I initially found the dish delicious, with great flavors that really stood out. However, after stepping away for about 15 minutes, I returned to find it overly salty, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, I took advantage of the buy one get one free promotion on UberEats, which made it a great deal overall. Just be cautious with the seasoning!

It s good, but nothing extraordinary at least for us. Would not drive 30 minutes here again. I ve had better much closer to us. Also this place is beyond pricy, granted the soups are very big so that s good. For a family of 4 for ramen was just too much money honestly. Also their teas are so so sweet! So sweet I had to add water 3 times. We also paid extra for an egg in the kids meal and they didn t even give it to us. I m super low key so I didn t even say anything. Also My husband ordered a 1 on the spice level and it was equally as spicy as mine that was a level 3. Honestly if yall come here because of Tik-Tok don t fall for it. It s not mind blowing. It s still good, but I wouldn t necessarily consider it a holy grail place. Also we had to tip before we even got our food. Which is crazy because we didn t even get refills or much service aside from just getting the actual food.

The food was outstanding. It tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the fried mandu with duck sauce, I could have eaten 5 orders of that on its own. We ordered the combos and they were definitely worth it. The drinks were a little on the sweet side but still yummy. And I like that you can ordered and pay with a QR code at the table, it was so convenient. We will definitely be back.

The Shoyu is outstanding! Love the Chinese sausage fried rice also the crab ragoons were great. I do wish there was more range between 3 and 4 spice. When I order 3 I want a little more. When I order 4 it builds a little too much. I guess I m a 3 and a half. Still my go to Ramen. Oh, and the chicken is fresh, lean and perfectly cooked. I love it in the broth. UPDATE: They ve changed their broth ingredients and some of their menu. Not nearly as good as when they opened.

Benches were uncomfortable Im 61 and my feet didnt touch the floor. Its been 40 minutes since we ate and my legs still hurt. Was told that level 5 spicy wasnt that spicy but we went with level 4 to be on the safe side. Me and my Mexican fiance (who has a very high spice tolerance) were still coughing from the spice when we first tried her soup. Our unfiltered water was served with a boba straw with not enough ice and tasted like it came from a lake. Our Korean style chicken tasted like plastic with an overabundance of green onion. Ramen noodles were overcooked. I am a ramen connoisseur and this ramen sucked. I dont know how they have so many good reviews. Oh, and did I mention that they dont have lactose-free milk like every other boba place so I guess that means no boba for me.

First time dining here at the suggestion of Yelp! Latifah greeted Mom and me as we entered and explained the ordering process by three ways: 1.) order by scanning the QR code at the table, 2.) at the kiosk, or 3.) right at the counter. Brother/Sister Business. Joseph is the owner and very courteous and professional. Cute atmosphere with clean lines and a modern feel. TVs with KPop Videos playing in the background. I had already perused the Menu online and was thinking about the Lobster Fried Rice as a backup. I am well aware to avoid Ramen Places due to my adult onset severe mushroom allergy, so I was apprehensive (but at the same time, hopeful) that a substitution could be made to accommodate that - however unrealistic and unlikely that seemed at the time. I was delighted to know that mushrooms are not used anywhere in the restaurant. That immediately eased my anxiety. The Lobster Garlic Dry Ramen hit the spot for me and spice level 2 was just right. It contained two lobster tails and three shrimps, a poached egg (just be aware this is an additional charge), had that chewy texture and familiar, tangy, fermented flavor, was perfectly spiced, and slightly salty. The combination of chili garlic oil, fried onions, and green onions kicked it up a notch and delivered a punch to the taste buds. I appreciated the balance, contrast, and depth of flavors in this particular dish; it was the star of the show and absolutely followed through on presentation and execution. Mom ordered the Dumpling Ramen spice level 2 and said it was flavorful from start to finish. We will certainly return to try other Menu items on our next visit. We were both wowed by the Ramen here and will add this to our list of regular rotations.

