The grill it self is fantastic - though when buying something, its more than the material item -its how your treaty as a customer. The issue I have is with the Sales team in Frisco. Definitely not knowledgeable and contradict what is stated between HQ and their drivers/install team. They need to be educated on their products, their offerings and specifically how to work with customers. Very poor customer service, especially the way they speak with them...Feel free to research my other reviews, Im normally very complimentary to businesses - though this team has failed. Lucky their product is decent, otherwise it would have been a report to BBB...

Buyer beware. It looks amazing but if you start asking the right questions of what an outdoor fridge components are or what the BTUs are on the grills. You figure out really quick that this is not the same quality of grills shown in other stores. Also nothing is a permanent fixture it is like buying a mobile home to use as an outdoor kitchen and with the wind extremes we have here in North Texas I doubt these will last. Full note I didn t buy almost did but then backed out because it was a forced to sign a deal and the tone that I was being difficult. I built my grill now for the same price with real stone work and better fridge(they are using basic form fridges that will not last outside)

The salesman that helped us was Austin and he was extremely attentive and listened patiently to all my crazy questions. He then helped me make my choice as Im not the most experienced person when it comes to outdoor grills/kitchens, etc. But I felt in good hands with Paradise Grills. This a buyer beware. Don t stand behind their product or what they sell. We purchased a tiki hut bar and grill cooking area. The product looks very nice in the show room. We asked how it stood up in weather and winds. They told us it s built in Florida and sold all over the state including all the gulf shore states were hurricanes are most at risk. They stated the grill area and Tiki top could with stand hurricanes force wind to 80 plus mph. We went ahead and bought it and had it delivered. On delivery day 2 men arrived with the unit to assemble. They said it take about 4 to 5 hours from unloading to operational. 7 hours later they wasn t completed and I had to help them put the top of the enclosed on due to the weight of it. I latterly was on top of it unfolding this 350 pound top. Once they did get to what they thought was completed they got in their truck and left with out showing us how things work. Long story short 3 days after it was built a thunderstorm blew up and tossed the thing into the back yard. The winds were recorded at 40 mph, no where near 80 mph as they told us it was design to with stand. We took pictures of what happened and called them the next day and they basically said sorry it is an all sales final deal. They said in the contract your supposed to take the top off durning storm, wind, hurricanes and so on! Please keep in mind it took 3 of us just to put it together. There is no way some can take it down before any whether and put it back afterwards. They won t honor the grills not working properly and want to charge you a service call fee when it should be warranty or they send you directions on how to fix it your self.

I had the pleasure of working with Derrick James at Paradise for our recent outdoor kitchen purchase. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, nor did he pressure sell or try to sell us anything we didn t need. Due to our yard configuration, our set up is on the smaller side but if I did another backyard oasis, would probably contact paradise first. The purchasing process was easy, and the equipment was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The installers did an excellent job, and I could not have been more pleased with the way everything turned out. You won t regret the quality of Paradise grills!

My husband and I had a great shopping experience while viewing the many outdoor kitchens Frisco s Paradise Grills has to offer. Our friendly salesman, Derrick, went above and beyond to make us feel at home while he showed us the many gadgets on the tiki hut. Derrick helped us personalize our tiki hut to our likings and swap out the grill for a hibachi. After only 3 weeks, we just had the tiki hut installed by a very thorough and personable group of guys. Went into Paradise Grills with half a plan and a dream. I was welcomed in by a guy named Van right when I walked in. I started to share with him my vision for my patio space (which is a limited space) along with some pictures. We were about to embark on a outdoor kitchen build from scratch when I came across paradise grills. I went in there looking to price grills however to our pleasant surprise saw that that provide prefabricated kitchens that take a day to install. We saw the Abaco and liked the finished product. Turns out it s relatively cost effective too. Jimmy and Larry were helpful and explained all the features, building materials. Since they have a factory in Houston the delivery lead time is 3-4 weeks which is good.

So when you invest a lot of money on something you want to make sure it s good quality and installed correctly. How does wind knock over something so heavy? Easy answer, they didn t install it correctly. It was bolted down with one tiny bolt. The TV broke with it. My first though was thank god my kids were not playing behind it because they do play near it often. no safety measures where taken. And the best part is they insist that there is a warranty on it when you are purchasing this, but nope. They will not do anything to resolve this issue. Can you imagine if your kids where near this when it fell? This is negligible as a company.

