The prices are out of reach for what we are looking for. Lots are too small and for the cookie cutter look, the homes are over priced. Not for everyone.

The salesperson was very aggressive in selling half a million $ home to my brother-in-law. When we are asking him to take a step back and think she told him behind our backs that we did not have his best interests at heart. She didnt have detailed information of the home she was trying so aggressively to sell. Also, she did not wear a mask through the whole process. Feel like Grand Homes are using their past reputation to sell bird house like homes to make money. Ridiculous to even think that a master bedroom in a house costing $576K was only going to be 13x12.

A very big and beautiful trail with pond and Creek, sometime it gets little crowded, not very easy for social distancing, keeping a mask on is the best!

Do not waist your time and money with the builder who installs third class stuff from A to Z. Some of the things you can upgrade if buying custom home but the rest you will get standard which are third class. Poor paint job, poor finishing. un leveled counters/cabinets. Floors squeeze and rough wood floorings. Cheap toilet commodes which flush poorly. Very slow and in appropriate response of service tickets. People in older subdivisions like Harrington mills waiting for service tickets for months now.. Management folks quit jobs is one of the sign of bad builder. I wish I could give 0 star.

I just bought a Grand Heritage home....this is the THIRD time I have tried to view the model home to see what my new home will look like....Mind you I have to drive over an hour to get to the model and its closed yet again! Actually this time someone was there but because they were having lights worked on she wouldnt even let us take a look..... Customer service for Heritage Ride is ZERO stars!!!

Beautiful Grand Homes model, of course. The homes are as well beautiful, most importantly they are built with quality. As a realtor I walk many homes and some stick out for the wrong reasons like the lack of quality but this one was just the opposite. Many builders I would not recommend but Grand Homes is definitely on my recommendation list.