I d prefer to give no stars but we know that s not possible. I came here because I am a lover of k pop & ramen/everything else on the menu. For starters, save your money. It was not the vibe at all, it could have been very cute and they missed. They had k pop music videos on but different k pop songs playing over the speaker. The place was completely dead. When looking at the menu I noticed it was pricey but I still wanted to give them a chance considering I was there. I spent $60 on fried rice, shrimp tempura, & two different type of mandu/dumplings. Which in my opinion is pricey for the quality of the food. The garlic dumplings LITERALLY fell apart. The pork mandu had an abundance of garnish that was unnecessary & didn t even have much flavor. The rice was OKAY, but had more cilantro than I d even put on tacos & I ACTUALLY love cilantro; it was over powering. We only asked if it was possible to be refunded for the dumplings that fell apart and they responded with we don t do that. I should have taken pictures but I didn t think about it in the moment. I was too ready to leave after the lackluster experience. I would have given them another chance if they even acted like they cared that the experience was subpar. Truly I d just like a refund but obvious they don t do that. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Came here on a slow Saturday and at first glance the place looked great. The server/host told me the concept and that kind of prepared me for what I expected moving forward. The moment she mentioned ordering from table off phone I knew customer service would be sub-par and it was. I was never asked throughout my entire meal if I needed anything or enjoyed the food. I got the tonkatsu ramen and although tasty I feel it was just lacking something. My table once I was seated was also sticky so I questioned if it was just wiped quickly versus cleaned. I wanted a brown sugar boba so when I ordered through toast I assumed the drink came with boba since it s under the boba part of the menu. Nope. Took a sip and immediately got a gulp of brown sugar syrup. Won t be back.. this place is missing its vibe. Love the concept and menu items but overall not worth it.

I have eaten from this establishment a few times, and its always been a great experience. However, just recently, I ordered the Seafood Boil 1 and was very disappointed. The only thing good in this boil was the corn and sausage. The shrimp tasted rubbery and so did the crab legs, (as if they had been microwaved). All of the Asian themed food items are GREAT, but this cajun dish was not it.

The atmosphere was really cute with kpop music videos playing on the tvs (the music unfortunately didn t match them). They have a sign that says wait to be seated but really you just order from a kiosk next to the door. The pork buns were really dry but the bimbap was good, though much spicier than you think. Also it s not the most authentic, simply known for the theme. It is very pricy but I think it s worth the try.

We added pork to the fries which added $4 but it was worth it because there were many good sized delicious chunks! You order everything on your phone and pay before and tip before so hopefully you get good service, which we did. The one lady that was there kept checking on us even when it got busy.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at K-pop, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Despite a minor mishap with my initial Uber Eats order, the exceptional customer service provided by the owner, Nelson, truly made the difference. Within minutes of contacting the restaurant, Nelson went above and beyond to rectify the situation, ensuring I left completely satisfied. Not only was the food delicious, but the care and attention to customer satisfaction displayed by Nelson and his team were remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend K-pop to anyone in the area looking for a fantastic dining experience. Nelson gave us the first mistake order for FREE & the correct order! He also included a nice note thanking us for being customers & explaining his kind gesture! Thank you, Nelson, for your outstanding service and commitment to your customers.

The service was fine. My review is more about the food I ordered to go. I ordered the K-pop Style Soup and the chicken was very over cooked. I wasnt a fan of the charred taste. I had pork dumplings. I didnt like that the dipping sauce was poured into the bowl of dumplings, that soaked until I got home. This shouldve have been in a condiment cup. The K-pop Lemonade was to my liking.

Ppl might think I m over exaggerating this review but I rarely review places. So, starting off everything here is AMAZING! The staff was welcoming and quick! And OMG the food was cooked to perfection and made fresh. Since it was my 1st time I had a couple of things: beef stew (meat was so tender it fell apart and melted in my mouth, the broth and noodles was /10) fried mandu (chose pork, it was crispy on the outside & rich/juicy on the inside) boa buns (chose shrimp tempura, the shrimp was battered with literal perfection) k-pop lemonade (so refreshing and you can tell it was made fresh) dirty brown sugar with boba (so rich, not overly sweet either and right amount of coffee) I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know and I most definitely will be back!!

The menu offers an amazing variety of delicious ramen bowls, each with its unique twist and flavors that truly represent a fusion of Korean and Japanese cuisines. I tried the Lobster Garlic Dry Ramen, and it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth the perfect balance of spice, savory, and fresh noodles. Not to mention, the K-pop music videos playing in the background added an authentic touch that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was quick, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. K-pop Ramen is a must-visit for anyone in Frisco looking for an outstanding ramen experience. Just moved from Japan a month ago. Starting off strong with the kiosk not working when I needed to pay for my order and the attendant person just stared at me and told me they couldn t do anything. Which immediately told me I wanted to leave but I wanted to give it a try. After staring at each other for a min the attendant rang up my order and helped us. It s definitely overpriced but at the same time you get more than enough food (huge portions). The staff sat on their phones the entire time and I felt like I was interrupting them when several items were forgotten from my order that I paid for and has to ask about it. The strawberry cheesecake has a photo of actual strawberry cheesecake, what I received was a regular piece of cheesecake with strawberry purée on top. Then there was an assumption made that I speak only Spanish? And was rudely spoken to in broken Spanish. Solely because we went to clean up our table. Yes, I am Latina but I speak more than just Spanish. Teach your server/associates whatever their actual title is that NOT everyone is used to this culture. Be more kind. Just disappointed in experience. My one bowl of ramen costs $32. There s a $2 for basic toppings that are usually free in Japan. The cucumbers are delicious. The kids size portion ramen is probably good enough for an adult. Overall food itself was good, which is the only thing saving this from a 1 star review. K-POP Ramen remember your front of house can make or break that experience for customers.