I m currently building a new home and I ordered several products from this location to be delivered when my home was finished. The employee that sold me the products has since left the company and my order had no one following it. I contacted Sean Kuruc and explained the history of the order. Luckily, Sean is an excellent employee for Paradise and he bent over backwards to assist and get things back on track. My order will now be delivered prior to the completion of my home. We also have a second home in Florida and have Paradise appliances there which we enjoy.

So I have to rave about the awesome customer service I received on September 21, 2021. Back in February of this year I purchased outdoor kitchen equipment from Paradise Grill that was not installed by our contractor until late August due to a pool installation that had our outdoor space in disarray for over 6 months. When our project was finally done which was late August, we were ready to use our amazing grill, the model GS-32B. The grill has the ability to operate with either natural gas or propane. For weeks we had issues with the grills gas pressure and we were unable to use it. I first called our utilities company thinking the issue was the gas pressure from the main meter and was told that it was not the issue and that it was the equipment. To make matters worse, CoServ red tagged the equipment as a hazard. I reached out to Paradise Grill warranty customer service and they were unable to find my purchase and could not help me. My last option was to call the actual store where I made the purchase to see if they could help me. I spoke to this wonderful young man by the name of Shaun who was able to identify the problem based on what I told him over the phone. Shaun did even better and he offer to come to my house to fix the issue immediately. Once he got to my house he identified the issue but had to drive back his store to get the proper tools to fix the issue and come back which the round trip travel was 30 mins each way. His customer was outstanding and not only did he fix the issue, he also sent me a how to video explaining everything and tips on how to properly operate my grill. Thank you so much Shaun for being apart of our outdoor experience. Because of his outstanding service we are now loyal customers of Paradise Grill.

Moving to 1 star (from 5). Have delivered multiple counter tops as each and every one that have been delivered have been cracked in some fashion. I had 5 stars originally, and put up with this as in past this co would respond. However this has changed. Pics and emails into corporate. It has now been over 2 weeks and we have not heard anything back. This stuff is by far NOT cheap in price, service outside of show room (which SHOW ROOM is exceptional) is terrible at the corporate level. To the point where upper mgmt said they would personally inspect our counter at manufacturing level before delivery. Then it was delivered, cracked (!!!) and we have not heard from upper mgmt since we sent pics. in fact, still waiting too hear back. Happy to update my rating if this company can deliver. I paid in full, I expect what I paid for. Not a crazy ask, apparently it is however. Just want what I paid for, Id be happy w/ this.

Updated Review: They came to fix our grill. They acknowledged there was an issue. They took apart the grill and said they would come back the next day. It is now a week and our grill has no parts and not working. BUYER be warned that the product might look good in the showroom but they dont seem to care what happens once you receive it. I would love to say that I loved Paradise Grills but it s been one issue after another. First, when they came to deliver it, it wasn t a nice finish as in the showroom. They said they would be fixing it on the spot. Tiles were broken, holes weren t drilled for the led lights, the fridge was scratched up, the holes for the sound system was non existent, the access doors were missing. The delivery people that were fixing the tiles dropped black grout on our stamped concrete. Customer service was nice and said they would send someone to fix everything. They were nice and offered us free items for our inconvenience. Someone did come and fix the issues. I then had the original delivery person call me and threaten me and ask why I complained about them. Customer service was nice about it. Then a month later when we tried to use the grill, the starter wasn t working. They fixed that. Now we have issues where it takes forever to heat up and the knobs get super hot when the grill is on. We ve called customer service and we ve heard nothing. It s been only 8 months since we ve had the grill and I wish I never purchased it. I had my old grill for 5 years and never had an issue. This has been one thing after another. Maybe I got a lemon but I wish it would be taken care of.

I recently went into this store location looking for something for an anniversary gift for my parents. I had no previous knowledge of outdoor kitchens, but the manager, Ryan helped me out a TON. He was super knowledgeable and took the time to ask about what I thought my parents would like and NEED. Ryan wasn t a pushy sales guy like I ve gotten at other places.
