bar to use the restroom and as we left, the bartender called after me asking if I needed any help. Seeming like a polite normal interaction, I respond no thank you . I want to note there isn t a sign on the door that says you re not allowed to use the restroom if you re not a patron, at least as far as we saw after looking at many signs outside the bar. Anyway,the bartender a shortish brown haired lady w glasses started up with MAJOR attitude saying oh you re just gonna use my bathroom and leave? Going on to say we need to tip her in order to use her bathroom, and passive aggressively yelling oh so you re just gonna use my restroom and walk out? You know you should pay for that! Tipping you to pee? I m super confused. And regardless, why would we want to tip somebody coming at us sideways with so much attitude. Like mama even if I would ve considered it not after berating us about it. I m sure the bar is nice or whatever but y all be aware that lady has a problem.

This place has an amazing friendly vibe, very big on customer service. I m new to town and wandered in here, and met so many cool folks. Pizza is the best in Dallas. Each ingredient is extremely fresh. Probably cut up moments before cooking. It s worth a trip! 5 stars! Food

This place was quite a pleasant surprise. Had a meeting in Dallas and ppped in for lunch to grab a sandwich and a beer because it was close by. My beer was ice cold, and my club sandwich tasted like it was prepared by a chef. Come on man, it was just a club sandwich at a bar & grill...I know, I know. Thats what I thought when I ordered it. I wish I could have eaten it all, but it was huge and delicious. You can bet I will be back there if Im ever in that part of Dallas again.

So after loosing my brother to the buffalo mass shooting on the same day my business tanked I went in for a couple of drinks and food to clear my head after I was finished I was approched by the owner about not tipping when I was leaving in my opinion was very rude and disturbing being that I was the only black man there not sayin it was a race thing but I was going through a lot at the time and just couldnt afford the tip but because I was approched in that manner I pulled the last ten dollars out my pocket and gave him half Im deeply disturbed by this and dont understand why. I understand and respect all service workers but sometimes we just wanna go in and not be reminded of our problems and leave with none but thanks to the owner I was reminded of everything I failed at and what I loss when I came in to forget just for 1 second the food was amazing and the drinks were good as well but I dont appreciate being approached

Hours are misleading! Arrived at 8:45pm on Thursday night with a Cowboy s game on. We were told the kitchen already closed at 9pm, pointed out it was 9pm and then were told anyone who could cook food left..? Super disappointed!

Matthew and his crew are THE BEST! The food is amazing and I m the unfortunate gluten free person. The Greek salad was delicious. His gf pizza tastes like the gf pizza I had in Italy in 2017 and is my favorite in the state of Texas! The atmosphere is fun and the service is amazing. Highly recommend The Pour House! It s hard to beat all around!

I truly didn t enjoy this place at all. I went by myself on an afternoon early this week. It wasn t the fact the people weren t friendly it s just they unintentionally ignored me because they were so busy talking to the regulars that often come in. The only thing I got was a French onion soup that I truly didn t enjoy and just left it there. So I paid for something I didn t even eat. It wasn t a good enough experience to have me comeback.

Great place! Out of town visitors, googled bars and brought us here. Friday day drinkers, regulars I think, friendly. Gave great recommendations. Drinks were reasonably priced, had cheese sticks and queso fondido for appetizers. I was surprised queso was ground beef and not chorizo. Ok would return.

Love it every time I visit. Cold beer, Jameson, lasagna and pizza... gimme all of that! The staff is great. Now it is a dive so if youre expecting to be waited on hand and foot dont go. This is a bar for the locals who know how to read a menu and make choices for themselves . Lots of TVs for sportsball too!

Chill, low key atmosphere and a really great bar overall. We had a bartender named Amber who gave us awesome customer service and was really fun. We walked in on a rainy Saturday for lunch. Its a nice place with a long bar and tables filling the rest if the space. There are TVs around the room tuned to various sports channels. It doesnt have the sports bar feel, more that of a local joint. The owner served us drinks and brought our food. We chatted with him while we ate. Very personable. Our burgers were very good. We loved it and will be back.

The Pour House is a modest sports bar on Lower Greenville. Its typically small for the area (cf Single Wide) but has a pretty nice selection of beers on tap. I went there on a Sunday early evening and found the bar with only a dozen 30 s - 50 s customers. It was a relief after visiting some of the other bars in the area. My bartender was prompt, courteous, and professional. Another kind of upscale dive bar but I liked the vibe there and will probably return.

My boyfriend and I have had nothing but good experiences at PhD. We live in Oak Cliff and frequent it quite a bit. Its one of our favorite places to go and not feel like we need to impress others (I mean that in a good way, haha). Its laid back, has friendly staff, plenty of TVs, a good drink menu, live music, and good food. We go to eat brunch, watch sports, to have drinks with friends, and even took our family when they were in town. I usually get the BLT wrap and my boyfriend loves the Hangover Burger. Theyve remodeled the indoor room and it looks really nice, they also have a fun outdoor patio space that is great for meeting new people. The management is also really nice and we always see the owner (I think?) when were there.

The bartenders have no customer service skills whatsoever, the atmosphere is pretty bland, and theyre ALWAYS out of a few different beers that are on their menu. Prices are absolutely absurd! They might as well be called The Poor House... I guess they charge high prices to people that have money so they can pay their electricity bill since they have a total of 10 patrons per day.