It s always great when the food is so delicious that I get to rush to leave a great review. This restaurant s food and drinks are Freaking Delicious! So flavorful, so fresh, so eye appealing. Yum! I had the Bibimbap with chicken and strawberry tea and my daughter had seafood soup with extra goodies in it and lychee tea. Spice Level 3 for both. We used DoorDash, so I can t speak to the atmosphere. Food arrived hot and undamaged food was packed very well. Huge portions and very filling. Everything was prepared to perfection and seasoned perfectly. First time eating here and first time eating Korean cuisine. I m a bit of a food snob, so even though it was my first time trying it, I absolutely loved it and so did my daughter. My new favorite go to restaurant. I highly recommend both dishes. Great job guys keep up the great work! Chef s kiss

You order from your phone or at a qiosk. I would not recommend eating ramen here despite the name. Its not the best and $5 for extra noodle is quite steep in cost compare to other ramen restaurants. The mandu was good. The bulgogi burger was also good as well as the k style fries. Kimchi fried rice was pretty good as well. Music was kpop songs at a good volume with tvs everywhere. Not alot of seating for large parties over 4 adults. Eating for 4adults and one child was about $120 before tip. Overall it wasnt bad but sorta expensive for what it is but with trying once.

Terrible service. I drove 30 minutes to get to this location with a party of 4. We arrived 2 hours before closing but did not stay long enough to be served because of the service. Before setting us the hostess/server sat a party of 2 by allowing them to pick their seat. The couple chose to sit at the only open 4 top while their were 3 available 2 tops. This left my party of 4 with the option to share an 8 top with another couple or sit at the counter or window bar. If the resturant is opened seating they should not require patrons to wait to be seated. The hostess/server didnt manage seating well by allow the couple ahead of us to pick their seat instead of seating them the the 2 top which would have allowed us to sit at more accommodating seats. In addition, we were given 1 menu and told that it was the only one left. Note: the couple ahead of us were given 2 menus. The place was only 50% occupied at the time. What would have happened if the place was more occupied? How do you not have enough menus for all of your seating. We chose to share the already occupied table and upon sitting we werent offered drinks nor greeted by anyone else and the hostess went back to cleaning. The service left me feeling unvalued as a customer and as a result my party chose to leave. Ironically, the hostess who was still cleaning did bid us a farewell. We were in there for less than 10 mins. The experience was enough to make me never return.

The waiter had ample time to give me my drinks but he was just standing around doing nothing for a few minutes. Then he got busy, I had to go ask for my drinks and rest of food. It was an awkward conversation because he seemed a bit confused, I had to show him my receipt to show him what was missing from my order. I miss the other waiting staff. He didn t go back to check in on us to see if we wanted a refill, which we did. But I didn t bother getting up again to ask. I have really enjoyed going in person to eat in the past, but the service yesterday was so bad, I don t think I ll go in person again.

I think this may be my new favorite ramen (ive tried many spots in carrollton, plano, frisco, dallas, etc). The broth is so flavorful and everything is done just right. Ive only had delivery twice so far through uber eats and the food has been amazing. I reccomend the Kpop ramen, grilled chicken (omg amazing flavor and i dont usually care much for chicken thighs) added a seasoned boiled egg, spicy level 2 and the cucumber salad was amazing. I normally order spicy level 4 at other places but spicy level 2 has a good enough kick for me. I would say to level down one on spice scale if you are sensitive to spicy foods. Ive also had the wonton ramen and it was delicious too! Im going in person next time to try more.

The ordering experience is sub par. You are required to use a to go app to order and pay. Tip is prepopulated even though no one takes your order. Service consists of bringing out the food. The food was good but expensive for Ramen. But the ordering process which requires use of a smartphone and reading small print and graphics is subpar. When I eat out I expect service and a menu option. Especially for a tip.

We got the k- style wings and a garlic miso soup. The k- style wings came with 6 pieces of decently sized wings and it tasted alright. The garlic miso soup was disappointing. Not a big fan of the type or texture of the noodles and it wasnt very flavorful. Definitely a bit over-hyped .

And the service was top notch and fast. Will definitely be back but I might had to Uber or Lyft to make sure I make it to my next destination.

Just not it for me! The only why I gave it two stars is because the hostess was nice. The food wasn t on par, the broth is watered down, not what I m use to. They overloaded my ramen with too many bean sprouts. I love bean spouts but they over did it. The grilled pork was tough, no flavor. Also, they give you hard boiled eggs. It s a no no no for me The bao buns were good that s about it

It recently opened nearby, so I wanted to give it a try. I liked the ramen, but it wasn t the best I have had in the area. The broth is really good, but a little spicy for my taste. I ordered a level 1 spice and I would have thought it was a level 5. Disappointed that they didn t have edamame since I usually eat it as an appetizer with my ramen. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, so that s what matters.

Finally writing a review after going here for a 3rd night in a row. The first night we drove by with my son and girlfriend and decided to try it out. Was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and the food amazing. My son who is a picky eater loved it. Every night after he has has requested having it again for dinner. The last two nights I have done takeout which was still the same quality of food. And quick. My son loves the seafood bowl and has gone up to a level 4 in spicy. I have tried a couple different bowls and all very good.

Delicious ramen options. You self order when you walk in on a kiosk and then find a seat. Many different options for each dish. The garlic dumplings were a terrific start. The flavor of the dishes was unique and just right along with the spice level. Drinks were delivered right away followed by the appetizer. The staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by for a bowl.

I left a review on door dash thinking i could solve the problem through the app. What happened was i was missing a drink, and my soup had no broth! Well the review did not make where i could get a refund. So i called the store. (Im out of town and do not know this area) so anyway it turns out there is a separate area to keep the noodkes fresh!! The broth was underneath. Hot steamy and great!! Im so happy. But i do need a refund for my Mango tea that i didnt get. I net it is deliciius too....

The restaurant ambiance was very cool and trendy looking with small board games to play at each table while you wait for your food. My only suggestion is that it be much cool in the restaurant. It was a little too hot inside, like the ac wasn t turned down enough so it made it muggy inside. Otherwise this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. The hangover rice bowl superb!

This was a hit and missed for us. First, this place is expensive. I spent around $56.00here. Second, dont call this place K-pop. It has zero korean atmosphere, decor or music. Just one K-pop channel on mute. My ramen broth came out lukewarm, and spice level was not 1 like I ordered. The pork buns were also cold. With all the ramen shops around, this place has to step up their game. Maybe I went on a bad day, but I wont be back. Two stars because the cashier/sever was trying very hard to give a good service, but there is so much he can do when he is not the owner or the cook.

I noticed a number of new ramen places have opened in Frisco and I wanted to make sure I get out to try them. I happened to look on Google maps of ramen places near me and found this place. We drive by this area almost daily but didnt know this was even there! I really wasnt sure if the restaurant was open yet so my boys and I decided to stop by anyways for lunch. They were opened and I found out they had just opened for business within the month and the guy, Im assuming the owner, said they are still working out any kinks. I ordered the wonton ramen and I was able to choose the spiciness. He did give me a heads up that its pretty spicy if ordering level 5. I decided to meet in the middle and order level 3. My boys ordered the chicken broth with ramen. The food came out super fast. And it was good! I have to admit I wasnt sure it was going to be as good as it was. But I loved my wonton ramen, which Ive never seen any where else and my boys really liked their chicken ramen. I did feel my ramen was on the pricier side. It was $18 and I typically pay about $12-$15 at other places. One other thing I appreciated was they didnt actually play K-Pop! They had the videos on but I was so thankful they didnt play the music because I cant stand K-Pop! Ill be back. Go give them a try!

#BlackOwned Location In short: The BEST ramen I ve had in DFW and I ve tried several spot. I ordered the garlic miso soup and the veggie eggs rolls - and WOW. My friends and I were almost speechless. I could believe how fresh everything tasted and how flavorful everything was. Seasoned to perfect. All the meat we ordered was tender and savory. Not only was all of the food amazing, but the portions were generous (even with the meat - this is normally where restaurants like to be stingy). Additionally, when I ve ordered ramen in the past, I d still be a little hungry afterwards. Not today, I was full and satisfied. Lastly, the place was clean, they had great service, and ample parking. Also, the prices weren t bad - gotta live that! They get a 5/5 . You need to come here! You won t be disappointed!
